Wir haben eine sehr gute Nacht in diesem Hotel verbracht, das Zimmer ist wunderschön, geräumig und gut schallisoliert. Das Frühstück ist herzhaft. Einziges kleines Problem, die Lage des Parkplatzes nicht leicht zu verstehen.

Wir brauchten ein Hotelzimmer in der Nähe des Flughafens Catania, weil wir einen frühen Morgenflug hatten. Ich war nicht bereit, dieses Hotel zu buchen, weil es schreckliche Bewertungen hatte. Ich nahm eine Chance und wir waren angenehmen überrascht! Das Hotel ist vernünftig bezahlt, die Zimmer sind sauber und es ist wirklich nahe am Flughafen! Sie haben kostenlose Shuttle-Service zum und vom Flughafen. Wir brauchten einen 5am Shuttle und sie waren rechtzeitig! Wir hatten Angst da zu essen nach allen negativen Bewertungen, aber das Essen und der Wein waren großartig! Sie hatten ein freundliches Personal und erhielten einen großen persönlichen Service! Wir hatten beide leckere Pasta Gerichte und eigentlich alles Essen sah gut aus! Die einzige negative war das Aussehen des Hotels draußen. Sie müssen das Eigentum klar auf der Außenseite reparieren, aber ich würde lieber ein sauberes Zimmer und ein gutes Abendessen! Hören Sie nicht auf alle schlechten Bewertungen, dieses Hotel ist perfekt für einen Nachtaufenthalt vor oder nach einem Flug!

A corporate hotel, rooms are very basic. Noisy surroundings from the funfair right next door. Lots and lots of screaming on a Saturday night. Pool was not open for use. They didn’t not even have a courtesy room wherein one could freshen with a shower and a change of clothes once you were checked out of the room. Coffee at breakfast was from a machine and did not taste good. If there is a large group staying there practically all the items at breakfast were finished and not replenished even though we went for breakfast before 08.00. Dinner at the restaurant had a very limited choice and quite expensive for what you get. An aperol & soda costs €10 from the bar. Bathroom in my room was for disabled people - a very very wet room, had to go on hands and knees to dry the floor out of fear of slipping during the night. Hotel is located in Ognina, an Uber costs €15 to the centre, a taxi to the airport costs €35. Not a hotel I would want to return to.

Die Lage ist durchschnittlich, aber es ist sehr neu und das Zimmer ist groß. Wenn zwei Zimmer benötigt werden, wird dringend empfohlen, ein Familienzimmer von 85 Quadratmetern, super groß, die praktische Fläche von 85 Quadratmetern, mit acht Balkonen, zwei Schlafzimmern, zwei Badezimmern und einem großen, einzurichten Wohnzimmer. Die Minibar und Kaffee sind kostenlos.

Sehr schönes Hotel mit geschmackvoller Einrichtung. Da viele Besucher nur wenige Tage dort waren, nehmen wir an, dass das Hotel vorwiegend von Rundreisenden besucht wird. Wir waren 8 Nächte vor Ort und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Im hauseigenen Restaurant haben wir ein paarmal gegessen. Sehr freundlicher Service, schön angerichtete und leckere Gerichte. Die nicht besonders großen Pools (2Stk) sind für einen Entspannungstag zwischendurch absolut ausreichend. Da wir im Oktober da waren, passten die Temperaturen noch aber es waren nur vereinzelte Leute am Pool. Wer die Westküste Siziliens erkunden möchte, ist hier gut aufgehoben.

Perfect hotel with friendly staff and delicious breakfast. The garden and pool are fantastic and Mount Etna is nearby, so highly recommended for excursions. The view was beautiful from our room with large terrace. I can only recommend it.

Excellent location on Via Etna facing Stesicora square. The entrance is in via Neve a narrow side road off via Etna ( it is not an alley way ) . Metro 200metres up the road . Tourist buses operate right outside. Fabio arranged airport pickup for us . We were met at airport and when we arrived in Stesicora square someone was waiting for us . They took our case and directed us to the property. Yes there are a lot of stairs up to the hotel but it’s a very old building. We’re in our 60s and managed the stairs several times a day . Believe me once you enter you’ll be more than happy to climb them every day . The hotel has been tastefully decorated to a high standard.Large room with all amenities. Fabio is an excellent host . He speaks faultless English. And he goes over and beyond to make your stay the most pleasurable it can be . He is very experienced in hospitality. And it shows . He is very proud of the hotel and so he should be . For breakfast you receive a voucher daily to use in cafe Scardaci opposite the hotel .This works really well . There’s a great choice of sweet and savouries . And of course excellent coffee . We’d highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Catania. And would definitely stay again if we return to Sicily .
