TUI BLUE Playa Feliz

Wir haben drei Wochen lang Selbstversorgung geboten, das Apartment war sauber, es gab eine Grundausstattung zum Kochen, ein schönes Badezimmer mit heißem Wasser und das Apartment wurde an den meisten Tagen gereinigt und die Betten regelmäßig gewechselt. Der Pool war sauber und hatte viele Sonnenliegen und eine tolle Kaffeebar. Das Positive für uns war, dass wir, da wir bei Tui gebucht hatten, die Einrichtungen des TuiBlue Hotels nebenan nutzen konnten. Dieses war größer und hatte ein Fitnessstudio, ein Spa, eine größere Auswahl an Restaurants, die man nach Verbrauch bezahlen konnte, und das Essen war von guter Qualität und reichlich. Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und freundlich und kümmerte sich schnell um den gelegentlichen Lärm spät in der Nacht. Es gab einige Supermärkte in der Nähe, die eine gute Auswahl an Lebensmitteln hatten.

Schönes Nebenhotel mit Verbindung zum Haupthotel Orquidea. Kamen spät am Abend an und wurden mit Milchsandwiches, Obst usw. für unsere beiden kleinen Kinder begrüßt, was sehr nett war. Wir hatten Zimmer 36, das perfekt war, nur einen Steinwurf vom Pool und Frühstücksbereich entfernt, wir hatten All-Inclusive. Zimmer – geräumig, viel Stauraum, Kochnische, Wohnbereich, Doppelbett und Ausziehbett, sehr sauber, Dusche war schön und heiß (englisches Fernsehen), was auch super war! Pool – schöner kleiner schattiger Pool für die Kleinen und großer Pool für die anderen, sehr sauber 👌 Dieses Hotel ist mit dem Haupthotel verbunden, deshalb mussten wir zum Mittag- und Abendessen und auch zur Unterhaltung dorthin gehen, aber es ist nur ein kurzer Spaziergang durch eine Gasse und das Hotel Orquidea ist hervorragend!!! Alles, was Sie für die Kleinen brauchen, Parks, TUI-Personal, Spiele, x3 Pools, einfach wow, den Kindern wird nicht langweilig... das tägliche Kinderprogramm ist fantastisch, das Hotel ist wunderschön, das Essen ist auch köstlich... Es gab nur eine Kleinigkeit, die meiner Meinung nach ein wenig enttäuschend war, und zwar, dass dieses Hotel KEINEN Strand hat, es ist ein staatlicher Strand, aber der ist nicht so toll für Kinder, er ist kieselig und hat sehr wenig Sand, man kann nicht mit Kindern ins Meer gehen, da es sehr gefährlich ist, also wenn Sie einen Strand mögen, dann hat dieses Hotel keinen, der für Kinder geeignet ist, wir nahmen ein Taxi nach San Antigua, wo es schwarzen Sand gab, der sehr heiß und auch nicht für Kinder geeignet war, was uns enttäuschte, aber die Kinder draußen wurden mit den Einrichtungen im Hotel unterhalten. Schöner Ort, wenn Sie möchten, dass die Kinder den ganzen Tag unterhalten werden, sehr sauber und das Essen war wunderbar, gut gemacht, TUI Blu, Sie haben einen wunderbaren Ort und wir sehen uns bald, Dan, Kel und die Mädchen x

Glutenfreies Essen war leicht verfügbar und viele Restaurants in der Gegend boten glutenfreie Gerichte an. Wir hatten eine gute Auswahl beim Frühstück, darunter auch Essen aus der Kinderabteilung. Nichts war dem Personal zu viel Mühe. Wir hatten einen familiären Notfall und das Personal half uns, Blumen zu organisieren. Der TUI-Vertreter erlaubte uns, zur Abholzeit auszuchecken und die Express-Sicherheitskontrolle am Flughafen ohne zusätzliche Kosten durchzuführen. Wir hatten ein 2-Zimmer-Apartment mit Meerblick von vorne und Bergblick von hinten, wir hatten zwei Terrassen. Das Apartment war sehr sauber, wir hatten All-Inclusive gebucht, aber die Einrichtungen waren für einen guten Selbstversorgerurlaub vorhanden. Wir hatten so eine schöne Zeit, dass wir für nächsten März wieder gebucht haben und können es kaum erwarten.

