Il personale di Palazzo San Giorgio è molto disponibile e competente, mi ha fornito tutte le informazioni che ho richiesto durante il mio soggiorno (indicazioni stradali, ristoranti, musei ecc). Ho alloggiato una notte in una bellissima ed elegante junior suite, luminosa ed estremamente pulita. Ho trovato l’arredamento dell’intera struttura molto moderno e curato nei minimi dettagli. Quello che mi è piaciuto di più è stata la colazione….buffet vastissimo e tanta scelta anche alla carta. Sebbene sia molto bella la spa non è grandissima e questo la rende un ambiente accogliente. Super raccomandato!!

Mein Freund und ich blieben hier für ein paar Tage im September für die Dauer unseres Besuchs in Catania. Martina war so wunderschön und hilfreich - sie empfahl Restaurants, gab uns Informationen über die Navigation des öffentlichen Verkehrs und ging aus ihrem Weg, um uns auf jeden Fall zu beherbergen. Die Zimmer waren geräumig, sauber und der Luftkon war ein Gott senden! Wir werden sicher zurück sein - dank Martina und ihr Personal für einen schönen Aufenthalt.

Our room was clean and tidy. Bed was comfy. We had refrigerator, TV, and a great wi-fi. The shower was beautiful with shower gels, shampoos and neat towels. Staff is super friendly, very helpful and nice. Excellent Service! Hotel exactly in the centre. Walking distance to all attractions. Highly recommended.

Das Hotel ist enttäuschend. Hat eine gute Lage und WLAN, aber leider ist es sehr schmutzig. Die Lage ist sehr gut, in der Nähe der Piazza del Duomo. Parallel zur Hauptstraße. Kontaktloses Ein- und Auschecken. Gute WLAN-Verbindung. Überall Schmutz – staubige Böden, Staub im Badezimmer, schmutziges Waschbecken und Toilette. Rost in der Dusche. Farbe blättert von der Wand im Badezimmer. Blick aus dem Fenster (Zimmer Nr. 1). Schmutzige Wand vom Kaffee. Schmutzige Kaffeemaschine. Ich habe den Kundenservice über WhatsApp kontaktiert und mir wurde gesagt, ich könne ein anderes Zimmer ausprobieren, dessen Badezimmer auch in einem ekelhaften Zustand sei. Ich beschloss, in dem Zimmer zu bleiben, in dem ich bereits eingecheckt hatte. Sie haben mir gesagt, dass sie für den Winter eine gründliche Reinigung geplant haben (ich war im September dort).

Gab mir ein großes Dreibettzimmer. Das WLAN ist instabil. Der Verkehr ist sehr praktisch. Der Flughafen-Alibus ist direkt vor der Tür. 4 Euro. Unten ist der Markt. Die Bars und Restaurants sind sehr gut.

Excellent location on Via Etna facing Stesicora square. The entrance is in via Neve a narrow side road off via Etna ( it is not an alley way ) . Metro 200metres up the road . Tourist buses operate right outside. Fabio arranged airport pickup for us . We were met at airport and when we arrived in Stesicora square someone was waiting for us . They took our case and directed us to the property. Yes there are a lot of stairs up to the hotel but it’s a very old building. We’re in our 60s and managed the stairs several times a day . Believe me once you enter you’ll be more than happy to climb them every day . The hotel has been tastefully decorated to a high standard.Large room with all amenities. Fabio is an excellent host . He speaks faultless English. And he goes over and beyond to make your stay the most pleasurable it can be . He is very experienced in hospitality. And it shows . He is very proud of the hotel and so he should be . For breakfast you receive a voucher daily to use in cafe Scardaci opposite the hotel .This works really well . There’s a great choice of sweet and savouries . And of course excellent coffee . We’d highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Catania. And would definitely stay again if we return to Sicily .

Io e il mio compagno abbiamo soggiornato presso questa fantastica struttura nei giorni dedicati alla festa di S. Agata. Una location da togliere il fiato :soffitti affrescati, mobili di pregio, un sogno! Abbiamo soggiornato presso una splendida camera con balcone su via Etnea, non ci è mancato nulla: un letto comodissimo, cuscini soffici, grande spazio, frigo bar già fornito, angolo per il te, TV, riscaldamento a temperatura davvero piacevole. Tutto molto pulito, le spugne per il bagno candide! Non plus ultra: il silenzio. Sebbene fossimo(per nostra amata scelta) su Via Etnea, una volta chiuso il balcone non si percepiva nessun rumore, eccellente davvero. Sul pianerottolo un utilissimo angolo ristoro con bollitore sempre acceso e tutto ciò che occorre per un buon infuso. Utilissimo anche il distributore per caffè e bevande. Non è previsto il servizio colazione ma non se ne sente la mancanza in quanto basta scendere in strada per gustare tutto ciò che si desidera. La signora Serafina e suo marito sono delle persone splendide, ci hanno davvero fatti sentire a casa. Non vediamo l'ora di tornare!
