규모에 맞지않는 인원으로 돌아가는 서비스 최악의 리조트 비치프론트 풀빌라 1박에 약 40만원씩이나 내고 예약했는데, 서비스로 보나 시설로 보나 그만한 가치는 없다고 판단됨. 도어락 고장으로 입실 후 30분동안 제대로 쉬지도 못했고, 가드너가 풀빌라 안을 5시까지 돌아다님. 커튼이 있는 것과 별개로 너무 기분이 나쁘고 이 돈 내고 풀빌라 예약한 게 싶을 정도로 전혀 프라이빗하지 않음. 다른 객실 손님이 우리객실 도어락에 카드찍고 문 열고 들어올 땐 뇌가 일을 멈춤 ㅋ 필요한 거 있으면 0번에 전화해서 요청하라고 하는데, 한 번 요청했을 때 30분 안에 오면 빨리 오는 거임. 버기도 부르면 한 번에 안오고 꼭 한 번 더 요청해야 그제서야 옴. 룸서비스는 정말 최악임. 제발 여기 레스토랑 이용하지 말고 외부음식 배달시켜 드시길.. 왜 평이 갈리는 지 지내보고 깨달았음. 애기들 데리고 여행간 가족들은 편하고 좋을 수 있겠지만, 다른 여행객들은 부디 다른 숙소로 잘 골라서 가면 좋겠음 진짜. 옆에 래디슨 바로 붙어있는데 풀빌라 타입 다 똑같은 거 보면 차라리 거기 묵는 게 더 나았을 것 같다는 생각이 듦. 뫼벤픽은 어린이가 좋아할 모든 것들을 다 갖추고 있어서 매 시간 어디든 북적거림. 그에 반한 래디슨은 한적했음. 메인풀에 바도 있고 분위기 자체가 성인들에 더 맞춰져있는 느낌. 질 낮은 서비스로 기분은 나쁜데 또 사진은 완벽하게 나와서 그것도 열받음 ㅋㅋ 자세히 하나씩 뜯어보면 하자 되게 많은데 전체적으로 예쁜 느낌 주려고 애는 많이 쓰는 느낌 ㅋㅋ 커튼 작동 안되는 사소한 것부터 시작해서 청소 위생도 그렇고,, 결론은 사진에 낚인 내가 호구임

공항에서 가까워 밤도착시 이용하기 좋고 호텔 수영장이나 편의시설도 많고 산책하기 좋음. 리조트 규모가 크며 아기자기하게 잘 정돈된 느낌. 재방문의사 있음.

아이들 시설 (슬라이드 등) 잘 되어 있어서 선택했는데, 베트남 사람들도 같은 이유로 선택하는 리조트 같습니다. 여름 시즌이라그런지(7월말) 베트남 현지인들(대부분 가족단위) 정말 많고요 그래서 아이들 많고 시끄럽고 정신 없어요. 한국인도 마찬가지지만 베트남 사람들 중국인들과 마찬가지로 너무 시끄러워요.. 아시아 사람들 특색인지… 아무튼 뭔가 릴렉스 하는 휴양을 원하시는 커플 혹은 아이 없는 분들은 선택하시면 안될 것 같습니다. 저는 아이들이 있어서 선택했지만 휴양을 즐기긴 힘들정도로 한적하거나 여유롭지는 않았습니다. 메인 공용풀 말고 풀빌라 개인풀만 이용한다면 괜찮을 것도 같습니다. 슬라이드 때문에 선택했는데, 여러 슬라이드 중 가드가 있는 슬라이드는 한 곳에 불과했고(어린 아이들 탈 수 없는 곳) 가드 없는 다른 키즈용 슬라이드에서 저희아이 뒤에서 출발한 성인(3살정도 되어보이는 아이를 안고 출발)이 본인과 아이의 무게 때문에, 앞서 출발 한 우리 아이를 뒤에서 엄청난 속도로 충돌하는 일이 발생했습니다. 가드가 있었다면 앞서 출발한 우리아이가 슬라이드를 다 타고 내려왔는지 확인 후 내려보냈을텐데, 성인이 임의로 판단 후에 출발하여 그런 불상사가 발생했습니다. 결론적으로 슬라이드도 가드가 없어 위험도가 높으니, 잘 고민하셔야 될 것 같습니다. 객실은 2년 밖에 되지 않았다는데, 시설 관리가 잘 안되는지 화장실 줄눈 및 실리콘 같은 것들이 노후되어 청결한 느낌은 못받았습니다. 객실은 기본은 나무 바닥이나 중간에 카페트가 깔려있는데 청결하지 않아요. 이곳 깜란 공항 근처 다른 리조트들 그래도 시내 셔틀 운영하는 곳 있는데… 모벤픽은 없어요. 이 부분도 고려하셔야 될 것 같아요. 조식은 정말 별로고.. 메인풀에서 시켜먹은 와규 햄버거랑 피자는 먹을 만했어요. (까다롭지 않은편)

The resort was very clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was beautiful. The view was spectacular. Overall, great place.

Well overpriced flashy resort- Good for kids, but staying there wasn’t worth it and better not go dining in the beach restaurant as you pay a fortune for a little snack (had a rib eye steak that was thick as a sizzle steak and maybe as big as my female hand for approx ~$50! Accompanied by a handful of dry fries) The room had a fantastic view, a balcony and a big bath/shower/toilet. It is run down and needs some attention- definitely not what standard I expected for the price paid. They have kid’s activities inside a play room- some at extra costs. They have a kids water play area with pool side bar service at your sun lounge /chair. They have a big pool and a smaller pool (for adults only) and four big slides down the hill to the beach. The slides are a lot of fun, but kids have to be 7years old and maximum weight of 50kg. At the beach they have sun chairs and umbrellas and you can rent bodyboards and sand toys. On the street side they have their so called Swiss village which contains a restaurant and a clubhouse, a night club and a gym. They also have a rope climbing park which is only for kids from 14 years of age the sign said- the man at the desk said 7 years, but that still didn’t help satisfying our 4 year old monkey daughter that was very keen to try it… Bouncy castle free of charge but with loads of holes so it’s not completely blown up. Breakfast is good and a variety of different kinds, mostly Asian food is the best choice, but soooo many people trying to get something on their plate don’t make it a nice experience. Best experience for our daughter probably was the complimentary 15-16 o’clock chocolate hour- which basically is like afternoon tea time but with loads of different chocolates and a fountain and fruit and mini cakes & cupcakes 🧁

Great place to enjoy vacation with family. We loved it here. The villas are super comfy with best furnitures. Breakfast was really good.

This resort is absolutely stunning. It is all you need if you’re looking for a relaxing resort type holidays. Breakfast selection and customer service is also great. The only downside is the cleanliness. My room was not cleaned properly as there were a few stains on the carpet and on the bedsheets. Bathroom was also dusty. For a brand of this caliber I would expect better than this.
