Krishna Valley Resort Vrindavan

Worst place I have ever been this place sucks. It’s not what you see in pics. They gave us room in which ac was not working. Then they moved us in another room but here also ac was not working . washroom gate was broken. They are a big cheater. Guys if you thinking of staying in this hotel pLz don’t stay here.

Awesome stay and room is hygienic. Service is up to the mark and swimming pool area is worth. Professional people are working here and thanks to all team members staring from front office and house keeping, the place is good for families, best in Vrindavan

Best rated resort in Mathura, Awesome place astay theres I was been approach for the Hotel membership by Juhi and I visited the place also had wonderful dinner with my friends0 ,rooms , restaurant are upto the mark, i didn't stay there but we will be planning for wonderful trip in weekend's. Now my friend Jawahar is the member of this privileged property

Awesome property, well designed room's with all comfort amenities, gaming arcade for kids is there in property, excellent for holidays, I recommend this place to all for weekends , in house veg restaurant is available with good theme,..... Good resort

Our travel was with family like kid and senior citizen, we have booked two rooms. Terrible experience as per room quality, food quality and room service. They kitchen was not stock with basic requirements. While booking the hotel, we were informed about the pool which is open for kids and when we visited the location, pool was closed. Pool was not maintain at all. As mention, we have kid she insisted to go to pool we requested to get the baby pool clean but it was full of dirty. Other guests who actually wanted to enjoy pool , they got it to big pool with complete fungus of the pool surface. Hotel has a games section was closed because none of the games were working and some where damage. Restaurant area AC was not working and it was extremely hot. I would not suggest this place for a family stay as it's not hygiene and well maintain by staff or owner. Room prices were extremely high with no service. We book this rooms just one day before our stay still wrong information was shared.

We stayed there for Two nights, infect by waylaid by family member - what a disappointment it was. Unclean room, paan spit in lobby, dirtiest pool, most unpleasent reception, list is endless. Two stars only for the restaurent and Dal Makhani they had. This place is a "shadi" banquet, should be avoided unless one likes to try something messy. Avoid pool facing, its a myth. You would face shadi tent and pool from a corner of it. Stayed at room 3209.

Room and facilities here are excellent, the owner mr. Gaurav is very polite and considerate to each and every request. At reception shivani was very helpful. Total awesome and fun stay.Best for family vacation.
