Zunächst möchte ich Vincenzo und Claudia C bei der Rezeption danken. Sie sind ein sehr gutes Vermögen für das Hotel, immer sehr schnell zu helfen mit hervorragender Service immer mit einem Lächeln. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber, danke Giusi, im ersten Stock des Hotels ,sie tut wirklich ihre Arbeit sehr gut mit Aufmerksamkeit auf die Details, die meisten Male finden Sie selten sogar in 5 Stern-Hotels,sie ist ein anderes Vermögen. Das Hotel ist sehr komfortabel, guter Standort, sehr sauber und verfügt über eine große sichere private und sichere Parkplätze. Sicherlich wird es sich bei der Reise in Sicilien überprüfen.

Alles in allem sind 4 Punkte gerechtfertigt. Zusamnenfassend zuerst das Negative dann das Positive. Negativ: Coronabedingt manchmal langes Anstehen beim Frühstücksbuffet. Manchmal bedient eine einzige Person 10 wartende Gäste. Der Cappuccino ist oft lauwarm oder kalt. Manchmal keine Eier, manchmal älteres Brot. Positiv: Sehr schöne, gut gelegene Anlage mit guter Infrastruktur. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück soweit gut. Hoteleigener Parkplatz, eingezäunt und sicher. Schöne Bar im Hotel. Schöner grosser Pool mit super Aussicht und Bar, alles gepflegt und sauber. Romantischer Zugang zum Meer zwischen den Felsen, kristallklares Meer. Ruhige, saubere Zimmer mit guter Aussicht. Ein paar gute Restaurants in der Nähe. Hotelsafe und Parkplatz kostenlos. Alles in allem: Schön bzw. sehr schön für ein paar Tage Catania vor und/oder nach Flug/Anreise.

Wir haben eine sehr gute Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht, das Zimmer ist wunderschön, geräumig und gut schallisoliert. Das Frühstück ist herzhaft. Einziges kleines Problem, die Lage des Parkplatzes nicht leicht zu verstehen.

Ich war in einer Notlage in der Mitte der Nacht, ich habe mehr als 10 Hotel/b&b in Catania angerufen und NOONE akzeptierte meine Reservierung ( Hotel 4 Stern und so weiter ). Bei 03.30 a.m. fand ich diesen Ort und Herr Domenico war so nett, mir einen Schlafzimmer für die Nacht zu geben, so dass ich ein paar Stunden vor meinem Flug ausruhen konnte. Wenn er mir nicht geholfen hätte, wäre ich in meinem Auto in der Nähe des Flughafens geschlafen. Schlechte Erfahrung mit einem Happy End dank ihm. Ich empfehle 100%! Veniamo a conoscenza di questa struttura grazie a consigli di amici... E mai consiglio fu più azzeccato. Il TH Luxury Central è una struttura aperta da qualche mese. Super tecnologica, molto pulita e profumatissima (soprattutto il corridoio e gli asciugamani in bagno dei quali mi sono letteralmente innamorata). È tutto curato nei minimi dettagli. La proprietaria, la signora Rossella, e la responsabile della struttura, la signora Deborah, non le ho mai incontrate perché come dicevo è una struttura super tecnologica. Il check in si effettua con Deborah tramite whatsapp e telefono (e vi posso assicurare che è gentilissima ed estremamente disponibile). A distanza la signora apre sia il portone del palazzo, sia l'appartamento (che si trova al 5 piano con ascensore) che la camera. Una volta aperta la camera si troverà sul comodino una carta magnetica che servirà ad aprire tutte le porte autonomamente durante tutto il soggiorno. La mattina si viene accolti da una splendida ragazza che si occupa della pulizia della struttura, gentilissima, educata e precisa nel suo lavoro. La struttura si trova nel bel mezzo del mercato Fera o' Luni e questo dà quindi la possibilità di sbizzarrirsi già da subito con lo shopping. La sera (noi siamo stati durante un weekend) c'è un po' di confusione data dal passaggio delle macchine che si parcheggiano nelle strade circostanti per dirigersi verso la movida catanese che è a un passo (le stanze affacciano sulla strada ma con la finestra chiusa il rumore è minimo). Le stanze hanno un piccolo terrazzino dove è possibile godere della visuale dell'Etna. Il servizio colazione non è offerto, ma la cosa non è assolutamente un problema perché sia sotto la struttura, sia a pochi passi ci sono tanti bar nei quali si possono gustare i tipici dolci siciliani. Il TH Luxury Central è facilmente raggiungibile dall'aeroporto tramite la navetta Alibus che ferma a 200 mt (noi abbiamo comunque preferito affidarci a un ncc). Non vediamo l'ora di tornarci!

