Ich war zum zweiten Mal im Aparthotel und fand seine Lage bequem und mein Aufenthalt bequem. Aber das Gebäude Alarm störte mich wiederholt in den frühen Stunden des Morgens, und die Kissen waren nicht komfortabel, so dass mein Aufenthalt in dieser Zeit weniger angenehm. Wenn diese Fragen behoben werden, würde ich sicher wieder zu bleiben kommen.

We stayed for a week in April while attending a conference at the Convention Centre. We had a room on the second floor facing the shipping containers near the cruise terminal. In spite of the disappointing view, the room was spacious and comfortable. The restocking of the room was random and we had to ask for water bottles or lotion. The breakfast buffet was included and the staff were wonderful. For a few days they had a separate table with vegan and gluten free items. The other days I would just ask and they would bring me gf bread or vegan yogurt. They have a shuttle going to the waterfront 3 times in the day but we never took it as the timings did not suit us. Ubers were cheap and easy to take to and from the hotel. We stored our luggage at the hotel for a few days while we went on safari and then we returned for one more night before heading home. The room we got the second time was on the third floor and we could hear a frequent loud drilling sound. The front desk didn't know where the sound was coming from but they upgraded us to a suite on the 5th floor which was huge and had a view of table mountain. This was much appreciated as we were exhausted and had a very long flight home the next day. On our final day we took the water taxi (which was a tour boat) along the canal to the V&A waterfront. This also is included by the hotel and they issue a ticket and you get the boat behind the hotel. We noticed how easy it would be to walk to the waterfront too (in daylight). The front desk staff told us not to walk to/from the convention centre after 6pm when it was dark as it was dangerous. There were guards stationed at the roundabout towards the hotel but we were told they were there to keep baboons away. We walked the short 5 minute walk in the mornings and took an uber at night. This hotel and breakfast made it worth the money, but request a room facing table mountain. Front desk staff and security were also excellent.

Die Verfügbarkeit des Personals, das auf den Räumlichkeiten ist, um Ihnen zu helfen, ist groß ... Nicht, dass es jemals zu diesem kommen ist Punkt ... Wo es notwendig war, sie zu kontaktieren spät nite ... Brillante Service, das ist definitiv mein neuer Getaway-Spot von zu Hause.

Nachdem ich in vielen Hotels weltweit reichlich gereist und geblieben habe, kann ich mit Sicherheit sagen, dass meine jüngste Erfahrung das schlimmste jemals war. Trotz einiger negativer Bewertungen über ihren Service dachte ich, sie wären nur gelegentlich verpasst. Ich habe jedoch bald entdeckt, dass das Hotel ein anhaltendes Serviceproblem hatte. Ich hatte ein Problem mit meiner Reservierung und verbrachte zwei Tage, um es zu lösen, aber niemand kümmerte sich um das. Um die Dinge noch schlimmer zu machen, wurde ich zehnmal so viel gezahlt, wie ich ursprünglich für das gleiche Zimmer gezahlt hatte (d. h. $300 statt $30) ohne eine vernünftige Erklärung. Als ich das fragete, schlug das Personal einfach ab, zitierte die fluktuierenden Preise als Grund. Die für die Buchung verantwortliche Frau war überall extrem grausam und unachtsam. Neben den Fragen mit meiner Reservierung und den übertriebenen Gebühren arbeitete der Klimaanlage nicht richtig und machte viel Lärm. Außerdem machte der Kühlschrank in meinem Zimmer einen riesigen Lärm, der mich um 2 Uhr ins Schlafzimmer störte (ich zog ein Video als Beweis). Darüber hinaus waren die Lärmwerte in dem Schlafzimmer die ganze Nacht nicht akzeptabel! so dass es unmöglich, eine gute Nacht Schlaf zu bekommen. Kurz gesagt, ich fordere jemanden, der in diesem Hotel übernachten möchte, auf, zweimal zu denken und nach anderen Optionen zu suchen.

Overall a good experience at the hotel. Was greeted promptly by a staff member. Got a good room on the highest floor and the hotel was smelling of Indian spices (what a great way to start off). It was the slow season so two of the three elevators were operating. Did not wait that long. The rooms were small. Would recommend only staying about three nights. Great for people traveling business. Breakfast was good and had good seats. Wasn't crowded and did not need to come at a specific time. Laptop vault worked. The adapters did not. Luckily I got some Euro plugs which actually worked in the bathroom area (no where else). There is a USB port by the bed but those are not that quick. Wifi was good in the room but not that good in the lobby. I slept comfortably and it was quiet. Easy to get Uber. Would stay again (if I am on a short business trip). Tip: Do not exchange money at the lobby UNLESS it is an emergency. Also, know where you go and do not look lost.

Die Lage ist etwas von der V&a Wasserfront und Stadtzentrum entfernt. Sie müssen Uber jederzeit aus. Ein weiterer, alles ist Awesome von der Person zum Zimmerservice-Essen bis zum Zimmer sehr gut.

Wir wurden beim check-in äußerst unfreundlich und inkompetent behandelt. Ein gewünschter upgrade in eine bessere Zimmerkategorie (gegen Aufpreis) hat 2,5 Stunden gedauert, das ”bessere” Zimmer hat sich als schmuddeliges Zimmer mit 24 Stunden Geräuschkulisse und Blick auf Klimaanlagen und widerliche Vordächer entpuppt. Das Zimmer wurde auch während des Aufenthalts nur ungenügent gereinigt, Teppich hatte mehrere Flecken, Sofa angeschmutzt, Service sehr schlecht. Auch der öffentliche Bereich, Frühstücksraum, Bar etc. war sehr einfach. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und gut. Das Hotel liegt ca. 4 km von der Waterfront entfernt. Shuttlebus vom Hotel zur Innenstadt nur 4 x täglich. Wir hatten über booking.com gebucht und einen deutlich höheren Preis bezahlt als das Hotel während unseres Aufenthaltes im Internet angeboten hat. Kann das Haus nicht empfehlen.

Wir kamen übermüdet bereits schon sehr früh im Hotel an und wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und durften bereits schon sehr zeitig in unser Zimmer mit Blick auf den Tafelberg. Die Einrichtung im Zimmer erfüllt die allgemeinen Ansprüche, lediglich bedarf es einer Renovierung der Silikonfugen / kleiner Schönheitskorrekturen an der Badezimmertür (abgeplatzte Farbe) bzw. Zeitgemäße Deckenlampen. Das Frühstück war spitze, frisches Omelette, frisches Obst mit frischem knackigem Brot und Toast. Ansprechend angerichtet und zuvorkommender Service. Unter dem Hotel befindet sich eine Tiefgarage mit ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Besonders positiv fanden wir den kostenfreien Shuttle Service zur Waterfront.
