Wir hatten einen sehr nützlichen Aufenthalt hier und unser erstes Mal in Rumänien, das Hotel ist gut gelegen und so viele Orte zu besuchen in der Nähe. Das Essen und der Service waren ausgezeichnet, die einzigen kleinen Fehler, weil nicht fünf Sterne zu geben, war das Zimmer war weit zu heiß und nicht gut kontrolliert mit der AC-Einheit, so Angst zu denken, was es in den Sommermonaten wäre? Die Zimmerservice und die Bar schließen sehr früh, so dass wenn Sie später am Abend essen oder trinken wollen, tun Sie es, bevor Sie wieder zum Hotel kommen. Das Personal war erstaunlich, aber halten Sie Ihre Platten am Frühstück oder sie werden wegzoomt!!

Man sieht dem Intercontinental Bucharest schon ein wenig sein Alter an, trotzdem ist alles noch in einem sehr gutem Zustand. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, die Qualität der Betten war hervorragend. Beim Check-Inn wurde automatisch das Ambassador-Upgrade berücksichtigt. Das Zimmer ist gut ausgestattet, Nespresso-maschine, Minibar, Teezubereitung.... Vom 18. Stock einen ganz tollen Ausblick auf Bucharest. Das Besondere am Intercontinental Bucharest ist aber das Personal. Vom sehr freundlichen und professionellen Check-Inn, über das Restaurant waren alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Bersonders positiv ist aber die Empfangsmitarbeiterin des Spa-Bereich zu empfehlen. Sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und mit einem gesunden Schuss Humor ausgestattet! Die gute Lage zur Altstadt sei hier nur noch am Rande angemerkt. (Teile hier meine Erfahrung aus dem November 2021. Kann aber auch über meinen Aufenthalt im Mai 2021 das Gleiche berichten).

Ich war mit meiner Frau für zwei Nächte Gast im Epoche Hotel. Gut wer hier absteigt, sollte wissen das er im Gegensatz zum Hilton oder ähnlichen Häusern schon etwas tiefer in die Tasche greifen muss. Trotzdem ist dies meiner Meinung allemal wert. Das Hotel befindet sich in guter Lage und ist trotzdem so ruhiger gelegen, dass man mit geöffneten Fenster schlafen kann. Die Zimmer sind schön, geräumig die Betten von hervorragender Qualität. Fahrräder zur Erkundung der Stadt kann man sich kostenlos ausleihen. Der Service und die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter ist bemerkenswert. Besonders hervorzuheben ist aber die Hilfsbereitschaft der beiden Concierge. Uns wurden alle Reservierungen, wie Citytour, Palastbesichtigung, Buchung anderer Hotels und vieles andere prompt und zuverlässig erledigt. Als wir zwei Tage später von einem Abstecher nach Braslov zurückgetreten, durften wir wieder unserer Gepäck unterstellen und auch die Benutzung des Spas wurde uns angeboten. Das macht für mich den Unterschied zu anderen Häusern. Das Frühstück gibts es allerdings nur in a la card und ist, wenn man außer dem Continental Frühstück irgendwelche Extras möchte nicht gerade billig. Im Hotel Befinden sich noch Sauna, kleiner Pool und Ruheraum für Gäste, die nach einer stressigen Stadterkundung noch etwas entspannen wollen. Fazit. Ein hervorragend geführtes Haus in dem man sich fühlt als wenn man nach Hause kommt.

