Perfekt... mehr kann ich nicht sagen. Die Lage, das Personal, das Essen – alles ausgezeichnet und es war einer der schönsten Urlaube, die wir je hatten. Ein echtes Familienunternehmen mit Leidenschaft für das, was es tut. Ich kann es wärmstens empfehlen... und wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

Gastfreundschaft und hochprofessionelles Personal, das die Struktur verwaltet, aber die Luft, die Sie a**en, ist vertraut. Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum der Stadt, sehr praktisch für Ausflüge und um das reizvolle Zentrum von Cervinia zu genießen. Wir hatten eine Junior Suite mit herrlichem Blick aufs Matterhorn, ausgestattet mit allem Komfort. Einwandfreie Reinigung. Ausgezeichnetes SPA. Am Tisch serviertes Frühstücksbuffet mit der exquisiten Freundlichkeit von Matteo, Iacopo und Carlotta. Paola und Nicola vervollständigen das Personal an der Rezeption. Jeder ist großzügig mit Informationen, damit die Gäste die Wunder von Valtournanche und das prächtige Matterhorn schätzen können. Exzellent.

First and foremost, all of the staff we encountered were so lovely, friendly and helpful. We were given such a warm welcome, and all the hotel staff were just great with us and the children. Room was lovely with fantastic views, and the spa and pool were just lovely. Bar was great to relax in and the breakfast was very nice indeed. Ski/boot room was also perfect for what we needed. Would definitely return.

Lovely hotel with great decor and great rooms. lovely spa and pool with heated loungers and great relaxing activities. The staff were amazing and very friendly and helpful, the barman was also very friendly and always up for a chat. Restaurant was lovely and we had a nice chat with one of the staff working. Breakfast was also amazing and there was a lot of choice. The hotel was in a lovely alpine style which fitted the place great, and it had a ski room with lots of space 10/10 Would recommend

A great little hotel in the centre of town. All the staff were friendly and the property location is perfect for the slopes and the restaurants. The spa area was very good especially if it was a non skiing day as we enjoyed and great few days in Cervinia. Paula was so helpful on the front desk.

Fantasic family hotel with friendly, personal staff and glorious Italian cuisine. Rooms in an old style with good beds. Cosy bar where you can sit and relax.Great SPA and situated in the centre, only 3- 4 min walk from the lifts.

We had a wonderful and pleasant stay. Nice breakfast, spa, bar and restaurant. The rooms are clean and well kept, and every little detail is in place. Amazing staff who are friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. The skilifts are very close, and you can rent skis across the road. If you have a car you can park it just outside the hotel. We hope to come back one day!

Booked 3 nights at the end of January last minute to take advantage of the good snow conditions, had stayed in Zermatt in December but spent most of my time skiing on the Italian side so decided to cut out the long lift transit and go direct. Hotel was excellent, great spa with variety of offerings - Scottish shower was novel and cold!!! Staff on arrival were very pleasant, move your car around at the front of the hotel to maximise the space. Breakfast good, bedrooms comfortable, staff efficient, location a short walk to the slopes as well as being in the middle of town. Restaurant recommendations were fantastic and reception happily called and made reservations for us. Definitely recommend and will be back.

Terrific base for a family pre-Chris**as ski break. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful. Excellent, very comfortable, rooms and great food (extensive breakfast and high quality restaurant). Fabulous spa to unwind after a day on the mountains.
