Das Leben in diesem Hotel fühlt sich an, als würde man gedemütigt und den Chinesen das schlechteste Zimmer geben. Ich hatte ein Balkonzimmer mit Meerblick gebucht, aber das Ergebnis war, dass im ersten Stock überhaupt kein Licht war, als wäre es ein Zimmer im Keller, und es war sehr feucht, als ich es betrat. Ich bat darum, das Zimmer zu wechseln, aber es stellte sich heraus, dass es zusätzliche 600 Yuan waren, die Ctrip immer noch gab, um den Service von Ctrip zu würdigen, damit Touristen, die weit weg vom Land sind, ein wenig Wärme spüren . Nur die Kellner im Hotel haben eine gute Einstellung, schließlich sind sie Teilzeitkräfte. Das Eiswürfelgesicht an der Rezeption fühlt sich an, als wäre es Millionen schuldig. Das Zimmer, das ich gegen Aufpreis bekommen habe, war nicht sehr gut, die Vorderseite des Balkons und der Meerblick wurden vom vorderen Hotel mehr als zur Hälfte blockiert. Es gibt ein Problem mit dem Abfluss in der Dusche, das Wasser verteilt sich und es ist schwierig, auf die Toilette zu gehen. Es wird darauf hingewiesen, dass ein solches Hotel nicht jedem empfohlen werden sollte, es ist eine offensichtliche Demütigung der Chinesen.

Really enjoyed our stay at Pinnacle. Love the showers powerful and good temperature control, slight downside for water sipping through but all is good. It’s in close proximity to the beach so that was nice, however the part of the beach we were close to had a lot of seaweed. Breakfast was ok standard options which sufficed. We like the two Queen size bed per room setup. One of the thing that we were really thankful for is that they accommodated for our friend’s dietary requirements as she had to fast for the month of Ramadan.

We stayed here for three nights 9-12 January. We had an early check in at 2. Staff as usual are always friendly and helpful the free shuttle to and from D Mall was handy. Unfortunately the breakfast is not very appealing or something to rave about. Everything is cold they don’t have the burners on to keep the food warm. We got a good deal with Trip.com We plan to return in June hopefully there will be good rates and they will improve on their breakfast.

Far from Dmall but they offer free shuttle. Breakfast is typical but good. The rooms are sooo big didn’t expect that. (Comparing to Henann where we usually stay). Love the staffs, super accommodating! Especially the OJTs

房間排列挺憋屈 雖然有個陽台 出去就跟對面房間面面相覷 廁所排水確實有問題 洗個澡全房間都濕漉漉的 除了跟lind 公用一個海灘 其他都沒什麼好的 沒有吹風機 酒店shuttle 去Dmall 的衹到五點 也沒有提前通知 然後司機經常出去了 然後就讓你自己打車 去的時候客人太少了。 根本沒有自助早餐 早餐很難吃 懷疑是人少 大廚直接下班了 讓學徒隨便做做的

The rooms are spacious and the staff are friendly and accommodating. Transport is provided during the day. The ambiance is nice and quiet. The only issue is that the restrooms needs privacy but overall we had a great stay and will definitely come back again.

The management was incredibly polite, ensuring a seamless and pleasant stay. Their warm hospitality stood out, as they went above and beyond to accommodate any requests and make guests feel truly valued. It was evident that they genuinely cared about providing an exceptional experience. Breakfast, while decent, was not the highlight of the stay. Though it met basic expectations, it lacked the variety or flair one might hope for in a standout meal. However, this was more than made up for by the excellent quality of the room service food. The dishes were well-prepared, delicious, and delivered promptly. Every bite reflected the care and attention of the kitchen staff, making it a memorable part of the experience. Overall, the combination of a clean, comfortable room, attentive management, and outstanding room service made the stay highly enjoyable. While the breakfast could use a bit of improvement, it was a small detail in an otherwise fantastic visit. This is the kind of place you’d be happy to return to for its warmth and excellent service.

It was a wonderful experience in boracay. The staff are so kind and friendly! The place is so relaxing and welcoming! And not over crowded the beach ! A wonderful place to stay in boracay ! It’s so clean and the staff are accommodating and always there for their guests need !

A beautiful place to stay. We really enjoyed with the staff being so friendly an accomodating ♥️ From the reception to dining, housekeeping and to check out - it was always a warm welcome. Ardy from the restaurant is really nice and just made the dining experience so much better.

Customer service 10/10 I would like to commend Mike in the front office, he was very accommodating and he made our stay very comfortable, our room was upgraded and he makes sure that all our needs are met. Shuttle service was always available to pick and drop you off at station 2 D’Mall. Driver James was very respectful and prompt. Buffet breakfast 9/10 Posted as buffet breakfast on the website/third party partners, however, on some days main course are plated just like on the day of our stay. Maybe because there were few guests checked in and it will be a waste of food if they were to cook food as buffet. Access to white beach 8/10 A hearty way to go to the front beach because of the 75 steps of stairs going to the main beach front. Just take note that it’s not so friendly for elderly and persons with difficulties in walking. Pool area 10/10 Not crowded and always clean. Day beds and extra towels are available. Location 9/10 Situated at station 1. Just beside The Lind Hotel. Perfect for those who want peace and quiet, not crowded beach front.

The staff of the resort that we encountered during our stay were great! Very helpful and accomodating. From the reservation agent ( Berverly and Noella), front of the house ( Angie and specially Michael Cantero) and the restaurant staff of Charlie's ( Ardy, Rosemary, Mike) We will surely visit again!

Facilities are well maintained. Rooms smell fresh and clean. We booked three rooms and I would say that the price is worth it, clean towels, and thoughtful toiletries. Complimentary breakfast items are replenished as frequently as needed. Special mention to Little and Ryan for accommodating our requests from seating to preferred beverages. Front desk is open 24/7, friendly and efficient staff. Again, special mention to Noella, Orllie, Mike and Nathan. And the security, polite and dependable. Salamat, Pinnacle.

It was my first time in Boracay. However, I did not come fully for leisure; I gave a series of lectures to a government agency. I was surprised to find a quiet place far from the buzzing nightlife of Boracay. I recommend this place, especially for families with children. It is a very nice place with a good swimming pool and not far from the beach, although you need to walk to access the beach. I want to acknowledge the personnel and staff; they were friendly and very accommodating. Every single minute I stayed here, I felt welcome.