Ich kann nicht einmal erklären, wie erstaunlich dieses Hotel war. Von dem Moment, als wir ankamen, waren die Mitarbeiter uns wunderbar. Das Hotel ist im ganzen Teil schön dekoriert, mit einem sehr großen Gefühl. Wir blieben in der romantischen Suite, und es war überwältigend erstaunlich! Das Bett war unglaublich komfortabel, die Möbel in der Suite war alle einzigartig und von sehr hoher Qualität. Wir liebten die spirale Treppe und Sitzbereich, mit erstaunlicher Aussicht auf die Stadt. Die kleinen Details im Zimmer waren außergewöhnlich - wunderbare Toiletten, leckere Kaffee aus der Maschine und eine wunderschöne Minibar. Frühstück war unglaublich. Es gibt ein Menü, um von zu bestellen, sowie ein Buffet. Dass Prosecco mit Frühstück war eine echte Behandlung! Der Service war außergewöhnlich und das Personal hat uns die größte Pflege über unseren Aufenthalt genommen. Die Lage des Hotels ist in einem wunderschönen Bereich und es gibt auch schöne Restaurants in der Nähe. Ich würde dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen und würde absolut lieben, wieder zu bleiben!

Sehr zentral in der Altstadt gelegenes Hotel, sehr gute Erreichbarkeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Tiefgarage ganz in der Nähe vorhanden, 8,00 € am Tag. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, besonders möchte ich ROBERT erwähnen, sehr zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich. Extrawünsche werden gerne berücksichtigt. Die Bar ist in den Abendstunden sehr zu empfehlen. Wir sind nicht das erste Mal hier und werden ganz sicher wieder kommen.

Dieses Hotel bietet Ihnen ein sauberes, nicht frills Zimmer mit einer tollen Lage in der Altstadt zu einem Preis, den ich deutlich niedriger als andere Hotels in der Umgebung gefunden habe. Die Zimmer haben keinen Safe, haben keine zusätzlichen Kaffee oder Wasser im Zimmer, sie haben nicht einmal einen Schrank. Aber sie sind sehr sauber und haben einen großen scharfen TV. Für die Einsparungen ist es ein Handel, den ich gerne machen möchte und ich würde in diesem Hotel wieder bleiben, wenn ich in Bukarest wäre.

When i got there, I was told I was too early (fair enough, check-in is from 2 pm and i got there around 11.30) I had sort of anticipated this, so thought i would just kill some time at the skybar which supposedly has a great view - but much to my surprise, I was told the skybar was closed, only open for breakfast. Must be the biggest attraction of the hotel, and in their wisdom, they close it! So instead, I took a walk heading towards the parliament building which is preety close by. When i returned a while later, room was now ready but oh by the way, the lift doesnt work! So i now had to carry luggage up the fire exit staircase (room was on 4th floor). Very narrow and poorly lit, so if you have trouble walking - good luck. Just hope you dont meet somebody coming down - passing them will be a challenge :-) Reception said lift would be fixed in a day or two!! So i made it to the room and cannot really decide what to think of it. On the one hand, it was spotlessly clean and looked very new and modern but on the other hand: No coffee / tea, There was a minibar with some wine and soft drinks but no beer,No glasses to be found anywhere (so I guess, just drink the wine from the bottle),WiFi works but not very stable - keeps dropping out. At breakfast, the skybar was now open - 2 people in front of me for the coffee machine which was quite slow - turned out they were not guests - but the breakfast room staff!. When they finally had their coffee they went straigth out onto the open terrasse for a cigarette (very small outdoor terrase and the staff now occupied 1/3 of it) and started chatting quite loudly - so terrasse is just as much for the staff - not the guests only. And really - if staff of any kind of establishment wants to have a loud discussion, do so away from the guests!! Breakfast was very poor - quite frankly pathetic! - some dry toast bread, a little bit of cheese and some slices of what looked like ham/salami - nothing warm like e.g. eggs (of course the staff were busy out on the terrasse smoking and having a loud conversation). Definately not worth any money at all - instead head out for one of the many cafes very close by. The lobby has what looks like a bar, but all they sell is coffee. Big surprise to me when late afternoon after a long walk i came back, asked for a cold beer and was told they didnt have any!! You can have some wine from the minibar, but you cant have a beer anywhere. The day of departure i waited a little in the lobby for my taxi to the airport. Need to use a bathroom?? Too bad - just like the lift, out of order. This would be fixed ”in a day or 2” so clearly not a priority for this place. Wifi, although it did work in the room - no luck in the lobby - could not connect at all. The guy in the lobby was nice enough but most of the time you will find him outside, having a smoke. All in all, extremely dissapointed with this place. Wish i had gone back to Hello Hotel instead - breakfast much much better, you can

