"Ich empfehle sehr B48 Dafni. Es ist etwas vom Zentrum entfernt, aber das Zufahren zum Acropolis dauert eine 20-minütige Fahrt, die absolut gut ist. Das Design ist minimalist und die Wohnung ist frisch sauber und hat fast alles, was Sie brauchen (Küchen, Blowtrockner, Reinigungs-Kit, sogar ein kleines Safe-Box). Es gibt einen Shop in der Nähe und einige Cafés.
Ein paar Dinge, die erwähnenswert sind: Wenn Sie über romantische Frühstücksmöglichkeiten im Balkon nachdenken, werden Sie nicht, weil die Wohnung über eine sehr besetzte Autobahn über die ganze Stadt hinausblickt, obwohl der Geruch, der Staub und der gelegentliche Autolärm. Das Geräuschpegel im Zimmer mit Fenster geschlossen ist ok und sie geben Ihnen auch einige Ohrschneider nur im Falle.
Es gibt keine Waschmaschine, da ich 10 Tage geblieben habe, musste ich herausfinden, dass der nächste Waschmaschine eine 20-minütige Fahrt erfordert, die eine ganze Operation sehr zeitaufwändig macht.
Auch die Wohnungen sind wirklich naheeinander gelegen (wie Hotelzimmer). Ich hatte ziemlich laut Nachbarn und es gab keine Rettung zu diesem Lol :) Ohrschneider helfen.
Das Bett ist wirklich gut, das Reinigungspersonal ist sehr nett und hilfreich (da es kein Rezeption Desk gibt, werden sie die einzigen, die Ihre Fragen nicht digital beantworten).
Aber es ist absolut seinen Preis wert und wenn Sie nach etwas gemütliches und nicht zu teuer suchen, ist dies eine sehr gute Lösung."

GGastnutzerThe rooms at this hotel are nice for the price and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The hotel is near tourist hotspots like the Acropolis, Plaka and Monastiraki areas and despite this our room was quite quiet. The room had a large TV, a small closet, a work station, mini fridge, tea/coffee station and had good WiFi. The lighting was good and not too bright and the window let in a lot of natural daylight during the day. We wish the balcony had a couple of chairs on it because it is a nice area but the rooftop bar makes up for what the room balcony lacks.
The bathroom had great water pressure and I felt this was one of the best showers I had during my time in Greece. The shampoo, shower gel and handsoap all smelled nice and had a touch of sea salt during our stay. The towels were clean and soft. We felt the shower could use improvement as it is a little small and it leaked water through the doors so we had to put a towel down to help with the water.
The rooftop bar is fantastic and they had a good variety of well made cocktails and some non-alcoholic options. It is absolutely worth checking out and is open 24/7 but the bar is open from 6 pm to midnight. They had some good options too for food but we felt you would pay a premium here for the drinks and food compared to other restaurants in the area. We thought the view justified it as it gives one of the best views of the Acropolis and we enjoyed a very nice sunset here as well.
The breakfast was decent and had enough variety. There were breakfast staples like bread, cereals, sausages, scrambled eggs and hard-boiled eggs. They also had a couple of salads, vegetables, fruit slices and some preserved fruits. They had a good selection of Greek breakfast items like yoghurt, honey, cheese and spinach pies and some desserts. The beverage station included a coffee making machine, juice and water.
The staff we interacted with were welcoming and efficient. We paid the city tax on arrival and were quickly handed out room keys. At breakfast a lady came to check in on us and other guests to ask us about our stay and spoke to other guests in other languages. The hotel has a laundry service and baggage storage and had we stayed longer here we would consider trying these out.
This was a good stay in Athens and we were happy with the price in March. We enjoyed being surrounded but cafes, restaurants and shops and being very close to the major sights of Athens. There are also quite a few convenience and grocerg stores nearby but many closed around 9 pm during our stay. The Monastiraki metro station is very close too and it takes about an hour to get here from the airport. You can keep using metro to get around the area too but we found it quite walkable for the activities we wanted to do.

