Priceline sagte mir, es sei ein ”3-Star” Hotel, und die Bewertungen und Fotos sahen gut online. Als ich am Abend zum Hotel angekommen bin, konnte ich sofort sagen, dass es schüchtern war, und es gab eine Menge Menschen an jedem Eingang, Rauchen, Schreien, Das Front Desk für das Hotel stand vor den Front Desk für ein On-site-Biegehaus und eine Bar & Grill. Ich kam um 8 Uhr an, und es gab sicherlich eine Party. Das Hotel- und Restaurantpersonal spielte laute Musik, tanzte und spielte weiter. Sie waren freundlich, aber die Sprache und Atmosphäre schien unprofessionell, und ich hätte nicht gewollt, meine Kinder durch das Zimmer zu bringen. Der Eincheckprozess war schnell und reibungslos. Ich wurde ein Zimmer im 2. Stock (kein Aufzug) gegeben. Ich bemerkte sofort, dass die Teppiche sehr schmutzig und gefärbt waren, und die Luft war dick mit Zigarettenrauch. Ich habe sie in mein Zimmer (recht neben der gebrochenen Verkaufsmaschine) gemacht und die Tür zu einem Raum geöffnet, der mit Zigarettenrauch gefüllt war. Die Geräusche und Schreie und Kämpfe in der Halle und in den Räumen neben und um mich waren laut; Frauen, Kinder und Männer schrieen ständig, bis ca. 11:00 Uhr. Das Zimmer, neben dem Geruch wie ein Aschebecken, war schmutzig. Der Boden wurde aktualisiert, aber die Möbel waren alt, schmutzig und gefüllt. Die Farbe war schmutzig und in mehreren Bereichen geschnitten. Die Seife/Schampoon/etc war die billigste, die ich je gesehen habe. Die Fotos sind irreführend. Ich finde es schwer zu glauben, dass das ein 3-star Hotel ist. Gesamtübergeordnet, ziemlich enttäuschend Aufenthalt. Ich würde nicht wieder hier bleiben. Ich würde nicht empfehlen.

We stayed at Wingate by Wyndham, Vineland NJ for a soccer tournament. We booked for 3 nights (Fri-Mon). The night we checked in, I confirmed with the front desk that it was for 3 nights. We get to our room and we cannot open the door: both keys didn’t work. When we went back to the front desk, they fixed it, reluctantly, commenting that I should keep the keys away from my phone, even though I explained that I had been there less than 5 minutes and kept the keys in my hands the whole time. The gentleman at the front desk was irritated, commenting that it was not possible, upset he had to redo the keys. We get into the room to find out the door doesn’t really close. Then we noticed the sheets are stained. Given the hotel is packed we let it go. The hotel is full of kids and thus we expect some level of noise. What we didn’t expect is to hear the wedding party until 5 am, Friday night to Saturday morning. The walls are so thin we could hear the music and full conversations happening from the lobby (we were on the fourth floor). This means we didn't get much sleep, and as the wedding was an event held by the hotel, the noise couldn’t be kept down. Or so we were told. On Sunday I get a call asking me if I want to extend my stay. I was very confused given my booking confirmation shows 3 nights, and the front desk confirmed that my check out was Monday when I checked in. No concerns, they say they can extend it, but not without commenting that I should always ensure I book the right number of nights. Overall, we were very concerned with the service received with the added tone that we were to blame for lack of planning. For a good night sleep, choose another location - you can hear all conversations in the room next door.

Ich hatte sogar einige Probleme mit meiner Marriott-App, dass niemand anderes bereit war, mich durch die anderen Hotels, die ich geblieben habe. Sie ist sicherlich eine Betreuer!!! Kann nicht warten, um zurück zu kommen !!!

Let's start with staying at this awful hotel ruined my entire trip and I had to leave early because they haven't refunded my money AT ALL!!! I'm owed back $1100.00 plus medical costs and the manager doesn't come in or return messages!!! Judy was supposed to credit me today for leaving early, instead she took MORE money out of my account!!! The incompetence of the staff is astounding!! Christine is nasty and should never be a face in customer service with her mouth. Night one, my toddler and I get bit by BEDBUGS!!!!!!!!!! I'm severely allergic and needed MEDICAL attention and medication as did she! I requested money back to move to another hotel and christine screamed at me telling me the manager wasn't in and they have to first check for bugs but proceeded to tell me the guests before me had the same problem in the same room!!!!!!! Obviously wasn't exterminated and even after moving my room no one EVER exterminated so expect bedbugs!!!! I had anxiety the whole time trying to sleep even after being moved and they have taken more money because they don't know how to credit a debit card!!! This is fraud and they're violating contracts with Visa!!!! I asked for the commercial insurance to file a medical claim and have had no response!! I had serious welts and pain after these bites because i'm so allergic!! i'm owed a lot of money, insurance information and an apology!!! I had to spend more just to check out early today to get out of that dump!! Wear socks because the floors are absolutely disgusting and turned our socks black !! Don't waste your money they scam you, don't do the right thing, and better contact me in 24 hours or the health department will know as well. If you want filth, watching the cops there constantly until 2am, anxiety and to be robbed it's your place!! Roger needs to do right by my kids and I!! Messaged him on social media and he ignored us there too!!! FRAUD!!!!! Give me back my $!!!! Get someone there to exterminate! I have medical proof I was bitten up by bedbugs and your own employee eve saw it! Eve also refunded money on the wrong card!??!!! Impossible to get credit on my debit card??
