One of the highlights was the beautiful snow view, which added a lovely touch to the stay. The location wasn’t exactly as published, but it wasn’t a major issue since there’s a free shuttle that conveniently takes you to Main Street. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing stay.

GGastnutzerModern kang bed room. Tiny and expensive but this is not unexpected given it is within the snow town and it is new year day. Nonetheless, location is great, walking distance to everywhere. Food at the hotel’s restaurant is yummy. Special mention to our dedicated butler Mr Cao who was very friendly, helpful and responsive. He will arrange to pick up your luggages from the bus station in the snow town and transport to the hotel (you will need to take a bus from the ticket entrance to the bus station in the snow town). Mr Cao can also help to arrange for activities. Overall, pleasant stay and will recommend.

SSheryl Bayog-Yanos”I extend to this hotel my highest recommendation due to their dedication to the highest standards of hospitality.” Exceptional service that went above and beyond— one of our family members had an accident in the snow even before we arrived in Snow Town. We requested medical care when we arrived, and the hotel provided us with more than the assistance that we needed. (1) They provide us everything in the room and make sure we have a comfortable stay even though we only stayed for one night; (2) We arrived late, and the hotel restaurant is about to close in a few minutes; perhaps they will still accommodate us and serve us scrumptious food (comfort food for a very challenging day); (3) After our meal, they get us to the clinic. The hotel provides us a translator, making a potentially stressful situation much easier; (4) We requested transportation to Yabuli with very limited time. The hotel provided us with car service with an excellent driver. The hotel driver assisted us so well. He patiently waited for us to board the train and made sure we got off at Yabuli safely.
The quality of service they provided us is a remarkable example of going above and beyond for guest comfort and well-being, especially in a new place with a language barrier. We appreciate your excellent customer service and assistance for international visitors, particularly those who require medical attention.
I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to my fellow foreign travelers!.

Even though we can’t speak Chinese, he is really put alot of effort to brief us regarding the place. I would really recommend this place and if I have another chance to visit Harbin again, I would definitely book this place again if it is still available.

GGastnutzerThe hotel is located not far from Snow Town and provides a shuttle bus service. On the return trip from the Snow Village, the owner clearly informs guests of the pickup point and the vehicle license plate, which is very reassuring.
The owner is extremely kind and helpful, and communication via WeChat is easy at any time. They also helped arrange a private car to Yabuli Railway Station at a reasonable price.
The hotel is very new. Both the room and bathroom are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel also offers meals, and the food was very delicious. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Thank you to Xueji Hotel for the incredibly warm welcome from the very first moment we arrived. It truly felt like visiting relatives rather than staying at a hotel 🥰
The room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. It is equipped with a humidifier, which is extremely helpful in the cold, dry weather. What impressed us the most was the view from the room — we could even see fireworks 🎆 It was such a romantic and special experience.
The hotel also offers local traditional outfits (red floral-style clothing) to borrow, perfect for strolling around the village and taking photos. We had so much fun and captured many beautiful pictures 📸
Most importantly, the hotel has an elevator, which is very convenient, especially in cold weather and when carrying luggage.
🍲 The hotel food was absolutely delicious. Every meal was prepared with care and tasted wonderful. Our whole family loved it — the three of us (father, mother, and child) truly enjoyed every meal ❤️

SSara小郑Hat eine Nacht hier in Xuxiang geblieben und es war es absolut wert. Von dem Zeitpunkt an, als die Buchung bestätigt wurde, habe ich den Besitzer Wechat hinzugefügt und hatte eine umfangreiche Kommunikation, vor allem, da es unser erstes Mal war und wir aus Harbin mit keiner geplanten Reiseroute kommen mussten. Xiaochu war sehr hilfreich und hat für uns einen Fahrer für 2 Tage, einschließlich Buchung für unsere Aktivitäten wie Skifahren in Yabuli und Sonnenaufgang schauen auf Yangcao Mountain! Er stellte sicher, dass wir gut aufpasst wurden, indem er uns vom Eingang holte und uns sogar nach dem Auschecken aussendete! The hotel’s smart facilities and cozy atmosphere made our trip extra special. From the east-facing windows, we could see the famous Snow Town snowman, while the other side offered stunning mountain views. Sitting indoors with tea while watching snow drift from the trees felt magical. The breakfast was delicious, and the location made it easy to explore the scenic area. I will definitely return!

Das Hotel ist sehr gut ausgestattet, es gibt einen kleinen Kaffee im Halle, die Schale ist sehr gut, die Milch ist die gleiche Art wie Starbuck, viel besser als der falsche Starbuck, der Schilde in der Snowtown, der Kaffeemaschine ist auch sehr lecker, die Haare, sehr kochend, der Kaffee ist sehr lecker, empfehlen klassisches Eisen und Schokolade-Coco!

They also provided a luggage service that carried our four 28” suitcases from the bus station. The kids received a lovely penguin keychain as a souvenir.