2. Jahr Aufenthalt im Playa Feliz, nach 3 Jahren im Orquidea. 2-Zimmer-Apartment mit Meerblick! Unglaublich! Das Apartment war ausgezeichnet. Voll ausgestattet und modern. Kurzer Fußweg zum Pool mit Meerblick, wie gewünscht. Die Zimmermädchen waren ausgezeichnet. Alle Probleme wurden schnell gelöst. Ameisen- und Kakerlakenproblem, aber sobald ich an der Rezeption angerufen hatte, kamen die Wartungs- und Zimmermädchen, um das zu regeln! Wir nutzen den Pool im Playa Feliz jeden Tag, da wir 2 Kinder mit besonderen Bedürfnissen haben. Diese Hotels sind fantastisch für junge Leute mit besonderen Bedürfnissen! Das Essen war wie immer fantastisch, sowohl im Orquidea als auch im Playa. Die Unterhaltung war wie immer ausgezeichnet und das Personal ist so freundlich. Pepe an der Bar ist eine absolute Legende! Das Personal im Kinderclub ist unglaublich. Jade, Vilma, Elsa, Charlie und Marie müssen besonders erwähnt werden! Schon wieder für nächsten Oktober gebucht. This was our second time in Playa Feliz, third time in Blue hotel Bahia Feliz area. If you stay here for the very first time, it will be a good experience. But if you have had a vacation previosly, it is not the same it used to be. All Inclusive is still great. Lots of great food, lots of drinks to choose. Staff is very friendly. It is small things and nickle and diming that make the difference. There are still yoga, hiit etc classes every day. Previously they used to be Les Mills classes, and there were a couple of different every day. There is still beach volley. Befor it was ok to continue playing, but now staff took the ball away after 60 minutes because a ”company policy”. You can’t borrow a ball -anymore, you have to buy or rent it. If you want to go play some basketball -you have to rent a whole sports court. Do I have to say sports court stayed empty all the time? Do we come back fourth time? Probably not. But it is still a good choise to have a relaxing holiday. Notice there is nothing much outside the hotel area. Only a couple of shops and a few restaurants. So if you don’t like just staying in hotel area, you might want to rent a car and explore the island.

We stayed at Playa Feliz for a week all inclusive in July as at moly of 5, 2 adults an 11 year old and 7 year old twins. I would say Playa Feliz on it own is not 4* but with the ability to use everything at Orquidea next door it does live up to that rating. We were initially in the wrong apartment for two days, we were eventually moved to what we had booked and paid for. Both apartments were clean and comfortable, air conditioning isn’t throughout the apartments but did a not bad job at keeping the rooms cool. It was over 42 degrees at one point so air conditioning was needed! There were a few cockroaches, we were all inclusive so didn’t have any food in our kitchen - I’m guessing it would have been much worse if we had. The complex is in a beautiful setting, we found it quite quiet at Playa Feliz with lovely views. It’s just a short walk to Orquedia, where the bigger restaurant, more pools and main entertainment is. We never had an issue getting sun beds, we were ready to sit in the sun after breakfast (10/10:30) and always found somewhere to sit over looking the sea. Playa Feliz was not as crowded. It was lovely to have a choice of which pools to go to. Orquedia pools were super busy but great fun for the kids. There was plenty of entertainment around the pools for all ages. Kids club was fab, our children had a great time. There was so much choice of things for the kids to do. The entertainment staff were brilliant, so so enthusiastic and really talented too. The two I remember the names of were Pippa and Jaoquin - there was a girl who sang Dolly Parton songs one night who was an amazing singer too. All the TUI staff made such a fuss of the kids to make their holidays special, thank you. The foam party and beach party were brilliant, such lovely memories to have. The food was good, enough choice - pretty typical all inclusive food. The staff did struggle to keep up with demand at busy times, there weren’t always tables available immediately, it took a while for tables to be cleared and popular dishes to be topped up but we didn’t mind so much as we weren’t in a rush. I would have liked waffles at breakfast more often! (They were amazing) All the hotel staff apart from 1 TUI rep were lovely, all smiley and happy to say hi in the passing. On our 5th night my youngest daughter was sick all night, she was absolutely devastated to be unwell but to miss out on the end of her holiday while she recovered. The next night my son was sick too. I asked for the apartment to be cleaned and clean bed linen, they didn’t really clean as much I as I would have liked so I bought stuff from the Spar and did it myself. I went to the chemist across from Orquedia to see what I could buy to help them recover. The women working there said that a lot of people had reported being unwell with sickness. I don’t think it was the food as my other daughter had eaten the same. I reported the illness to TUI. I overheard a conversation at reception (Orquedia)ab