KKDTINOThe Attalos Hotel is good with everything you need, reception is right at the front door with very helpful and friendly staff, the lifts are small, so only one person and your luggage at a time, but that’s ok. It has the most amazing rooftop with Athens’ best kept secret bar and view of the acropolis that you won’t ever forget. Rooms are good, (we stayed in 507 & 506), not too big, however Athens is old so it’s ok for what you need and I am picky. The bed is comfortable, the linen is clean and fresh towels, the bathroom is small but water is hot and water pressure perfect. Great location, just off a small street and so close to Monastiraki Square in Athens which is less than 100 meters away. Close to a supermarket, cafe’s everywhere (you have to get yourself a real Greek coffee- now that’s a caffeine hit you will need after travelling 😉) and there is amazing authentic Greek Food all around. I recommend Nikos Tavern just pass the church in the square and left up the alley. It one of the oldest, and I was there 32 years ago. You will see all the tables and chairs!! Attalos is walking distance to all the sights you need to see, like the acropolis and museums and train station are right nearby. I will definitely stay here again ever time I visit Athens on my way to the Peloponnese. What a great memory, Thanks guys!!

Obwohl wir wirklich erwartet haben, dass Acropolis Blickzimmer von A für Athen wieder auf die letzte Nacht in Athen bleiben, aber aufgrund der elektrischen Geräte Störung, erklärte der Front Desk, die Reservierung hat sich in das Zimmer eines anderen billigeren Schwesterhotels, 360 Pop-Kunst, ohne Rückerstattung.
Darüber hinaus wurde die Zahl der Gäste nicht korrekt mit der 360 Pop-Kunst kommuniziert und wir waren mehr als 30 Minuten warten, auch wenn wir von Pop-Kunst-Rezeptor argumentiert, als so müde nach einer langen Reise aus Inseln in späten Abend.
Sie erklärten, sie wechseln zu einem sehr guten Zimmer mit Acropolis Blick, aber es hat nur teilweise Blick. Aber es war völlig anders als die Ansicht von Acropolis Blickzimmer in A für Athen, in dem wir vor ein paar Tagen mit dem gleichen Preis geblieben.
Sehr enttäuschtes Gedächtnis.

SSarah JanesThis place is quite unusual. My room was upgraded so that I had a suite over two floors, with a small private pool on another lower level. Absolutely every convenience had been considered, some extras might verge on overkill (bog roll tied up with a ribbon for example).
The room looked amazing on first inspection, but I quite quickly realised the smell of the pool was so strong it stung my eyes, and the sound of the ventilation unit was quite a roar. There was only one small openable window on the mezzanine level next to the bed and I had to sleep with that open as wide as possible.
Bed was extremely comfortable, I had to turn off the pool ventilator unit in the middle of the night because it kept waking me up, but once I had done that and the smell of baking bread entered the room from a bakery down the road I slept like a log.
Staff were really nice and friendly, but they are working with quite difficult circumstances and perhaps unnecessarily. The kitchen is on the bottom floor and breakfast is served on the 5th floor roof (from which you can see the Parthenon) breakfast is a little awkward as you get a huge wicker basket 🧺 full of food plus crepes, plus omelette, plus tuna sandwich, a whole baguette (some more little ribbons), and I am not sure anyone can eat as much as is provided, and the server had to keep travelling up and down in the one person elevator. Probably would be better to ask guests what they would like to have for breakfast out of the options available and have a coffee/tea station upstairs. There is the option to take lunch in your room - for which the picnic basket concept makes a lot more sense.
Seems like there should be a way to make the place feel more efficient and common sensible. I did get the feeling that they might have only just opened and are finding their feet, so I hope this review will be useful - certainly was a generous accommodation and staff are working very hard to make sure guests have the best possible experience.

AAnonymer BenutzerEs handelt sich um ein traditionelles Hotel; die Ausstattung ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber vollständig und sauber, und die Aussicht aus dem Fenster ist wirklich schön – ich hatte Blick auf die Akropolis. Das Personal war freundlich, und die Auswahl beim Frühstück war sehr gut. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die günstige Lage: Die Metrostation und das Neue Akropolismuseum sind nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, und es gibt zahlreiche Restaurants in der Nähe.

