Die ”Pink Lady” hat diesen Kosenamen wegen ihrer Fassadenfarbe erhalten und versprüht als Kolonialstilhotel einen unsäglichen Charme. Schon der Empfang durch Busi Bobo, guest experience manager, war eine der wärmsten Begrüssungen, die wir je in einem Hotel erlebten. Zudem wurden wir von einem Standardzimmer zu einem sogenannten ”Cottage” (Einfamilienhaus) upgegraded. Die Zimmer sind mit stilvoller, aber unaufdringlicher Eleganz eingerichtet. Sämtliche Getränke aus der Minibar waren inkludiert. Das Frühstück ist ausserordentlich reichhaltig und ich genoss eine hauchdünne Crepe, die ihresgleichen sucht. Auch das Abendessen im Restaurant Veranda mundete uns ausgezeichnet. Alles in allem ein unvergessliches Erlebnis mitten im Stadtzentrum. Mir hat das Nellie um einiges besser gefallen als das am Strand gelegene The Bay, in welchem ich bei meinem letzten Aufenthalt abgestiegen war. Für Liebhaber von Kolonialstilarchitektur ein absolutes Muss in Kapstadt.

When I arrived I was greeted with a warm smile. I forgot the managers name but she recognised me from precious stays. Siya and Mo at reception made my check in, and stay so much better, they have amazing attention to detail and their friendlt, welcoming personalities made everything that much better. All requests and enquiries were sorted so quickly they are the best. Shout out to Paul the chef for making breakfast extra special with his amazing omelettes each morning, I recommend his chilli omelettes with blue berries (trust me). I also recommend the Spa as well, the staff there were amazing and welcoming. Siya, at concierge was very attentive and very helpful. This is my 5th stay at the Capital and I do not think I will stay anywhere else in Cape Town.

Jeden Tag hat das Team uns zu unseren Mahlzeiten, Rezeption oder Spa willkommen. Insbesondere Marlene, war auf dem Rezeptionstisch so hilfreich, als wir für unsere Zimmer oder Fragen benötigten. Shydrock (Spelling?) war einer unserer ersten Abendessensserver und machte eine fantastische Arbeit. Jeden Morgen, Mandla, würde uns mit unseren Kaffee und unserem Sitz helfen. Wir waren mit einer Tourgruppe, und sie machten alle sehr willkommen und geschätzt. Godfrey würde jeden Tag so hell lächeln und uns für den Aufenthalt im Hotel danken. Das Hotelzimmer war ziemlich komfortabel - die Betten waren komfortabel, der Zugang zu einem Fitnessraum und Spa waren großartig, das Essen ziemlich gut und die Lage perfekt. Der Stand für mich war der hervorragende Kundenservice. Alles war so erstaunlich und wir beglückwünschen Sie für Ihre Kundenservice.

Das Hotel befindet sich im historischen Teil von Kapstadt. Der Check in verlief schnell und freundlich. Leider war das gebuchte Zimmer auf Grund eines technischen Defekts nicht bezugsfertig und auch das Ersatzzimmer wurde nicht fertig. Die dadurch entstandene Wartezeit wurde sehr angemessen entschädigt (Thank you Jeremie). Das Zimmer hatte eine ordentliche Größe, das Bad war ebenfalls recht groß. Durch die große Glasscheibe im Bad wirkten Zimmer und Bad noch größer. Alles war sehr sauber und technisch in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war mit TV, Safe, Minibar, Schreibtisch und AC ausgestattet, weiterhin verfügte es über einen kleinen Balkon. Die Aussicht auf den Tafelberg war überwältigend. Das Frühstück wurde auf Grund der Pandemie an den Tisch gebracht, man konnte aus einer umfangreichen Karte verschiedene Speisen auswählen. Unter diesen Umständen war das Frühstück völlig in Ordnung. Das Personal im Hotel war in allen Bereichen höflich, freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Hotel kann ich bedenkenlos empfehlen.

Unterer Standard selbst für ein Holiday inn Express , wir kamen kurz nach 12 an und uns wurde mitgeteilt dass das Zimmer noch nicht fertig sei - mit einer kleinen Motivationshilfe in Form von $ gab es dann das Zimmer. Es war soweit sauber müsste jedoch dringend renoviert werden. Da unser Rückflug recht früh ging haben wir den Wake-up Call geordert, zum Glück hatten wir auch beide Handys auf Weckfunktion da der Call nicht erfolgte. Frühstück ab 6:30 bedeutet dass man um diese Zeit anfängt das Frühstücksbüffet (welches ok war) aufzuräumen und somit bis zu unserem Aufbruch kurz vor 7 noch nicht vollständig war

Wow, this hotel exceeded my expectations. From the location to the lobby to the staff, lounge, spa, dining, and room, everything was even better than I hoped. It’s perfectly located for an easy walk to the waterfront, the city, or Signal Hill. An easy pickup spot for tours or for a ride share car to anywhere. The immediate area is very much a business zone and the conference center, which means it’s clean, upscale, and felt safe at all times. And it’s right at the end of a small canal that connects via beautiful walking paths through shopping and upscale residential, all the way to the V & A Waterfont. The staff is super attentive in all areas of the hotel, and the pool/hot tub/gym/lounge on the 19th floor have huge windows and beautiful views of the port, the city, and Table Mountain. I will absolutely stay there again on my next trip to Cape Town.

Die Nachbarschaft ist auch reich und die Sicherheitsprobleme sind nicht schlimm. Recht und Ordnung sind in Südafrika bekanntlich nicht abrupt. Ctrip-Reservierungen müssen im Voraus gebucht werden, sonst zeigt das Hotel unbezahlt an, Ctrip hat jedoch die Zahlung angezeigt ... Ctrip ist preislich besser als Booking, dies ist ein Muss.

Die überall Frühstücksverteilung war super ich meine viele Wahlen für nicht-Vegetarier speziell und die Qualität der verwendeten Lebensmittel war super. wir haben nie eine solche wunderbare Erfahrung zuvor mit irgendeiner Eigenschaft. Das Gebäude war bis zum Marke, sauber und Dienstleistungen schnell. Wir würden das als 5-Sterne-Eigentum bewerten und nichts weniger. Viel Parkplatz, eine sehr sichere Ortschaft, ein Mall nur 2 Blöcke entfernt machten die Dinge einfacher. Wifi war ausgezeichnet die Zimmergröße ist groß genug. Highly recommended Indians and all tourists to book with them when in Capetown, they will exceed your expectations and make you feel always pleased. thank the whole team once again and if we ever droppe in Capetown, Das ist der Ort, an dem wir uns freuen, nochmals zu buchen.

I've stayed at a few different places when I return to Cape Town for a vacation but it's been a while since I stayed in such a beautiful historic guesthouse! Everyone was super friendly and helpful, the breakfast absolutely delicious, and the overall look of everything was made to make you feel at home and relaxed. The rooms were super clean, beautifully decorated, and so so comfortable! Location wise - it is perfectly located to near downtown, making exploring Cape Town a breeze. I don't drive on the wrong side of the road so walkability was a must when looking for the perfect place to stay!

I have been in Cape Town at least 20 times, and for now, this is my favorite place to stay. The location is great: in Gardens, which is for me the best place to stay at, in a quiet side street, and in easy walking distance of several restaurants, bars and shops. The rooms are big and very comfortable. Staff is friendly and its really good value for money. If you dont like very loud music, make sure to pay a little bit more and choose a room at the back of the building, so that you dont ”enjoy” the music of the mexican restaurant beneath the front rooms.
