Ich habe 10 Tage, 7 Tage in einem der Untergeschosszimmer und 3 Tage oben geblieben. Insgesamt war ich sehr glücklich mit dem Hotel, die Zimmer sind ein wenig datiert, aber sauber und groß. Das Personal ist alle super freundlich und Sie sind ein paar Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand, den Restaurants und Bars. Die Straße, auf der das Hotel ist, ist nicht wirklich eine „passende“ Straße, aber es war kein Problem für mich. Die Air Con-Einheit im Untergeschoss war laut, aber ich bin ein schweres Schlafzimmer, das oberste Zimmer hatte eine neue Aircon-Einheit. Ich hätte kein Problem, hier wieder zu bleiben für Preis und Lage und das super freundliche Personal.

This trip was especially special as it was my Best Friends One year Anniversary And Her 35th Birthday and My 40th Birthday trip that I had painstakingly searched for months for the perfect hotel that suited all 4 of our Party. I insanely rely on reviews and Social Media as a guide since this was my first trip to Boracay and was basically booking ”blind”. I really wanted a few things. 1. A clean room and 2. A few feet from the Beach. Upon Arrival I was greeted by lovely faces and cheerful staff. Mind you, I just travelled for 19 hours so, I was Exhausted, hot And annoyed that I paid for front door service from the jetty and basically end up having to walk.. anyway. They took me to my room, which did not excite me. Of course as someone who looked at every single image online and read every review, my expectations were to receive the rooms (I booked 2) that were all over the interwebs. And could have booked at another hotel in an instant- I refused the rooms given. Donald, the Manager, with the most friendly, calm demeanor talked to me in such a way that seemed to calm and sooth me making me realize that I am now in paradise and offered me Garden bungalows for this issue- most likely not his but more so Booking.coms for using images that were that of a higher grade room. All in all. Our entire 8 day stay, truly was magical in every way. THANK YOU DONALD, STAFF AND ALL THE CUTE DOGS AND KITTIES (that I have named and loved). We will return.

During my recent visit to Borocay, I had the unfortunate experience of staying at the Red Coconut. Despite my initial anticipation of a rustic and authentic retreat, this hotel fell far short of my expectations. From the very beginning, signs of disappointment were evident, starting with the lack of response to my airport pickup request. Arriving at the hotel via three modes of transportation, I was shocked to learn that I had to navigate a 250-meter alleyway, struggling to carry my bags through the stagnant-smelling water left by recent rains. The hotel's entrance was puzzling, hidden within the restaurant where guests were actively dining. The staff, to their credit, displayed politeness and efficiency during check-in. However, upon reaching my room, I discovered the closed curtains and the absence of natural light, as the window had been boarded up from the outside. Furthermore, the room lacked internet access, necessitating a room change. The alternative ”Classic” room proved to be no better, with its curtains closed, revealing a view of incomplete buildings and rusty roofs that resembled a shanty town rather than the promised luxury resort depicted on the website. Politely, I expressed my dissatisfaction, emphasizing that I had paid nearly $1,000 for a seven-night stay, which fell within the top end of the mid-range bracket for Borocay hotels. Although other reputable 4-star establishments, such as Hennan and Aqua, were available within the same price range, I had chosen Red Coconut for its touted rustic charm. Regrettably, the hotel failed to deliver the expected quality despite the price. The hotel itself exuded a dated ambiance, with unsightly holes in the hallway walls and furniture that seemed on the verge of collapse. The bathrooms appeared dark and dingy, in stark contrast to the website's portrayal. The supposedly blackout curtains were white, allowing an unwelcome flood of light into the room at the crack of dawn, making it nearly impossible to get a restful sleep. Adding to my dismay, the toilet seat was covered in an unknown liquid upon check-in, leaving much to be desired in terms of cleanliness. The pool area, depicted alluringly in the hotel's photographs, turned out to be quite deceiving. There was a notable absence of lounging spaces, preventing any relaxation under the sun with a refreshing drink or a good book. Although the beach was conveniently located nearby, the constant stream of people passing by discouraged me from leaving my belongings unattended should I decide to take a dip in the sea. Despite my repeated requests to speak with the manager, I was met with assurances that my comments and feedback would be conveyed, yet I never received any further communication from the hotel. The majority of guests appeared to be Filipino visitors enjoying a short stay, and I find it hard to believe they were subjected to the same exorbitant $1,000 rate for the basic room. Es gibt einen ausgewiesenen Raucherbereich und der Umweltservice ist erstklassig. Wenn Sie die Sprache bei der Bestellung nicht verstehen, können Sie sich per E-Mail an das Hotel wenden, um zu bestätigen, dass sich der Abholservice lohnt erleben. Die Einrichtungen und Dienstleistungen sind sehr sicher.

