Der Manager an der Rezeption war nicht sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück war furchtbar, die Maiskuchen waren soooo süß und der Käse schmeckte komisch. Das King-Zimmer blickte auf einen Parkplatz. Der Fernseher kann nichts streamen, nur lokale Fernsehsender. Das Hotel schlug vor, dass wir mit unserem eigenen Rocu reisen. Ziemlich lustig im Jahr 2024.

Ich war mit meinem Aufenthalt im Hilton nicht zufrieden. Ich hatte extra für einen Balkon bezahlt und wollte eigentlich Meerblick. Als ich das Zimmer betrat, sah ich auf einen Parkplatz, der gerade gebaut wurde. Wir waren auch an der Ecke des Flurs, wo es vermutlich eine Tür zu einem anderen Stockwerk gab, und jedes Mal, wenn die Tür aufging, quietschte sie und weckte meine Frau auf. Der Pool war ok. Aber der Service war gut. Was die Zimmerreinigung angeht, kam nie jemand zum Saubermachen ins Zimmer, aber zwei Leute kamen zweimal in unser Zimmer. Das erste Mal lagen wir da und standen auf und gingen und sagten ihr, dass wir gehen und sie saubermachen könne, und sie sagte, wir müssten es der Rezeption sagen. Ich bin mir also nicht sicher, warum sie überhaupt ins Zimmer gekommen ist. Insgesamt war ich nicht zufrieden und würde nicht wieder hier übernachten.

Bettlaken und Decke waren sehr dünn.

Terrible experiencia, la aplicación reservó la peor habitación del hotel, pagamos por una con balcón y nos entregaron una mini habitación con vista a una horrible construcción que nos los dejó ni dormir, nos estafaron, nos querían robar más dinero para cambiarnos a una mejor habitación la cual ya habíamos pagado y que no tenían disponible tampoco, terrible y asqueroso todo el servicio, nos cobraron dos noches por una habitación con balcón y nos dieron la habitación del aseo, arruinaron el cumpleaños de mi hija

Clean, staff was excellent. Easy beach access. A couple days there was only luke warm water in the shower and the shower door doesn’t completely seal so there was always water on the floor, enough to soak a towel. Overall a great property with great staff.

The balcony door was difficult to lock. When flushing the toilet you had to remember to lift back up the knob otherwise the water wouldn’t fill up properly. The restaurant was a bit pricey jumbo shrimp for $17. The pools and location was good. Overall I might go back.

We had a very nice stay overall, the cleanliness and comfortability of the room was great! However, we stayed in an accessible room and we were slightly disappointed by the overall accessibility. Firstly, there was a large lip on the floor to exit to the balcony that was not wheelchair accessible. Secondly, the shower was slightly inconvenient, as it spread water everywhere. Lastly, our fridge did not work and we never received service to fix it.

I really liked this property. Clean, perfect location and a lot of activities on the property. Restaurant was also good but pricey. Two pools and hot tub but one was closed they also had beach access!

Beach access is great! However, only valet parking is available ($50 per day!) and the hotel hallways, elevators and rooms show a lot of wear. The lobby was disjointed with no flow and several of the machines were inoperable in the exercise room.

Private beach at the property was very convenient with kids, heated pool and Jacuzzi were relaxing. Hotel was clean and tidy. Bus stop was right opposite the hotel. Overall a good stay.

This property needs a lot of cleaning and upgrade. Front desk needs to educate a bit more on customer service. The staff at the restaurant is definitely great. They serve you very well.

Put in for early check in got there 330 didn't get in a room until 5 I reserved a view of city balcony got a view of a parking garage

It wasn’t new, but it was professionally managed and everything was as it should be.‘I thought the text responsiveness by management was excellent.
