Lovely hotel, staff friendly, rooms a bit small and could do with a bit of an update, but a solid 3star hotel and would use it again. If you are going to Budapest and will be out sightseeing, this hotel will suit you. If you want a hotel with a large room as you will be staying in it, probably not the hotel for you!

Es ist ein sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel mit einer exzellenten Lage in der Innenstadt von Budapest. Das Personal an der Rezeption war nett, schnell und hilfsbereit. Ich kann sagen, dass alles in diesem Hotel ausgezeichnet war, außer dem Frühstück, das viel viel besser sein könnte. 1 - Eigentlich nicht viel Auswahl zum Essen ... ehrlich gesagt nicht viel Auswahl, die ein solches Hotel normalerweise hat. 2 - Die wärmsten Dinge zu essen oder zu trinken waren Tee und Kaffee, aber sonst nichts. 3- Mangel an Servern. Nur wenige verfügbare Server waren lächelnd und wirklich aktiv, um herumzulaufen, um die Tische einzusammeln und zu reinigen, nachdem jemand gegangen war, aber während des Frühstücks kam überhaupt niemand, um benutztes Geschirr vom Tisch zu sammeln. (Keiner der Tische nicht nur meiner)

A very clean and modern hotel. The breakfast is by buffet help yourself. The fare is varied and plentiful. If you are a light sleeper try and get a room at the back of the hotel as the hotel is situated near a busy four road intersection. It didn't bother us as we used to traffic noise living on a busy road at home. The public transport is excellent and a bus stop into the city will be found about seventy five metres from the hotel. You cannot buy tickets from the driver, across the busy intersection where the return bus stops on it's return from the city is a ticket machine. Purchase a 24, 48, 72 hour or longer bus pass, this will allow you to use all the public transport in Budapest except the Hop on and Hop off buses. This includes the trams and the metro. If you don't want to buy a ticket you can still use the bus without one as the driver will not check. However, occasionally an inspector will be on the bus to check tickets, if you don't have one you will be faced with a large fine. By bus it takes some ten minutes to get to Elizabeth bridge, get off there or the next stop some fifty metres further on. Check your map and look for Vaci Uta, this is a traffic free road with numerous restaurants. We found Cafe Ana to be a good place to eat and drink as it is situated in a pleasant spot and just across the road from the indoor market. Finally, if you do decide to walk to Elizabeth bridge from the hotel be prepared to encounter a lot of traffic en route, it is further than you think and not very enjoyable on a hot day.

I am coming from Canada. I'm extremely frustrated with the hotel and feel compelled to share my experience. The hotel consists of three buildings, none of which are any better than the others. The entrance is dark and the connections between the buildings feel like a maze of catacombs. It's a complete nightmare trying to find your room. Now let's talk about the rooms. They are downright filthy, and don't even think about finding any electrical appliances. Each room supposedly has a minimum of three single beds, but forget about any comfort because there are no pillow tops provided. Can you believe it? To make matters worse, we were completely tricked by that Turkish Holiday Website, ”tatilbudur.com.” They led us to this horrendous place that is worse than any hostel I've ever stayed in. I'm beyond disappointed with this hotel. The lack of cleanliness, basic amenities, and the overall experience is simply unacceptable. They need to seriously step up their game and make significant improvements.