Hervorragende Lage mitten im Herzen der Altstadt von Bukarest. Das Zimmer ist groß und bietet Platz für Gepäck. Das Frühstück ist gut, die Angestellten sind ausgezeichnet in ihrem Service, nicht nur freundlich, sondern helfen uns auch bei der Kontaktaufnahme mit dem örtlichen Uber-Fahrer für den Transfer aufgrund der begrenzten Auffahrt. Die Hintertür führt zum Eingang in Richtung Altstadt, während die Haupttüren zur U-Bahn und zum Transport über die Hauptstraße führen sollen. Sehr zu empfehlen, wenn Sie direkt in der Altstadt übernachten möchten und die Qual der Wahl zwischen verschiedenen Restaurants, Pubs und Geschäften haben.

My teenage daughter and I stayed here recently for a quick getaway and were not disappointed in the least. From the moment the online reservation was made, the staff communuicated via email asking about airport trasnfers and tours as well as any other requests that we may have. Andrea, Alex and Christian all went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. From offering suggestions for things to do, restaurants to eat at or just basic conversation about the area, all of them were extremely helpful and never seemed too busy to chat. We also enjoyed seeing the resident cat, Tom, hanging about in the lobby. We had the Nautica room and found it to be both comfortable and spacious. The bed provided a good night's sleep and the room darkening shades almost worked too well. Other reviews have commented on noise from outside being too loud but we did not really have any issues. We did hear some noise from the restaurant downstairs but most of it was over by 10pm and we never did hear any nightclub noises, however we were not there over a weekend. My only criticism of the room (and this is a personal issue) was that the theme of the room allowed for a window to be placed between the bedroom area and the bathroom such that someone using the toilet could be seen by anyone in the room from certain areas. It may be fine for a couple but as we were a mother-daughter, it was a bit awkward although we did find a solution and managed. Other rooms may not have this configuration. Breakfast was simple but good. Most days had the pretty much the same offerings but there were a few items changed each day so there was some variety. They arranged a private tour for us to visit Bran Castle, Peles Castle, and Brasov with a quick stop at Cantacuzino Castle where the Netflix series Wednesday was filmed. The locations themselves were nice to visit, but what made the tour the most fun for us was our tour guide, Serban. He was extremely energetic and well versed in the history of Romania. We could have booked a group tour, but Serban made the private so fun that it was well worth the extra expense. The location of the hotel is perfect for walking to most of the touristy things to do and some excellent restaurants. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Bucharest.

Struttura in centro molto comoda per raggiungere le principali attrazioni che la città offre. Nei paraggi di ristoranti, bar e night club. Grazie alla sua posizione non ho avuto la necessità di prendere i mezzi, che comunque funzionano bene. La mia camera molto pulita e spaziosa, al secondo piano anche silenziosa. La colazione è servita dalle 8 alle 9.30 ed è intercontinentale a buffet. C'è tutto ciò che serve. Mirela alla reception è eccezionale. Accogliente, informata e molto simpatica. Fatevi consigliare da lei per qualsiasi tour o info che può interessarvi è sempre molto cordiale e disponibile. Grazie di tutto, lo consiglio.

Das Hotel liegt in einer sehr guten Lage in der alten Stadt. Nur bis zu 30 Minuten zu Fuß in allen Richtungen sind alle schönen historischen Gebäude, die Sie sehen müssen. Ja, es wird laut sein, weil es auf der Straße mit pubs und Clubs ist, aber ich hatte nicht so viel Geräusche gedacht. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch half mir ein Auto für einen ermäßigten Preis im Vergleich zu dem, was ich bezahlen würde, um ein Cabin selbst zu heilen. Das Hotel liegt direkt neben dem Restaurant Old City und das Essen ist dort schön. Bedenken Sie, dass dies auf einer Fußgängerstraße ist, so dass Autos Sie nicht zu der Hoteltür fallen können. Wenn Sie Gepäck haben, dann erinnere dich nur an es ist etwa fünf Minuten zu Fuß von der Main Street, wo Sie abfallen.

