Three Tree Point Bed and Breakfast

Three Tree Point Bed and Breakfast was absolutely perfect. Penny, the host, is amazing. The place is just lovely, homey, beautiful views every morning of the water and Mount Rainier. The place is stocked great with delicious food, fresh fruit, coffee, etc. I found it to just be a very peaceful, welcoming place to be, especially after a long day of teaching and lecturing. The Bed and furniture was all very comfortable. Quiet resendential area to be, yet convenient to restaurants and stores. I would highly, highly recommend staying here and can't wait to go back! Keep up the great work Penny, thanks for making my stay just perfect!

Penny is a wonderful host! Our stay felt as comfortable and familiar as home but without the stress of daily life. Truly an oasis! Gorgeous views of the sound and bald eagles all around. Look forward to staying again when back in the area!

The cottage was waiting for us and was immaculate. The kitchen was fully stocked with food items for breakfast every morning. I would have preferred to have a prepared breakfast like in most b n b's. After all Im on vacation. However everything was ready to prepare.

Absolute enjoyment. Beautiful view. Meticulous attention to details. Friendly knowledgeable host. Walk out onto he patio to sit in the hottub with a drink and enjoy the view of the sound. Convenient scenic location. Wonderful B&B, highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay here on our honeymoon! The suite is a very cozy place with a beautiful view! It was a perfect place to relax after a day out in the city. The owners were so kind and welcoming. We will definitely be coming back!

If you’re looking for a place to stay in the Seattle area, look no further. We stayed three nights in the Three Tree Point “suite” - which is really like an apar**ent. We had everything we needed to feel like it was our home away from home. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, the views are stunning, everything was spotless, and there were delicious breakfast foods, fresh fruit, drinks, and snacks waiting for us. The full kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own meals and Penny also provided a list of recommendations for local places to dine and sights to see. We enjoyed having morning coffee and evening drinks on the peaceful outdoor patio and had access to the outdoor hot tub and beach across the road. Thank you to our gracious hosts Penny and Doug for sharing their peaceful, relaxing haven with us. We will measure our experience at all future B&B/hotel stays against Three Tree Point. We hope to visit again – for a longer stay next time!

I wonder how the hosts came up with such a cute whimsical name for this B&B… This place feels like a second home but BETTER because everything you need is provided by the hosts. The ambiance they crafted is perfectly infused with splashes of color and creature comforts. The view of the water is sublime. It was peaceful there. There are so many other little sweet subtleties which I will leave for you to experience if you decide to choose this setting. Three Tree Point Bed and Breakfast is a special treasure and we feel blessed that Penny and Doug are sharing their gift.

We had a wonderful stay at Three Tree Point B&B. The location was wonderful with beautiful views and access to the beach. The bed was fabulous, also the shower and all the hospitality from Penny & Doug. The breakfast items were so delicious and love the special coffee. So much fun - we can’t wait to return! Thank you Penny for a lovely stay. We spent 4 nights in the cottage. It is a separate building from the house with a private patio. The house had everything you need-full kitchen, comfortable living/dining area and huge bed with a view of Mt Rainer. The cottage itself exceeded our expectations but the real gem is Penny, the owner. The family home is right next door if you need anything. The kitchen was stocked with all kinds of breakfast foods. Penny was kind and welcoming. She gave us great suggestions of where to eat and visit. Excellent communication from start to finish. There may be other places to stay, but they don’t have Penny.
