Der Manager in der dienst heute war absolut hartlos und brutal. Sie versucht nicht mit mir zu arbeiten, und wird mir nicht einmal einen Schlüssel geben. Um in mein Zimmer zurückzukommen, wenn ich gehen musste, um das Geld zu bekommen.

Wir haben gestern Abend auf unserem Weg nach NY hier geblieben. Wir sind Hilton-Fans, aber wir haben noch nie in einem Home 2 Suites geblieben. Die Hotellobby ist attraktiv, hell farbig und modern. Die Zimmer sind jedoch schüchtern. Das Bett ist alt, unsere Kissen wurden gebraucht, flach und geräuchert von Schweiß oder Moll..... etwas nicht gut. Unsere Fensterschatz war zerstört und konnte nicht ohne Gefahr, die Ketten zu brechen geöffnet oder geschlossen werden. Unser Badezimmer hatte alles, was wir brauchten, aber ich wurde von den Haaren ausgeschaltet, die ich in einem der Vergewaltigungsschirme gefunden hatte. Die Küche war schön, die Gerichte waren immer noch im Geschirrspüler, als wir ankamen, so dass ich nicht wusste, ob sie sauber waren oder nicht. Unser Frühstück war gut, sie bauten ein neues Frühstücksmenü, aber alles, was wir wählen, war cool, um Zimmertemperatur nicht heiß. Ich würde nicht mehr in diesem Hotel bleiben und wahrscheinlich nicht in einem Home 2 Suites in der Zukunft.

I never stepped foot into my room nor received a refund. Highly angry.

My first experience was awesome, great breakfest, pool was nice but could of been warmer. Room was pretty clean but we got the sweet, comes with the jacuzzi tub. No one told us we had to make the jets work and figure it out on our own. Only 2 jets worked. Wasent till late in the even for a smoke break that we mentioned it and we were told we had to yank on the jets sometimes. No, no we do not, thats why we pay for a room. You do the chores. We have 6 kids and every once and a while just need a break and this was it. Paid for a sweet with a jacuzzi that didnt work right. Could have bought a way cheaper room if all we needed was a shower. They never compensated in any way for it, not so much as an apology or discount. So we came back thinking OK the people seemed friendly, room was clean, food was good. Same room they gave us, magically we didnt have to play figure it out, the tub jets worked on their own this time. First day , her birthday, it was Ok. Second day, the pool is ice cold. We called the desk and they said the heater was out. We wanted to check out and go to a different place that had a pool that was not cold but no refunds offered. The next day the gwneral manager tells us the guy basically lied to us that theu filled the pool up with freezing cold water. Just blew my mind. The 2 days for her Birthday I booked because she wanted to swim and they ruin day 2... theu coukd have forewarned the pool would be getting maintenance before we booked or we would have went else where. The manager emailed the General Manager who didnt even knock or call to apologize or anything. He was sure staying in the hallway to eves drop on me and my upset girlfriends conversation though. Thats when i brought up the flesh eating ants at poolside. Mind you this is an indoor pool. She thought she was sitting on a hot part of what she thought was a heated floor, no it was ants biting her. We complained of this not ling after we discovered the ice water pool. We thought we could at least soak our feet, but no no no. He acted like he didnt believe but its clear , showed pictures of the ants. No compensation for a ruined birthday gift. Thanks for nothing.

Kein Frühstück oder Kühlschrank, obwohl sie beide angekündigt haben. Meth Kopf im Parkplatz feeding Stray Katzen Pizza um 2.00 Uhr. Sie haben eine Stundenrate und jemand neben uns war ”unterhaltsreich” Gäste der Stunde. Wir konnten nicht gehen, wie wir spät kamen und es war nichts anderes verfügbar, noch war es niemand im Büro, um sich zu beschweren, nachdem wir angemeldet waren. Als ich mich an die Website beschwerte, die ich mit ihnen buchte, lügte das Hotelpersonal uns offensichtlich über das Angebot eines anderen Zimmers. Der Haushalter schwor bei uns und setzte ihren gestohlenen Dollar General-Ladenwagen voller Lieferungen weg, immer noch verflucht bei uns und Beschwerde über die Eigentümer. Sie hatten in einer dynischen hellbraunen Farbe gemalt, dann ”geplackt” schlechte Punkte mit einem dunklerbraun so sah es aus, als hätte jemand Fäzes auf jeder Wand gebrochen. Ich bin nicht dramatisch oder übertrieben, wenn ich sage, dass dieser Ort und es ist Geld-grubend , liegende Eigentümer könnten in ein schwarzes Loch gesaugt werden und die Welt wäre besser für sie.

Erinnern Sie sich an heiße Frühstücke? Ja, sie haben es!!! Sie hatten auch gute Service, komfortable und saubere Betten, heiße Dusche mit den kühlen gebogenen Gartensteinstühlen, saubere Handtücher.....wohl viel alles, was eine Familie braucht für Sub-$100, eine Seltenheit! Werden zurück!

Nicht lieben, dass Sie nur 2 Badehandtücher haben können, wenn Sie in einem Zimmer mit einem King-Size-Bett bleiben. Befragt für mindestens ein zusätzliches Handtücher und wir wurden gesagt, wir müssten in unsere verwendeten Handtücher wechseln. Das Hotel war sehr sauber und in einer schönen Lage. Das Personal war ziemlich nett. Check out ist um Mittag, das ist ein Plus. Der Pool war sehr sauber und der Spa war in gutem Zustand und bei guter Temperatur.
