Wir fühlten uns im Schloss von Rafael und Anna sehr willkommen. Das Zimmer war klein, aber sauber und hatte alles, was wir brauchten. Nur die Duschkabine war sehr eng, aber wir haben gerade noch drüber gepasst. Täglich frische Handtücher und Zimmerreinigung. Genossen Annas Kochen 2 Mal. Menü einfach, aber geschmackvoll

Der beste Ort, an dem wir bisher übernachtet haben, die beispiellose Behandlung wird den beiden Mädchen an der Rezeption zugeschrieben, sie haben alle Probleme sofort gelöst und Sie mit außergewöhnlicher Freundlichkeit behandelt. Der Verantwortliche des Roberto Hotels stellt ein Zehntel des Essens zur Verfügung. Er weiß nicht, was er in der italienischen Küche machen soll. Wenn Sie die nationale Küche mögen, wird der Küchenchef eine glänzende Zukunft haben. Tatsache ist, was mich überrascht, ist, dass Sie jemand dazu bringt, in einem Hotel wie ein Traum zu bleiben. Ich kann die hervorragende Arbeit der einzigen Putzfrau, die ein tadelloses Hotel besitzt, nicht ignorieren, ich werde keine 100% mehr Vorschläge hinzufügen, wir werden Ihnen zweifellos wieder gratulieren.

We had a wonderful 7 night stay here ( now called The Osprey). We arrived on the 9/7/23. Our room was ready, staff on reception very helpful. Safety deposit boxes in rooms no weekly charge just €5.00 deposit. You can also borrow pool towels for €10.00 deposit ( refunded when returned). I am also advised that you can borrow a kettle and an iron. The room itself was lovely, clean nice towels and bedding etc. Room also has a mini fridge. The Bar/ restaurant lovely with amazing views. Nice pool and sun beds etc again very clean. Bar/ restaurant staff all lovely, very attentive & an absolute credit to the hotel. We ate there & honestly we weren’t disappointed. I would completely recommend staying/ eating at the hotel. We would definitely return!

Este hotel não merece as 4 estrelas que tem. Quartos barulhentos e antiquados, ar condicionado que não funciona, e a maioria dos funcionários são rudes e sem vontade de ajudar ou sequer falar connosco. No entanto, o pior do hotel é sem dúvida a comida. Fomos com HB e todos os dias o jantar servido era praticamente o mesmo - mesmas saladas, mesmas entradas, mesmos pratos quentes (na sua maioria croquetes e panados). Adorava conhecer o “Chef” que apresenta um serviço destes. No restaurante não servem café, somos obrigados a ir ao bar e além do café não ser digno de 1,90€ (praticamente é água suja de café) ainda apresentam-nos a conta assim que levam o café à mesa, sem nos darem tempo de decidirmos se queremos mais alguma coisa. Não recomendo a estadia neste hotel, tirando a simpatia de algumas funcionárias do restaurante (uma senhora chamada Jéssica, penso eu, e que era bastante simpática), o restante não vale a pena.
