Unser Flug wurde abgebrochen.. CUN＞JFK.. 24 Stunden später. Dieses Hotel war so beherbergend. Obwohl es eine Menge Verwirrung und so chaotisch wie es war, erhielten wir immer noch einen freundlichen und cortexen Service. Unsere Party von 4 wurde 2 nebenzimmern gegeben. Angesichts der Lage... Wir fühlten uns sicher und komfortabel. Wir empfehlen den Taco-Spot um die Ecke... kann nicht verpassen - Al Pastor tacos direkt vor - bekommen die Arrachera (Bier) Tacos mit Käse - super lecker!! Am nächsten Tag, Mitarbeiter.. besonders Mateo - war unglaublich hilfreich und informativ! Er sicherte, dass wir gut umgesehen wurden!! Mateo war sehr hervorragendé! Muchas gracias con todo!

Es ist eine gute Hostel für einige Tage zu bleiben. freundliches Personal und saubere Zimmer.

First time staying at this property. I must say I was surprised how close was to different places. First, at front desk employees were friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Employees cleaning the rooms as always working hard and always willing to help. Room was clean and did not have any problems. Close to hotel you can walk to Plaza de las Americas and opposite way go to Costco. Past la Plaza there is a view of lagoon where you can run/ walk and get some exercise early in the morning. At lobby you can talk to a lady about any tours. They have tons of places to go. If you want to go into town, you can get a taxi which is more expensive. If you feel adventurous, you can take a local bus which it would cost 10 pesos vs 300 in taxi. Another way is UBER which I took many times. Overall, a great experience being at this hotel. I walked and run around this property so I learned about restaurants and things to see and do, e-mail me for any questions. Otherwise, enjoy your time in beau Cancún.

Ein sehr gutes Hotel, mit ausgezeichneter Aufmerksamkeit und Service an der Rezeption, dem Frühstück, das ziemlich gut ist, dem Komfort des Bettes ist das Beste, sowie der Sauberkeit und Geräumigkeit des Zimmers und mit vielen gastronomischen Optionen am Nachmittag und Abends, eine sehr gute Option, um Ihren Urlaub oder einen mit geringem Budget zu verbringen.

Dieses Hotel traf sich und ging über das, was wir erwarteten zu empfangen. Der Service, den wir während unserer 5 Tage (Mädchenreise) erhalten haben, war großartig. Wir haben sogar für 2 private Kabinen gespült und unser Gastgeber ALEJANDRA SOTO war unglaublich. Sie war kurz besetzt und wir erhielten immer noch einen hervorragenden Service von ihr. Wir hatten das all-inclusive (es wert) Essen war gut, eine schöne Variante und die Getränke waren auch gut. Der Strand war erstaunlich und das Bett ist einer der komfortablesten, die ich je in einem Hotel hatte. Das einzige negative, das ich habe, ist die Ein- und Auscheckung dauert für immer. Sie müssen einen effizienteren Weg finden, um das zu tun. Die Leute dort haben auch schlechte Einstellungen ohne Grund. Außer, dass das Hotel und der Rest des Personals groß war. Wir würden sicher zurück gehen.

Wir waren 18 Nächte und es war fantastisch. Gustavo, Sarahi, Vanessa, Juan Jose, Laura, Cristina, Alberto an der Magic Bar. Beste Barkeeper mit Service im Background. Unglaublich freundlich, fröhlich und lustig. Top Getränke! Nicht zu vergessen Jose! Eduardo, Ismaile, Claudia, Rolando, Luis, Paul, wir wissen leider nicht mehr alle Namen, aber das gesamte Personal top! Qualität beim Essen 1a. Wir hatten ein super Zimmer, die Reinigung war ebenfalls 1a. Überhaupt das ganze Hotel sehr sauber. Wir wurden auch ganz toll an der Rezeption empfangen und der Check-out war total unkompliziert. Die Idee mit dem ”Zimmerschlüssel' - geniales System! Wir haben zwar keine gebraucht, aber wer Animation möchte, kommt im NYX voll auf seine Kosten. Service am beach ebenfalls toll. Der Strand und das Wasser - unbeschreiblich schön. Kurzum - bester Urlaub! Wir vermissen die Gastfreundschaft und die herzlichen Menschen jetzt schon - we come back!!

I booked the Pyramid - Ocean Front room with two other couples based on the online reviews and the fancy brochure I perused online and I wish I could give it 5 stars. To begin with, I booked the Ocean Front room as this was supposed to be an adult-only block of rooms, yet they were not -- there were families with children in this block of hotel rooms, which was quite annoying as I was charged more for choosing the ocean front - adult-only room. Having to go up a set of stairs before reaching the elevators that would take us to our hotel room -- with luggage, mind you, was not fun at all. A huge design flaw. Check-in was fairly quick because we booked the rooms with the black wristband and so that was okay--we avoided a long line. The rooms were clean but the two bathrooms were extremely dated--not at all what you see in the pictures. The pillows were awesome and the bed was comfy enough. The alcoholic beverages were awful, awful, awful. They were extremely watered down and quite frankly a huge disappointment. The choices were extremely limited and what they offered was not good at all--not even the margaritas. The food was okay at the two buffet halls that we frequented----and as with every other review--we couldn't get a reservation at Careyes or Benazuza the nicer restaurants on the property--as they were booked well in advance. The Italian restaurant--La Trattoria was horrible--the food was undercooked and flavorless. We ended up leaving the restaurant and going to eat at the buffet hall--which is where ate for the rest of our stay. There's a lot of walking and a lot of little bridges throughout the property so wear comfortable shoes. The pool was nice and clean, but there wasn't really an adults-only area. We had no trouble finding lounge chairs and if you sit away from the swim-up bar, they do have poolside servers offering drinks--but again, watered-down versions of any alcoholic beverage requested. To get to the beach get ready to go down a huge set of stairs -- the water was very choppy, but if you like the waves like I do, then you'll definitely enjoy the beautiful blue-green water. If you booked your stay with JetBlue Vacations --as we did -- and you added the free transportation (Insider Experience) be sure to schedule your departure well in advance (3 days) or you will have to pay for a taxi to take you to the airport because they will not pick you up nor answer their phone. Also, have your info handy when you arrive at their bus/taxi pick-up location as you're going to need it to even get on the bus to be taken to your hotel. All in all a big disappointment--so I'm glad we only booked a 4-day/3 night mini vacation. We made the best of it and it was nice to get away, but we will definitely not be returning to this property.

Wer auf große Hotels und All inclusive steht, ist hier sicherlich gut aufgehoben. Wir waren eigentlich nur hier, um nach 12 Stunden Flug nicht gleich ins Auto springen und eine längere Fahrt machen zu müssen. An und für sich aber ist das Solaris ein schönes Hotel, mit tollen, geräumigen Zimmern und sehr freundlichem Staff. Nachteile für uns: man kann die Zimmer nicht lüften /ist auf Klimaanlage angewiesen und letztere war sehr kühl eingestellt (vielleicht wegen der vorzugsweise amerikanischen Gäste).
