We spent 5 nights here. Sandra and her sister are extremely kind and helpful. Room serviced every day. Good selection for breakfast. The rooms are on the 5th floor of an old building which from the outside needs t l c, but the apt and rooms are spotless. Supermarket and restaurants 2 minute walk. Bus stop outside gates. FPP2 MASKS ARE MANDATORY ON PUBLIC TRANSPORT. We used buses and train for 4 days with inferior masks ( as did plenty of other people ) without being challenged. Refused entry to bus as we made our way to train station on day 6, had to buy FPP2 from tobacconist, 1 euro.

Everything was so beautiful the rooms are so clean an smell wonderful. Our host was the best so kind and helpful with everything. Would totally recommend it to everyone.

Posizione ottima , ben servita dai mezzi pubblici : ci siamo mosse per Catania e dintorni sempre con i mezzi pubblici.... Posizione comoda alla stazione dei treni e dei bus ...si raggiungono a piedi facendo due passi ... Zona servitissima di tutto: farmacia, posta ,banca ,ristoranti ,pasticceria negozi e posizionata sul lungomare ... Proprietaria accoglientissima , sempre pronta per qualsiasi necessità,locali pulitissimi . Ci siamo trovate benissimo grazie per l'accoglienza❤️ Lucia ed Anna

Nous avons apprécié le bon accueil des propriétaires, l'état des installations et la propreté. La vue.
Il aurait été bon d'avoir eu la possibilité de se faire un café dans la chambre.

La chambre n est pas du tout celle annoncée car il y avait qu un seul lit et non 3 lits comme annoncée.
Le matin petit déjeuner médiocre manque de pain frais aucun fruit très basique.
J ai juste apprécié la propreté.

Struttura posta sul lungomare in una zona molto frequentata e piena di locali per tutti i gusti. Facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto in taxi. La camera (nuova, pulitissima, ben arredata, letto molto comodo, con aria condizionata) godeva della bella vista mare. Una nota a parte per le proprietarie: sono straordinariamente gentili e premurose verso gli ospiti. Colazione ottima. Rapporto qualità/prezzo eccellente.

Le bnb se trouve dans un grand immeuble qui ne paye pas de mine à quelques km du centre de Catane. Mais une fois dans la chambre, la vue sur la mer est très belle, propreté irréprochable et l’accueil très chaleureux et sympathique. Le petit déjeuner est tout à fait correct. Très bon rapport qualité/prix

Nonostante voti molto alti e recensioni molto positive dai principali siti di prenotazione online, la realtà di fronte alla quale ci si trova è differente. La struttura è vecchia, situata all'interno di un palazzo di enormi dimensioni fuori dal centro ma ben raggiungibile in macchina. Non c'è traccia di una stanza dove fare colazione né in fase di check-in viene spiegato dove questa avvenga. La stanza è pulita ma datata e con un sottile odore di fumo persistente, come quegli ambienti dove si è fumato per anni prima di ristrutturati. L'esterno del palazzo è in fare di ristrutturazione per gli stessi motivi. La titolare appare gentile ma poco incline alle critiche, che invece dovrebbe accettare per migliorare il suo rapporto col cliente e la sua offerta. La stanza è silenziosa ed il bagno pulito e, seppur piccolo, confortevole
