Great location, service, cleanliness. The room could be cosy if there was a window there, never slept in a room without a window, and never will again, there should be info about that "detail" on your booking site.

Besonders schönes Hotel mitten in der Altstadt. Parkmöglichkeit auf Hotelparkplatz. Ausgezeichnetes Frühstück - einfach wunderbar! Die Zimmer mit Fenster sind zwar eher klein, aber sauber und ausreichend! Das Personal sehr zuvorkommend!

Ich verstehe nicht woher die 5 Sterne bewertungen kommen. Zuerst wurden mir 419 geklaut ( anscheinend war es nicht das hotel,beweise gibt es aber nicht und das Hotel weigert sich mir das Geld zurück zu geben). Die Putzfrau hatte ihre Karte bei uns im Zimmer vergessen, mit dieser Karte hatte ich zugang zu ALLE anderen Zimmer. Als ich die Rezeption drauf aufmerksam machte,wurde ich ausgelacht. Dies beweist wie seriös dieses Hotel ist. Schauen sie sich mein Profil an,dies ist nicht meine erste Bewertung .Solange dieses Hotel mir mein Geld nicht zurück gibt werde ich meine erfahrungen überall schreiben. Und anbei ein Foto wo mann gut erkennt wie motiviert mancge mitarbeiter sind

Väldigt fint hotell beläget mitt i gamla stan. Perfekt gångavstånd till alla sevärdigheter, shopping, restauranger och barer. Personalen är supertrevlig och hjälpsam. Rekommenderas varmt!!

I travelled solo to Ljubljana and I was really careful in deciding where to stay. I booked this hotel because of the good reviews about the location, cleanliness and the staff and I can say that all their reviews were correct. I got impressed by how quick they respond to all my inquiries and for all the assistance given from when I arrived to the Airport until I reached the Hotel. Location is 10/10 perfect especially if you are travelling solo. It is next to all the good cafes / restaurants plus few minutes walk to Triple Bridge, Dragon Bridge and Market. Rooms 10/10 for cleanliness and availability of amenites Staff 10/10 all staff are so helpful. Special Thanks to Isna quick response to my messages and for all the information shared prior to my arrival. To NIKA for assisting from when I landed until I checked in .. very helpful :-) And to Alex who was always in the Front Desk everytime I go out in the morning for the warm good morning and all the assistance offered. And the breakfast staff - thank you!! You are all amazing!!!

This hotel could be excellent but the little details are not there . No tea/coffee in the rooms . The room was cleaned daily but dirty classes were left on the side . Ask for orange juice with breakfast but was told every morning that there wasn’t any. The socket for the hair dryer in the en suite was hanging out the wall. Saying all this we liked the location and our room.

Whilst this is a very stylish establishment in a good position on the river, very clean and modern, the rooms are small, and although the hotel information is clear about the windowless position of some rooms it does give them a cell like feel, rather than cosy. Whilst the hotel is fairly new this is mitigated to some extent by smart decor but as it ages this may not be the case. The breakfast is strange - all you can eat from a menu, I personally missed even a small buffer to choose from. The restaurant - which we ate at each evening was excellent, and the majority of the staff were really pleasant and helpful. I’m not sure I will stay there again when I return, especially as I was the organiser (and payer) of our parties stay - and was not upgraded when others were!
