il posto è talmente brutto che nella sua bassezza riesce quasi a essere piacevole ... quasi. la camera è piccola, ovviamnete senza aria condizionata, mediamente sporca. per contro il tizio ambiguo alla reception è quasi stato simpatico. Bagni e docce in comune neanche troppo sporchi.

Just avoid. We booked this place months ago as our first leg of our summer south of France trip but to also celebrate our wedding anniversary. Check in was fine (was a Sunday) and we ate in the restaurant night 1, food was ok but nothing to wright home about. We then go to bed and the aircon is blowing out hot air, it was 38 degrees that day and to not have sufficient aircon is just not acceptable, it’s Europe and it gets hot but we aren’t living in the ancient times. Next day we try to get into the hotel for dinner as we find out that literally nowhere in the whole area including brignoles is open for dinner. Place is full and the only option was to actually drive to McDonald’s 6 minutes up the road. So might 2 in lively Provence we are having McDonald’s in our room. Nobody told us nothing would be open Monday anywhere so we just weren’t to know. Second night we notice more issues with our room, towel rail falling off, the downstairs rug smelt like a mix of vomit and smelly dog it was horrible. And again second night was even worse we didn’t sleep at all due to the air con situation. Woke up on our wedding anniversary exhausted, having not slept at all. They thank god moved us the next day to a better room but even then air con was subpar. This place is a 1 night stop over to eat at the restaurant and even then I would say don’t. Food was average. Really sad we spent 4 nights in this place, really ruined the start of what was meant to be a lovely trip away. My advice to the hotel would be to prioritise the hotel not the restaurant. So many improvements could be made including being able to order lunch from the pool or drinks, having room service on Tuesday when you shut your restaurant and upgrading aircon. Also please dry clean your rugs in the room.

Dieses Hotel wurde nicht richtig investiert, da es eine wunderbare Lage, wunderschöne Architektur und charakteristische Lage hat. So eine Schande. Erstens sind die „Dinner“-Optionen sehr begrenzt - nur zwei Optionen für jeden Kurs, und selbst wenn es vorgeschlagen wurde, dass meine Kinder weder ein Meeresfrüchterisotto oder Veal und Süßbrot (!) essen konnten, bieten die Pflegekräfte keine Alternative. Also gingen meine Kinder hungrig. Das Risotto war unsöhnlich und überkochte Porride. Wenn wir keines davon gegessen und die Wächter schrieen. Als ich vorgeschlagen hatte, dass ich nicht dafür bezahlen würde, weil es unverzehrlich war, wurde mir vom Manager gesagt, dass sie „61 Decken hatten, die Nacht und niemand anderes gebeten“, im Grunde sagen, dass meine Beschwerde nichts bedeutete!! Das hat die Erfahrung für uns alle wirklich geschwürt und mich auf viele andere “Service” Probleme aus unserem drei Nachtaufenthalt hingewiesen. Zum Beispiel war das “eingeschlossen” Frühstücksbuffet müde und sehr begrenzt in Bezug auf frisches Obst und gesunde Optionen. Wenn Sie ein paar frische Eier wollten, könnten Sie sie für einen zusätzlichen €5 bestellen! Als wir eine Schraubenschraubenschrauben gebeten hatten, eine Flasche Wein zu öffnen, die wir gekauft hatten, um im leeren Minibar-Kühlschrank zu halten, wurde mir gesagt, den Barkeeper zu fragen, der sagte: ”Bring sie sofort zurück! » Als ob ich es stehlen würde! Die Pool-Handtücher wurden in einem schönen Korb, um von Ihrem Zimmer abzunehmen - ein schöner Touch, bis Sie die Anmerkung auf dem Korb lesen: “Wir werden die Handtücher in Ihrem Zimmer jeden Abend zählen und wenn jemand vermisst, wird die Kosten zu Ihrem Rechnung hinzugefügt” Ehrlich, Wenn Sie 300 € oder mehr für eine Nacht in einem angeblich 4* Hotel zahlen, vertrauen Sie Ihre Gäste sicher nicht, die müde Pool-Towels zu stehlen? So eine Schande. Dieses Hotel könnte wirklich schön sein, wenn der Service und die allgemeine Einstellung gegenüber den Gästen auf das 21. Jahrhundert, internationale Standards angepasst werden.