We stayed at the Villa Romeo for 5 nights and had an excellent experience. The hotel is very well situated, right across the street from Palermo Centrale train and bus station, and 10 mins by car from Catania airport. The building is ancient but very well maintained. Rooms were spacy and spotlessly clean. Slightly noisy during the night due to some external sounds, maybe air conditioning machines, but nothing much. Breakfast was simple but tasty, fresh bread and great coffee to order. A special word on Francesco at the reception, who was outstanding with arrangements, always had great advice on places to visit and was even instrumental in getting back my wife's purse, forgotten on a train carriage. All in all a great experience.

Der hoteleigene Parkplatz ist je nach Modellpreis etwas teuer, bis zu 18 Euro pro Tag. Es gibt jedoch viele öffentliche gebührenpflichtige Parkplätze auf beiden Seiten der Straße außerhalb des Hotels. Geben Sie in der Mittagspause kein Geld aus. Die maximalen Kosten betragen 4,5 Euro pro Tag. Das Zimmer war sauber, das Bett war bequem und unser Zimmer hatte eine kleine Terrasse mit Blick auf das Meer. Es war sehr bequem, nachts die Tür zu öffnen und Hai Tao beim Einschlafen zuzuhören. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und einige lokale sizilianische Desserts und Snacks, was besonders zufriedenstellend war. Das Hotel ist ca. 20 Autominuten vom Zentrum von Catania entfernt. Glücklicherweise lebten wir nicht im Stadtzentrum, sondern in einem etwas abgelegenen, aber vorgelagerten Hotel. (Es gibt eine Straße zwischen dem Hotel und dem Meer, und Freunde, die besonders lärmempfindlich sind, können tagsüber Verkehrsgeräusche hören.) Außerdem ist der Pool je nach Wetterlage geöffnet. Wenn wir gehen, gibt es Regen und Wind und der Pool ist geschlossen.

Der Wellness und Spa Bereich war nicht inbegriffen und ausgebucht. Die Bilder und Beschreibungen täuschen. Leider war die Unterkunft auch sehr weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Ich würde nicht wieder kommen.

I had high expectations of the plaza hotel , Catania . Classed a 4* . The rooms are lovely , nice decor , spacious enough with mini bar . Bit shabby in the bathroom . Rooftop bar is stunning but very highly priced for what it is so one to avoid I’m afraid if you don’t want to break the bank ! Breakfast is nice , served in the rooftop bar area , lots to choose from with decent staff who try to help with limited English spoke . Reception area has musty smell , needs upgrading to match rest of hotel . Reception staff speak decent English but not too knowledgeable. Lack of public buses here so had to use the expensive taxis service which the hotel will arrange for you . Expect to pay between 15/19 euros to the central area wher you will find the Douna catherdal piazza with its many bars and restaurants and shops . Taxi rank beside side of Douna for return to your hotel . I fell in love with Catania but would stay at a more central location next time as the constant taxi fares did add up to an extra expense . Across the road from the plaza is a lovely beach bar with lovely sea views and the staff here are great so worth a visit . Supermarket just a few yards from hotel. No beach as stated , but you can hire a bed at the beach restaurant for about 10euro .