AAnonymer BenutzerThe hotel reception is spacious by Europe standards. Checkin was seamless however we had to pay for taxes at the time of checkin. Took a little while to work out the lift as the doors don’t open automatically. You had to manually open the front door to get into a reasonable small lift that catered for 2 people and 2 luggage. It reminded me of an old school type lifts seen in movies. Rather cool.
Rooms looked newly renovated and modern. Pod Coffee machine with illy pods, desk, a single chair and a wall hung tv. With this said, we had a room facing the road and whether the windows didn’t close properly or the windows were very thin with no sound proofing, but the noise from the road was bad. We were on the 5th floor and every car that went by, we heard. The heavier vehicles were worse. Does not work especially if you are a light sleeper.
Breakfast was average with comparison to many other hotels around the world however I would say quite sufficient by European standards. Precooked eggs, scrambled, boiled and sunny side up, basic cereal and fruit selection and bakery was a bit dry. Omelette made on order.
Staff in restaurant were excellent and extremely helpful.
Location was excellent for this hotel as it was walking distance from buses and train, restaurants and some markets.
Communications with its reservations team was shocking. Even after 6 emails with regard to a future booking, I did not get a single reply. Eventually met the hotel manager and had the issue resolved so a big thanks to Ms. Maria.
Overall, comfortable apart from the road noise. Would I book again, will not be my default hotel so I may be looking at other hotels but would not rule it out completely.

GGastnutzerDer Service war, wie von Griechen erwartet, ausgezeichnet und hilfsbereit.
Die Lage des Hotels ist zentrumsnah und sehr zufriedenstellend.
Die Einrichtungen waren gut, allerdings zur Frühstückszeit etwas überfüllt.
Am ersten Tag hatten wir ein Problem mit dem Duschwasser. Es lief aus der Tür, wodurch der Badezimmerboden sehr nass wurde. Das Problem wurde jedoch sofort behoben.
Wir hatten Mücken im Zimmer, und nachdem wir uns beschwert hatten, stellten sie uns eine Mückenfalle zur Verfügung. Das Problem mit den Mücken ist kritisch, da die Haut meiner Tochter sehr empfindlich ist und jeder Stich zu schlimmen Entzündungen führen kann, was bei ihr genau passiert ist.
Am letzten Tag gab es kein heißes Wasser, also musste ich mit lauwarmem Wasser duschen.

TThv_teteZunächst einmal ist das Hotelpersonal so nett, einschließlich der Rezeptionisten, der Frühstücksdame, der Zimmermädchen usw. Sie lächeln Sie alle an und begrüßen Sie, sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten auch ein Dreierzimmer für 3 Erwachsene gebucht, aber sie gaben uns natürlich zwei Doppelzimmer zum gleichen Preis, obwohl sie uns am zweiten Tag aufgrund einiger elektrischer Defekte in einem der Zimmer ins Erdgeschoss verlegen mussten, da es frisch renoviert war, was uns überhaupt nicht störte. Wir sind gerne umgezogen. Außerdem waren kostenlose Wasserflaschen im Kühlschrank enthalten, alle notwendigen Annehmlichkeiten waren vorhanden, es gab keinen Wasserkocher zum Kochen von Wasser oder Tassen für heiße Getränke im Zimmer, aber wenn Sie danach fragen, gibt es an der Hotelrezeption rund um die Uhr heißes Wasser, außerdem gibt es von 15 bis 21 Uhr kostenlosen Tee, Kaffee und heißes Wasser für alle Gäste! Die Zimmer hatten eine anständige Größe mit bequemen und sauberen Betten, täglicher Zimmerservice, das Frühstück war gut und reichlich und im Zimmerpreis inbegriffen, also kann ich mich nicht beschweren! Mehr warme Speisen wären schön gewesen, aber es war kontinentales Frühstück, was immer noch angemessen war. 5/5 Sterne

Die Dachterrasse ist fantastisch, bietet eine tolle Aussicht und ist komfortabel. Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker. Der Begrüßungssekt bei der Ankunft war eine wirklich nette Geste. Ich konnte früh einchecken und spät auschecken, was ich sehr zu schätzen wusste. Ich würde dieses Hotel bei meinem nächsten Aufenthalt in Athen jederzeit wieder buchen.
