Vision Apartments Budapest

[single deluxe apar**ent] very very nice and clean, big living room with open kitchen. very homey. very good neighbourhood. few mins from subway station (M3 line), nearby Lidi supermarket, shopping mall and many restaurant. very converience for living. However, it's self serving, therefore no shampoo, shower gel, or any hotel service to you.

I feel I need to now resort to this review as have had no resolution with the company. Booked a penthouse apar**ent. Got a standard apar**ent. Fine, it happens a mix up with the bookings. My fault, NO. Was told I would get back the difference in price between the 2 apar**ents. Fine, £150 refund, was acceptable to me as there was not another penthouse to offer at time of arrival. Im am now 7 months on and still no refund although I have been assured several times by email that I would get it! Still have the emails! It may not seem a big deal to you but I paid extra for the penthouse as I had a rough year and wanted to treat myself. When I didn’t get it I was disappointed but decided to get on with it as only had 5 days. Your girls in the office who I reported it to as soon as we arrived who, were very apologetic said we would get a refund. Poor after service and actual lies from this company. The emails with excuses about there being a problem with bank transfers etc. DISGUSTING WAY TO TREAT PEOPLE JUST NEEDING A BREAK! On the positive Budapest is a lovely city and the Hungarian people are lovely.

Very clean nice apar**ents, close to the metro and some lovely restaurants highly recommend the Mexican. a really nice bar directly next to it and a cafe oppersit that for an amazing breakfast, also a lidls and shopping centre. It’s strangely both full of life and peaceful ay the same time- the people there are so lovely too. lots of space and modern apar**ents. I Would stay here 100 times.

Az apar**anhotel kozel van a kozlekedesi csomoponthoz. Sajnos az apar**an allapota messze elmaradt a fenykepen lathatoetol. A lepcsohazak, ahogy az apar**an is eleg lelakott. Az embernek ilyan erzese volt mintha a vendegek egy nagy esti bulizasra hasznalnak ahol mindent szabad es nem kell figyelni semmire. A minosegre es a dizajnra egy kicsit nagyobb hangsulyt lehetne fektetni.

Check in was horrible, they were sending their info through ******* and I booked with Agoda. After hours of finding the place I was made to pay more fees (taxes and $100 deposit). I never agreed to this and they couldnt give a rats pettuti. Had to go to a check in reception who were supposed to answer the bell when I tried to get in, they didnt. Very noisy outside all night until maybe 5am and at around 8am construction starts right above my apar**ent (hammer drills, grinders, etc). I called in hoping to get another room and was basically told to F@ off! Never again! Also carpets in the hallways are hoorible and shag rugs in the apar**ent look like they have never been cleaned in years, if at all. No soap for shower, no shampoo, no amenities of any kind.

Really enjoyed our stay, staff were helpful. Clean apar**ent for a family of 4.
