excellent service. staff are attentive and friendly. location is convenient and with access to the Nustar mall. beautiful, spacious room with sea view. and they even gave me some complimentary dessert and delicious birthday cake. buffet breakfast has a big spread and all good. overall had a great stay and looking forward to staying here again soon.

Es war unser erstes Mal bei NUSTAR. Wir blieben nur für eine Nacht. Es war eine Geburtstagsüberraschung für meine Frau. Sie liebte es und so habe ich es getan. Die Suite, die wir hatten, war großartig. Sehr sauber und geräumig. Wir liebten das Zimmerausstattung. Es gab viele Details, die in die Gestaltung dieser Suiten gelegt wurden. Sehr gut gemacht. Der Mall war groß, alle hoch bis höher Endgeschäfte, was erklärt, warum nicht viele Kunden in den Geschäften. Der 2. Stock hatte mehrere Restaurants. Alle waren sehr beschäftigt, was gut zu sehen ist. Wir wollten den Himmel zu machen, aber es ist nur durch Buchung und sie hatten bereits für den Tag verkauft, so buchen Sie so früh, wenn Sie wollen. Das Casino war lustig. Erstmals für meine Frau. Es war sauber und sehr ähnlich zu allen anderen Casinos.Wir planen bereits, im Dezember für eine Woche zurückzukommen, so würde ich es sehr empfehlen. Was die Kosten, wahrscheinlich nicht zu erreichen für die meisten Philippinen aber für Ausländer ist es sehr erschwinglich. Erinnere dich nur daran, dass es ein High-Class-Platz mit Standards und einem Kleid-Code ist.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Meerblick, die Aussicht war fantastisch. Frühstück und Zimmerservice waren auch köstlich. Schade, dass die Badewanne nur halb voll war. Der Strand hatte eine schöne Atmosphäre, aber ohne Badeschuhe war es schwierig, ins Wasser zu gehen. Aber die Höhlenbar war großartig, ich kann sie nur empfehlen.

Hervorragende Sicherheitsvorkehrungen, das Hotelpersonal war freundlich und zuvorkommend. Ich und meine Familie haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Ich würde gerne wieder dort übernachten, wenn sich die Gelegenheit ergibt.

Deluxe Gartenzimmer (Zweibettzimmer) Zimmer: Natürlich sauber. Das Bett fühlte sich jedoch kleiner an als ein normales Einzelbett, und es gab kein Sofa, was ein Minuspunkt war. Wasser gab es nur in begrenzter Menge, nur vier 350-ml-Plastikflaschen. Es war mühsam, nach mehr zu fragen. Frühstück: Weniger Auswahl als erwartet. Es wäre besser gewesen, mehr lokale warme Gerichte als Sushi und Dim Sum zu essen. Restaurant: Wir waren im Enie und Azur, und beide waren gut. Die Happy Hour im Azur ist besonders gut! Das Kokoseis im Café am Pool ist sehr empfehlenswert! Personal: Freundlich und nett. Es gibt japanisches Personal, was beruhigend ist. Pool: Es wäre schön, wenn es einen Pool nur für Erwachsene gäbe, auch wenn er nur ein Teil des Hauptpools wäre. Kein Wasser oder andere Dienstleistungen. Obwohl es ein Fünf-Sterne-Hotel ist, liegt es unter anderen Hotels, in denen ich in anderen Ländern übernachtet habe. Ist das angesichts des Preises angemessen? Ich habe viel geschrieben, aber insgesamt war es ein zufriedenstellender Aufenthalt. Ich hoffe, das ist für alle hilfreich!

Vom Flughafen sind es etwa 30 Minuten bis zu einem wunderschönen Resort mit Privatstrand. 🏝️💓 Sobald man das Gelände verlässt, fühlt man sich wie in einer anderen Welt. 😂 Ich war auch in Restaurants außerhalb des Resorts, aber die Restaurants im Resort sind sowohl vom Essen als auch vom Service her besser. Die Preise sind allerdings etwas hoch.

Die Gastfreundschaft des Personals und die Schönheit des Meeres waren fantastisch. Ich kann die geführte Schnorcheltour wärmstens empfehlen. Wir haben sogar Nemo gesehen! Schade nur, dass das Deluxe-Zimmer nur eine Dusche und keine Badewanne hatte. Das Buffet im Restaurant war lecker, aber die Auswahl an Zutaten war etwas begrenzt. Insgesamt war ich sehr zufrieden.

