I can’t say I enjoyed my stay here. Check in is only at 3. Got there a little earlier and the room still wasn’t clean and available at 3. It is VERY noisy because there’s a bar downstairs. Don’t go if you looking for peace and quiet. The rooms and bathroom is very small and old school. There was a noise in the AC too that kept me up all night. The only good side is that it’s close to the sea point beach.

Not a bad place. Location is great. Room is very basic but clean. Slept well after a long flight. Mojo market is right downstairs and the food selection plus vibe is great. Noisy at night but didn’t bother me too much, however I understand if it would be annoying to others.

The room was okay. The view from the rooftop was 👏

The keycards didn't work for the majority of the trip so I needed to get a guy to begrudgingly open the door each time. The rooms were okay but nothing special and expensive for the price and area. There wasn't really a communal area but it was right next to a market which had good food. No breakfast/discounts/advice given by staff, the only real benefit to this place was the location.

Absolutely Good

Most terrible hotel that we have ever stayed in. The room was way to small, no telephone present, we had to call reception from our cellphones more than 10 times but still got no answer so we had to go down to reception. The male receptionist was very unprofessional. We waited about 10 minutes just to get into the parking area after ringing the bell. The only thing we enjoyed was the food at Mojo Market.

Hatten eine Buchungsbestätigung für Seaview mussten dann in einem Zimmer ohne Fenster als Ersatz übernachten! Trotz Fehler im Buchungssystem kein Entgegenkommen Never again, in 6 Wochen schlechteste Unterkunft ohne irgendeinen Service

Absolutes Chaos an der Reception beim einchecken (ich war in einer Gruppe mit Vorreservation), sehr unorganisiertes Personal, alles sehr hektisch. Zimmer sehr einfach, wenig Komfort, teils unsauber und schmuddelige Wäsche. Lage recht gut (Sea Point), in 3min. ist man an der Promenade. Aufgrund der zentralen Lage sehr laut (Strassenlärm, etc.). Haltestelle des Sightseeing Bus in Gehdistanz erreichbar (hop on-hop off). Einige gute Restaurants umliegend in Gehdistanz. Mojo ist kein Hotel, aber ein Hostel - Mojo Market im Parterre (Essen, etc.) aber auch alles sehr sehr laut.

Mojo hotel recommended highly. From the warm welcome on arrival to departure, amazing experience overall good vibe and lots to do in the Seapoint area. Mojo market itself is a must to stop in on a weekend,where it becomes alive,live music played throughout the night.

did read some negative reviews before i came however saw more positive so wasn't expecting the worse however when i arrived was shocked to see the state of the room we was put in which clearly had not been cleaned properly, after waking up the first night covered in bites decided to check the mattresses, to our shock was covered in black spots all over which i belive is from bed bugs, over the week i was being bitten more and more which is disgusting for a TUI hotel this should be sorted, and the bathroom floor was wet when we arrived clearly from previous people showering and not been cleaned. Overall the room felt dirty the entire time. Air con is €10 euros per night which when we first arrived didn’t buy as thought was ridiculous however with the heat it is needed and ended up having to pay for the entire week which should be advertised when booking so people can budget around this! The location is great being on the strip and it is never loud at night so cannot complain about that and staff were very nice just think rooms do need cleaning and furniture replacing when in states like the fridge!!

First time Africa, bucketlist-thing. My wife's in a wheelchair and we had a very big room. Though the shower was not accessible for her, we had a great time. Good service, nice people, The Mojo Market sublime! So Baie Dankie for the stay. CapeTown is nice and ofcourse not everything is perfect, that's why we see everything as adventure and challenge, not as granted or disability. Thanks again!

This was undoubtedly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had in my life. I would recommend this to backpackers who enjoy partying every night but not to those looking for a family holiday. I went on this trip with my family, we were in total a group of 8. The double room I was in was extremely small and you can look straight into the shower even with the doors closed. Another prominent issue is the constant noise from the street and music from market below that starts at around 9am and continues all day until the early hours of the morning. Furthermore, the hallways constantly smelt of ****. The hotel overall also has very poor maintenance as the other 2 groups within my family both had to be moved to different rooms due to the fact that the air conditioners were not functioning. Once everyone’s rooms had been changed around and we had finally settled in, we noticed the lack of towels. When a family member went to reception asking for more towels as we were 6 people in 1 room with only 2 towels, she was told that they did not have enough and had to go to other rooms with a member of staff and take towels from there. On top of that the hotel clearly does not keep track of which guests are in each room. My aunt and her family walked into their room one evening only to see another woman sitting in the room at their table. She had been told their room was a dorm and so didn’t think anything of their bags and items. The next day after the lady had been moved out of their room my aunt had been told they needed to be moved to a different room for their final night as someone else had booked their room. They were then given the keycard to MY room as the staff did not know/care that the room was unavailable. My aunt had to inform them that we were in that room before being moved again. Overall I did not sleep the entire week as I could literally feel the base of the music from down below through my bed and do not recommend to anyone even if it is cheap it’s just not worth it. Never ever will go there again in my life.

Horrible place. Don't know where to start. Music from the downstairs bars and dance floors filters through the rooms. Impossible to sleep. Most nights till midnight and yesterday till 3am. Drunken people wandering passage with smell of **** everywhere. Reception are clueless. My sister walked back into her room to find someone else having dinner at the table. They had given her room key to another guest. They then asked her to change room halfway through stay with no gelp, because the room she was in was allocated to someone else. Reception then gave her a new room, which happened to be mine. They are clueless. Bathrooms are mouldy and Impossible to get towels or help fixing aircon. Rather stay away
