Der Manager an der Rezeption war nicht sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war furchtbar, die Maiskuchen waren soooo süß und der Käse schmeckte komisch. Das King-Zimmer blickte auf einen Parkplatz. Der Fernseher kann nichts streamen, nur lokale Fernsehsender. Das Hotel schlug vor, dass wir mit unserem eigenen Rocu reisen. Ziemlich lustig im Jahr 2024.

Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt im Hilton nicht zufrieden. Ich hatte extra für einen Balkon bezahlt und wollte eigentlich Meerblick. Als ich das Zimmer betrat, sah ich auf einen Parkplatz, der gerade gebaut wurde. Wir waren auch an der Ecke des Flurs, wo es vermutlich eine Tür zu einem anderen Stockwerk gab, und jedes Mal, wenn die Tür aufging, quietschte sie und weckte meine Frau auf. Der Pool war ok. Aber der Service war gut. Was die Zimmerreinigung angeht, kam nie jemand zum Saubermachen ins Zimmer, aber zwei Leute kamen zweimal in unser Zimmer. Das erste Mal lagen wir da und standen auf und gingen und sagten ihr, dass wir gehen und sie saubermachen könne, und sie sagte, wir müssten es der Rezeption sagen. Ich bin mir also nicht sicher, warum sie überhaupt ins Zimmer gekommen ist. Insgesamt war ich nicht zufrieden und würde nicht wieder hier übernachten.

Terrible experiencia, la aplicación reservó la peor habitación del hotel, pagamos por una con balcón y nos entregaron una mini habitación con vista a una horrible construcción que nos los dejó ni dormir, nos estafaron, nos querían robar más dinero para cambiarnos a una mejor habitación la cual ya habíamos pagado y que no tenían disponible tampoco, terrible y asqueroso todo el servicio, nos cobraron dos noches por una habitación con balcón y nos dieron la habitación del aseo, arruinaron el cumpleaños de mi hija

"Jonathan was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I met him, he was incredibly friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions about the beach setup and made sure I had the perfect spot – sunny with a bit of shade. I was impressed with how easily he set up the umbrella, even though chairs were included with my hotel stay. He explained that the additional cost for the umbrella would cover me for the entire day. I never felt like I was asking too much, and he always had a smile on his face. If you're heading to the beach, be sure to ask for Jonathan. He'll make your day at the beach unforgettable!"

Be aware of extra fees after checking out. They charge me $79.80 for lodging (not sure what does it mean even). Shower had mold, pool was dirty. Food variety very poor. No way that I am coming back there!!! Oh, I forgot about constructions on the side

Clean, professional, relaxing. This hotel was perfect for a midweek getaway. Service was five star and we enjoyed every second of the trip. We stayed in a balcony room on the 6th floor with ocean views. Amazing views of the ocean and pool. Could really hear the waves hitting the shore, especially at night.

I was spending the day at the beach and Donavan took great care of me. He answered all my questions and was awesome!!! He gave me the best seat at the beach!!! I love that I have a comfy spot on the beach with towels, umbrella and chairs. I even ordered food on the beach. Can’t wait to come back to this spot. It’s super dreamy!

Adriana made our night at the restaraunt. Just ask for her. Period. Jonathan was great! He gave us an explanation of the beach chairs. I really enjoyed how the pool staff were able to bring us a towel when they ran out. Towels were promised to be brought straight to our chairs. That was accommodating.

The stay was great!! The hotel and our room was very clean and we had no problems. Totally enjoyed the bar and the bartender was very friendly. The 2 pool areas were nice and we were able to walk to the beach from the back of the hotel (2mins walk). I enjoyed my stay!!!

Such a nice place to stay at. It’s a beautiful beach-front property with nice amenities. It has 2 pools, one on the ground and a bigger one on the 3rd floor. All the staff were super friendly and nice. Especial shout out to Gabriela (Front Desk agent) and Daniel? (Front Desk Supervisor) for being so amazing and welcoming. It was my companion’s Birthday and they had a little set up in the room which was a nice touch. We liked this property so much that we ended up extending our stay one more day. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone visiting.

I want to stay a week en in Hilton Miami Beach, I 100% recommend the hotel and Adriana's attention, who was super special during my stay.Very good facilities bar restaurant pool access to the beautiful beach. One of the things I liked the most is that the shopping centers are close.

Celebrated my husband‘s birthday here, We booked a group of rooms and stayed for four days with family and friends. We had a great time! Our beachfront room was awesome! The first day we took an Uber to a local Cuban restaurant, which was authentic and good. On Saturday we spent the day at the hotel’s beach area. We were able to easily claim chairs and spend the day. Later we went to the upstairs pool, which was clean and warm. Saturday night we had the birthday dinner party in the bar/restaurant area. We had the Caribbean menu. The food was good, the chicken was great! We played our own music, complete with microphone, and even room to set up a photo booth, plus the bartender was on point with the speciality cocktails! We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel and we really loved this part of Miami, Right on the beach, quieter than the hustle of South Beach, good neighborhood restaurants.