Die Sraff sind schön. Nach dem Frühstück ließ ich mein Handy auf dem Tisch liegen und das Mädchen gab es mir zurück. Ich bin so dankbar dafür. Das Zimmer war ok, wenn man nicht wählerisch ist. Das Badezimmer ist wirklich klein. Um die Toilette zu benutzen, muss man nach dem Öffnen der Tür in die Dusche gehen und die Tür wieder schließen, um zur Toilette zu gelangen. Ich gehe davon aus, dass nicht alle Badezimmer denen des Zimmers entsprechen, in dem wir übernachtet haben.

Solea is our second home. We would always make sure to come back and unwind in this resort mainly because of the ambiance and the warm people who are truly friendly and very helpful. My family and I have celebrated a lot of wpecial events and milestones in Solea since 2018, I celebrated my 36th birthday here and at that time I was preggy with my 4rth child. Now my 4rth child is 6 years old. We have celebrated a lot of special events here like my 40th birthday, my childrens’ bdays and even during the pandemic we had stayed here for a week to destress our anxies minds and keep our mental health.. truly i love this place and we keep coming back to Solea.

I had a hot, uncomfortable disappointed, and we were in utter shocked that the room I booked was not in their system. As I was rebooking, it was not the same as the first booking then blacked out occured. During the blacked out the my booking end up with only a bed in dorm style quarters, public bathroom and no privacy. My first booking was a package trip from Cebu to Manila which still in a wrong date. The actual date for the flight was to be on August 19 @ 9:50 but the three agent that I spoke to on the 18th got my hotel canceled and only provided me a rebooked solution. Sure, I can rebooked, thank so much for making my simple trip into **************** with my family, along withy impatient high functioning autism, 24 years old son who doesn't like his iPad to be low battery and no wifi. To remind you that the black out still happening, so during my aunty and son lunch the black still going. I have no idea what kind of menu and price for food and drinks. As I saw the server put the first plate of food, I was shocked to see the mountain square shape nacho cheese beyond understanding. My aunty is only 90 to 100 pounds. She doesn't speak English and doesn't understand what she ordered, so she asked question about salad and a slice of pizza. But that not what the server brought, he came out again carrying nacho cheese, same size as the first nacho cheese/beef, except the second is chicken then a whole large Canadian bacon pizza. I couldn't believe the amount of food that was ordered then a Red Bull for my autistic son? My aunty was repeatedly saying that she only want salad and a slice pizza then water. What she really wanted the cook and server wanted to do is take away all the food back including the Red Bull. Oh, one more set of food, two big pieces of Burrito. The hotel is still in black out and stuffy hot and dark. The staff are not good listener. My son started eating and drinking the Red Bull, when I saw him, I told the staff that Red Bull straight might kill him of a heart attack. I also mentioned that my son doesn't know self control when it comes to food which is called glutenny . He already pass his regular weight. I heard my aunty said that my son ordered all the food; she had no idea what he was ordering. Meanwhile the black out still continuing till around 5:30 pm, every building around the area has their electricity back on but not the Papabo. Our booking still in process. The manager charged me for the lunch even though the mistake was the their service, taking order from an autistic person instead of asking his parents. The manager decided to booked us in the one room that has two bunk bed, private bathroom and has windows cause still black out. The room is stuffy and hot, it's on the fourth floor, no elevator and dark to go up the stairs. We decided to lock up our things in the room cause still black out. My aunty over heard that the electricity bill was not paid. So as soon as I got down. The manager charged me 1500 pesos cash plus 1200 pesos for lunch that I only got to eat two slices of pizza and a couple of bite of nacho beef. I didn't get to have the burritos. The Papabo manager quickly went to pay for their electricity bill after she spoke to the owner. My aunty and me went to the beach. I for sure locked the bedroom and still no electriçity. My son went to 7/11 to charge the iPad. We got back at the hotel at 8:30 or so and the electricity was on and my son also in the in the hotel. Do recognized that the hotel keys was an actual key, and I only have the key with. In my surprised our bedroom door was wide open, our things are scattered on the chair and table. Now, just today at this time, I'm still looking for my necklace that has my Mom piece of earing, my oldest son alligator tooth pendant and my initial pendant A. I'll call the hotel when I finished looking at our things here.Yap, my necklace is missing.