Sehr glücklich mit diesem Hotel. Einfache Selbstkontrolle, gute Lage in der Altstadt, sehr hilfreich Manager (Cristian), mit dem ich kurz getroffen habe. Er beantwortete auch sehr schnell auf WhatsApp mehrere Fragen und gab Rat, als ich es fragte. Zimmer komfortabel und sauber, im 2. Stock (Ich denke, alle Zimmer sind oben, im 1., 2. oder 3. Stock) aber es gibt keinen Aufzug - ich denke, Hilfe ist für den Transport von Gepäck verfügbar, wenn Sie vorab fragen. Die Lage ist in einem sehr besetzten, lebendigen und geräuschlosen Bereich vor allem in der Nacht (Friday/Saturday bis ca. 4am!), aber mit dem Fenster geschlossen die doppelte Glas und zusätzlichen geräuschbeständigen Schiebebildschirm sehr gut funktionierte, Obwohl ich auch Ohrschleifen verwendet, um einen guten Schlaf zu bekommen, und ich würde dies empfehlen. Klimaanlage-Einheit sehr effektiv und ruhig. Dusche gut. Begrenzte Mengen von Seife/Dusche Gel/Schampoon bereitgestellt (Beutel) aber Zimmer gemacht täglich und mehr auf Anfrage verfügbar. Jeden Tag wurde eine Flasche Wasser geliefert. Viel Kraftsockel und eine anständige Menge an Kleidung. Kein Restaurant oder Bar, aber viel in der unmittelbaren Umgebung. Ich habe 6 Nächte gebracht und das Hotel ist eine ausgezeichnete Lage für die Exploration von Bucharest - eine faszinierende Stadt. Danke Christian für einen tollen Aufenthalt!

Ich war in diesem gemütlichen und stilvollen Boutique-Hotel und es war eine sehr schöne Überraschung.Alles war neu und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Sie haben den Eingang in das Gebäude und im Zimmer mit Code, ich habe den Code erhalten, nachdem meine booking.com Buchung bestätigt wurde. Ich empfehle diese Lage für ein romantisches Wochenende im alten Stadtzentrum von Bukarest!

Wir entschieden zwischen Hotel Cismigiu und einem anderen Hotel in der Altstadt, und wir waren sehr froh, mit Cismigiu zu fahren. Wir hatten einen ruhigen Raum, wie wir gebeten haben, der für uns gut funktionierte, obwohl Sie in der Mitte einer besetzten Stadt sind, so werden Sie etwas Lärm haben. Wir haben die kleine Küche nicht genutzt, die wir hatten, weil das Essen in Bukarest wunderbar ist und wir haben jede Gelegenheit zum Essen genommen, und das Frühstück war perfekt gut - wenn Sie große amerikanische Style-Buffet-Optionen erwarten, werden Sie enttäuscht, Aber es war genug, um aus zu wählen. Es waren immer ein paar Eioptionen auf dem Angebot, und ich bestellte einen Tag ein frisches Omelet von der Wächterin, was lecker war. Wir hatten einige lustige Momente, die Kaffeemaschine auszuarbeiten (und einige andere sehen das gleiche) aber warten Mitarbeiter waren immer auf der Hand zu helfen. Ich hatte besonders genossen, dass Peach nectar zum Frühstück verfügbar ist, das Sie nicht sehr oft sehen. Die Lage dieses Hotels ist fantastisch, da Sie in der Nähe von allem, einschließlich der Altstadt, ohne dort zu sein (die Altstadt ist voller Bars und Clubs und ist ziemlich laut). Alle Rezeption Mitarbeiter waren auch wunderbar.
