Hotel City Heart Premium

Centrally located hotel in Chandigarh, I stayed in this hotel for one night recently in transit to catch an early morning flight. Facilities are moderately good. However would do well with modernisation. Food at its restaurant at dinner was good.

We reached very late at the hotel like 1 am tired and exhausted and the person on the front desk was very rude, pehle pay Karo phir room pe jaayo,arre we are not running away,and by the way it's a hospitality industry,where the hell is hospitality here, very very dirty rooms ,dirty bathroom, pathetic breakfast in the morning,I fell sick after eating it,bdo not get swayed away by looking at the pics posted , it a very dark hotel does not have good vibes.total waste of money and what do they say premium and luxury hotel lol heheheheheh

All things are dirty including bathroom, bedsheets, electric cattle etc. Moreover they given tap water to us when asked drinking water. A.C. comforter is just a piece of dirt and like a dharamshala's blanket.

Best stay in Chandigarh. We are regularly visiting this property and we are in love with each and everything. Thanks, City Heart Premium for your amazing hospitality. Buffet facilities are also good and we feel safe in the property

One of the old hotel in Chandigarh near bus stand. Furniture & Washrooms are old, bed sheets need to be stain free and should be replaced with new bed sheets after a time. Rooms size are adequate. Food is average. If hotel improves in these area. It can be a best option.

Good hotel as the name says. The location is convenient to travel and well-connected. I am on a business purpose and I stayed in a Business Class suite, which is an amazing experience. Food and the ambiance is excellent with a lot of options. I recommend this for my friends and family to prefer this Hotel

Worst hotel i hv ever seen the flush was not working the room was very dirty and the washroom was unhygienic worst experience ever.i book this hotel coz it is in sector 17 ..i found it is over priced..even there was nobody to carry my luggage 1st someone told me take it up by urself..thn i went to the reception and asked for help ..terrible experience i ever had with such a price of almost rupees 3000

I visited Chandigarh with 4 other friends on a holiday trip and was trapped into booking this hotel mentioning that’s it’s centrally located. Though the location, sector 17 is definitely great, this hotel needs to be avoided at all costs. Once you enter, it’s a gloomy looking place with the reception on the first floor. We were “upgraded” to their suite rooms but the rooms haven’t been renovated since decades. There was barely any lights in the room. The round bed is impractical, bathrooms leaked and wash basin was dislocated from it mounting. There was hot water available 24 hrs. The towels provided seemed to be in use since a decade and carried a stench. The worst part was the “buffet” breakfast which was included for a cost almost equal to the room rent. The restaurant would call every morning and asked us to come and have breakfast immediately else we might not get any. There wasn’t any buffet since we were the only ones who fell to the crap of “breakfast included”. Three items on the menu were offered which were of poor quality. The parathas were hard and even butter toast wasn’t toasted well. The joined restaurant tables were at different heights making it inconvenient and the upholstery seemed dirty. The reception guys were polite but this hotel can da**** your entire visit to the beautiful city. It needs immediate renovation and upheaval to justify the location.

Pros: Location and service staff attitude. Food quality is mostly good. Cons: cleanliness, outdated faucets and bathroom. Smelly bed. TV not working. A small issue but I was billed for a different dish than ordered. Entire hotel was plastered with posters to observe Covid appropriate behavior; it was even advertised that they take care of sanitization of the property but we found that indifferent attitude towards the pandemic throwing caution to winds. Overall I would not recommend this place but for some reason I found the place fully booked. I guess to each his own.
