Ich fange mit etwas Negativem an. Anbei finden Sie die Details von Trip.Com, die die Abholung und Rückgabe vom Flughafen gegen eine zusätzliche Gebühr bestätigen. Anbei auch eine Kopie meiner Anfrage. Ich wartete am Flughafen und niemand war da, um mich abzuholen. Meine Freundin rief im Hotel an und man sagte ihr, dass Sie diesen Service nicht anbieten. Zum Glück kenne ich Leute in Kapstadt. Ich denke, um negative Bewertungen in Zukunft zu vermeiden, müssen Sie die falschen Angaben auf Trip.Com entfernen. Alle Mitarbeiter waren freundlich und immer hilfsbereit. Ich liebe das Frühstück. Das schönste Hotel, in dem ich in Südafrika war. Das Essen im Restaurant war köstlich und ich liebte die Atmosphäre dort. Die Musik war großartig.

Es war sehr interessant, hier zu buchen. Das Hotel ist mit einem Generator ausgestattet, sodass kein Lastabwurf erfolgt.

Die Zimmer sind sehr gut, besonders die Außenzimmer und das Personal an der Rezeption, dem Sicherheitsdienst und der Reinigung ist phänomenal. Gute Lage in einer Gegend mit guten Orten, um ein Bier zu trinken, zu Abend zu essen und am Wochenende Live-Musik zu hören.

The Reception asks to fill a form adding your full card details go be paid on 10 days which is risky to.leave your credit card details in a form and waiting. That shoukd be nade at once tobyour card through a card machine.

Friendly and caring staff. I would come here again. The decor is beautiful and ambiance nourishes your soul. Strong security, this is a good place to be!

Amazing hotel with friendly staff, old fashioned styled rooms really made the experience more pleasurable.

We have been staying here for several years and I have to say that sadly this hotel has lost its personal connection with guests. We didn’t feel like returning guests but more like strangers and it was purely business from the hotel. We have such wonderful memories here sadly clouded by new staff who have no idea how to connect.

A wonderful hotel with great service and beautiful decor. The staff are professional and friendly. The hotel is near Table Mountain and the V&A Waterfront which makes it a great location for traveling around the city . The rooms are neat, clean and comfortable. There is a private parking lot but with extra fee. The breakfast is super delicious. The only thing I did not like was music playing in the hallway till late at night. It’s very distracting. I really enjoyed my stay there and will hopefully return soon!

The hotel carpet a bit old and smelly in room

This is a pleasant place to stay. Room was clean and comfortable with a good view. All staff are polite and willing to help. It is close to town and convenient to go around and to get meals.
