The property and service far exceeded expectations! Cindy & Jose were incredibly helpful with organizing grocery and wine delivery, airport transportation, and a reservation for a sunset sailing tour in advance of arrival. After check-in, Javiar took me on a tour of the property before heading up to the room where Emmanuel (Emi for short) was waiting with the bags and a “welcome home” greeting. We stayed in a one-bedroom unit with an amazing view of the ocean that you could see from just about anywhere you were in the place (even from one of the most comfortable beds I have ever been in). I was welcomed with some fresh guacamole and chips on the kitchen counter, which was a nice touch after a long day of travel. The front desk staff was available 24/7 via text message. They checked in periodically to see if there was anything we needed. The beachside pool staff (Edson & Mauricio) were very friendly and helpful setting us up each day with umbrellas, drinks and food. Mauricio also helped us with a jet ski rental and walked us down the beach to make sure we found the correct place. Aaron (A-A-Ron) at the Mezcal bar was a delight! We closed our every night with an Aaron visit for awesome cocktails and conversation. I can’t say enough good things about the entire staff and property at 1 Homes Cabo. A huge thank you to all of them! We had an amazing time and we look forward to going back in the future!

The property is absolutely stunning and is our new favorite resort in Cabo! The infinity pools are not crowded and have a great view. However the best part is the service: front desk (Cindy, Javier, José, Emmanuel), pool deck (Mauricio, Martin, and the entire pool deck team), and service (Samuel, Alan, Jafeth) …everyone was so helpful, warm, and accommodating!

Overall, this is an incredible resort with great staff, gorgeous views, and nice amenities. The service at 1 was impeccable. Everyone at the concierge was incredibly helpful, the golf cart drivers/bellmen were prompt and kind (especially Samuel), the pool staff set up our chairs with the perfect amount of shade and Mauricio was great about setting up a boat for us, the pool bar server Martin was attentive but also knew when you wanted to be left alone, Aaron at the Mezcal bar made awesome cocktails, and every single person was sweet to our three year old. The room was stunning. Gorgeous views, very spacious, modern, and comfortable. Incredible balcony setup. Only complaint was that the primary bathroom only had one sink and not a ton of counter space. But there is tons of closet space in the primary and we had a powder room as well so there was a second bathroom sink there. I worked out at the Hacienda gym and also with Javier on the lawn space outside of the 1 gym. The Hacienda gym was well equipped. I didn’t actually go into the 1 gym, but my workout with Javier was awesome (and unexpected to get a private training session!). Food at the 1 pool was quite good for a pool lunch. We also had dinner and breakfast at Hacienda’s restaurant and the dinner was phenomenal, which surprised me a bit. We both thought the dinner there was better than El Farallon (though the views are worth taking the trip) and better than Edith’s. The amenities and vibe at 1 are more suited for adults. While everyone was very sweet and accommodating to our toddler, there are not that many activities for young kids. Not a complaint about the resort at all because my husband and I didn’t really prioritize that when we booked, but both agreed this would have been better for just us. The kids club at Hacienda was nic but because 1 guests can’t use the pool at Hacienda there was not really much for us to do while he was at the kids club. He was too young to be left alone (even if he could be left alone I’m not sure the hotel would really want you to go too far) so that wasn’t a great option and there is no kids club or playground at 1. Location is great, swimmable beach and walkable to Marina Ave other restaurants like Edith’s, etc. Overall, we’re very happy with our stay at 1 and absolutely recommend for a high-end adults trip to Cabo.

Most favorite hotel ever. Location is amazing, service is amazing. Edson took such good care of us, we love him! He made sure we were happy at all time. Food truck is great and the drinks are also delicious. All of the staff here is great as well. We will be back for sure.

One of the most beautiful and friendly places I have ever stayed. The entire staff is so helpful and friendly. And 1 Homes is breathtaking!! Cannot wait to go back This was our second trip to 1 Homes and is now our favorite Cabo destination.

The hotel has great location, right by the marina and on the beach. The pictures of the room do not do justice to how beautiful the place is. The staff is very welcoming and were prompt to address the issues we had. The reception staff was always willing to chat and help us plan our day. The bar makes amazing cocktails and so does the bar on the beach. Would definitely stay here again

All the stuff was just perfect , playa bar was just perfect, the customer service was just so helpful and kind from beginning to end! Arsenio, Mauricio, Edson, Samuel, all very professional and kind…………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….

Amazing hotel Loved the rooms , the service Would come back for sure!! Barman Arcenio was amazing!!! 🍹🍹🍹 And Martin served was amazing too !!! Love the place Great location too ❤️ We got 2 bedroom villa Was spacious & beautiful Love the decor ❤️❤️
