Aquapalace Hotel Prague

The only plus on the hotel is the waterpark. We ordered almost a year in advance and wes did not have a mini bar or a pass to the gum. There are no designated placed to fill your water bottle. I wish we knew we could upgrade. It was the last days of our family vacation and we felt disappointed

I took my kids for a fun weekend at the water park. Even though it's a pricier treat, I know we always enjoy it. Everything was great, except that I lost my wallet – it went missing from our hotel room. The hotel investigated internally and found nothing, and I have no proof myself, so I'm taking it as it is. I appreciated the manager's approach, who handled the situation personally. Still, I'd recommend keeping a close eye on your valuables in the room.

Nice Hotel with good family rooms. We also had half board and the food was very good. We had great fun at the water park and The gym was amazing! Our children are 4-years old and we spent 2 nights there. Also plenty to do for older children. Could definitely visit again. Only minus was that there was no fridge in the room.

We traveled 2 families with 4 children ages 2, 3, 8, 9. We had 2 rooms with the bunk beds for the children. Lets start from the end: I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel as a general. Lets start with the good: 1. The waterpark is nothing short of amazing, i've been in a couple waterpark hotels, and this is by far the best water park. The facilities in the water park are top notch, i personally liked the pay with the wristband chip everywhere which was super comfortable. There are many water slides, and they are all operated by stop lights and not humans, and people actually obey the lights, which makes the line go super fast. Most of the rides are 8+, but honestly except from 2 rides even younger kids of 6+ can do it with no problem. A lot of bars around and the whole area is big and fun for the whole family, we arrived every day at 10am and left around 7pm, and the children wanted to stay longer. Overall this is the highlight of this place. And due to the fact that 95% of the park is indoors this is a good option of every weather. 2. We had breakfast and dinner, the food is good, enough options for grownups and children, we never felt like there is not enough options or left hungry after the meals. 3. There is a small children area in the dining room with games, which is amazing, you can leave the kids there to play and eat in peace :) 4. The rooms are ok, clean and generally well kept, we had an issue with the shower and the maintenance guy arrived quickly and fixed the issue. 5. The staff in the reception is very nice and helpful, and helped us more than once during the stay. 6. The hotel is generally clean and well maintained. 7. There is a huge supermarket in front of the hotel, which literally has everything you need, and even a small pharmacy. One thing that is a personal preference that we and our friends had issue with: The blankets were a bit short and the pillows weren't very comfortable, again, this is personal so i won't put it agains the hotel in any way. Now for the bad things in my personal opinion: 1. The room was missing a refrigirator, i think this is a must in a hotel of that sort, so we couldn't buy any food for the kids that needed cooling like yogurts for lunch. 2. For me what bothered me the most is the lobby, there is a hotel bar in the lobby, until now i don't know if you can sit there (the lobby) without ordering anything from the bar (and there is no other shared spaces to sit at). Every time we sat there someone from the bar jumped on us asking what we wanted to order, and it always felt like a must and not optional. And in the end if you pay by credit card they would make a crooked face because apparently you can't tip them by card there. The whole interaction with the bar felt very unpleasant to us. General tips and things worth mentioning: 1. Pay attention that at the aquapark bars you get a plastic cup, you leave a 100czk deposit for the cup, and you need to return it at the end of the day to get

We went to this hotel because of the free and daily entry for the aquapalace water park. Will write only the important points 1. Clean: the hotel is very clean, looks like daily maintenance very well, especially for a 4 starts hotel is it very good. 2. Prices and Service: the service r very good, friendly, the prices r very very good, restaurants and shops inside hotel also have good prices. 3. Food: breakfast r very good, don’t forget it is 4 stars hotel ! Have variable meal, and deserts, for dinner and launch u have restaurants buffet. It is very good and cheap prices. Actually the dinner r better than the breakfast. But booth r good!! 4. Room service r ok… need a small improvement. Ans will be perfect. 5. Facilities, need small maintenance here and there.. like bathrooms inside rooms. Bur overall is ok, 6. Entertainment, since u have access to water park so u don’t have entertainment issues haha.. but maybe if they will add more entertainment rooms for kids inside the hotel (non water park) will be great. But they have games for kids and golf area outside the hotel I will recommend this hotel to my friends and families!! Thank u :)

We came here for a day out . First impressions were very good. It was clean, the staff were friendly and explained the process very well. The wrist bands were a good idea (you pay for everything via the band and settle at the end). The water park itself was great. Lots of slides which all went down quickly with the queues. None were closed or damaged, the whole area looked well cared for. There was a separate area for younger families which I thought was a good touch, it was nice, calm and relaxed, and not overly busy. Would definitely recommend, we got tickets for a full day but you could definitely do it all in 3 hours.

We visited the aquapark second time. Our family of 5 (kids ages 5, 8 and 12) stayed in the Aquapalace hotel which is directly connected with the aquapark. Most of the hotel rooms are a little bit outdated but clean and functional. The food was also OK. The aquapark is very big and there is something for everyone. The kids had a lot of fun. There are areas for all the ages. The temperature was right and we were not cold. There is also a nice big gym, saunas, shops and a big spa. There are bars and places to eat all around. Outside is a Minigolf and a small playground. During the winter the outdoor areas are closed. The only thing that we didn’t like was the parking under the hotel because the entrance is very narrow. The parking is overpriced 12€ per day. Overall we do recommend this place.