Très bel hôtel situé à la station 1 sur la White Beach un peu à l’écart de l’agitation du centre ville (proche de la plage Diniwid) Tout d’abord je tiens à préciser que j’ai rajouté une 4ème étoile au commentaire uniquement grâce à l’accueil du personnel (notamment l’accueil de la jeune femme ayant réalisé avec nous le check in et Check out) et à la qualité du breakfast. Pour les points positifs : - Très belle vue depuis les chambres - Bâtiment moderne - Accueil et professionnalisme du personnel - Très bon breakfast et restaurant - Localisation - Piscine à débordement Les points à améliorer : - Wifi très instable, c’est un peu limite pour un 5 étoiles étant donné le prix des chambres (400 euros la nuit) - Nombreux trous dans le carrelage de la piscine à débordement, pas très classe pour un 5 étoiles également - Climatisation bruyante dans certaines chambres (ça été le cas dans notre chambre côté plage) - Insonorisation a revoir (plafond et porte) dans les chambres hauts de gamme avec piscine privée - Portes des chambres ayant tendance à ne pas se refermer automatiquement lorsque l’on sort, moyen niveau sécurité - Salle du restaurant très bruyante, impossible de petit déjeuner au calme le matin … - Notre seconde chambre présentait de nombreuses traces de fuites sur le mur en provenance de l’étage supérieur, cela devrait être rénové avant de louer la chambre (rappel 400 euros la nuit) - Les piscines privées des chambres haut de gamme ne sont pas chauffées et non exposées au soleil - Location de scooter à 5000 pesos la journée, c’est énorme !! - Organisation d’événements côté plage troublant la tranquillité des chambres notamment la nuit (jusqu’à 23h) Le rapport qualité prix n’est pour moi pas au rendez vous actuellement étant donné les points cités précédemment, c’est un bel hôtel avec des employés vraiment bienveillants avec les clients et c’est très appréciable mais il faut revoir très rapidement la connexion wifi et la rénovation de la piscine à débordement, avec ses améliorations l’hôtel méritera sincèrement ses 5 étoiles et j’aurai plaisir à y revenir.

Ziemlich grosser Kasten mit 120 Zimmern jedoch 2 sind wirklich zu empfehlen: Zimmer 3312 und das auf der anderen Seite nach außen gebaut. Schaumpartys für Kinder jeden Nachmittag ab 4 Uhr, DJ ab 5 Uhr, Feuershow ab 7 Uhr. Das heißt aber auch jede Menge Lärm im Zentrum des Hufeisenförmig gebauten Hotels. Es geht dort zu wie auf einem Bahnhof, ein ständiges kommen gehen der Gäste die dort im Schnitt 2Tage verbringen. Das Frühstück ist koreanisch chinesisch ausgelegt, für mich als Deutschen 3 Wochen lang das zu essen unmöglich -2 Tage vielleicht ok. Aber es gibt Heidiland in der D-Mall (Station 2) Dort gibt es alles was das Herz begehrt - viele verschiedene Wurst - Käsesorten Knäckebrot und auch das Lebkuchen Sortiment lässt sich sehen, aber das nur nebenbei. Möchte man Room Service haben, die kommen nicht automatisch jeden Tag, dafür man an der Rezeption bescheid sagen. Als man mir das sagte habe ich direkt Zimmerservice für jeden Tag geordert. Toller Pool auf der sechsten Etage mit genialem Ausblick, allerdings beträgt die Wassertemperatur gefühlte 5 Grad, deshalb war der auch immer leer. Es ist darauf zu achten das man an der Bar gerne Fehler an der Rechnung vornimmt, natürlich nicht zu euren Gunsten, die sollte man also kontrollieren.

Mein dritter Besuch in Boracay, mein erstes Besuch war in Fairways & Bluewater Resorts, aber es war zu weit, zweite Mal, wir blieben in Villa De Oro, und für meine dritte Zeit, wir blieben hier in La Carmela. Unser Aufenthalt hier in La Carmela war eine Klemmesentscheidung, aber eine wirklich erinnerebare. Wir feiern das Neujahr 2022 in La Carmela. Wir blieben dort für 9 Nächte. Aber ich muss sagen, einige Mitarbeiter sind nicht so engagiert und leidenschaftlich für das, was sie tun, außer für das Sicherheitspersonal, das alle sehr gut zugekommen waren. Ich selbst, ich bin ein Frontbüroagent, kann ich nicht einmal die Ehrlichkeit mit dem Dienst, den sie bieten. Ich war eigentlich sehr auf La Carmela zu warten, da Herr Boy Abunda immer diesen Resort während all seiner Shows gefördert hat, zusätzlich zu diesem, so viele Berühmtheiten und sogar Einflussnehmer haben in La Carmela geblieben und scheinen ihre Dienstleistungen zu mögen. Aber, für meine Bedauern, all meine Erwartungen wurden nicht erfüllt, leider. Essen ist durchschnittlich, unser tägliches Frühstück war immer gefroren serviert, Pool ist massiv und schön, die Lage ist preiswert, da es nahe dem Strand und nur nahe allem anderen wo. Ich wünschte, sie könnten ihre Dienste, einschließlich persönlicher Dienste für ihre Gäste, verbessern, vor allem, weil es bereits viele Hotels, die als ihre Wettbewerber boomen. Ich weiß, La Carmela ist schon seit vielen Jahren da, also warum nicht ihr Erbe zu einem guten. Insgesamt war unser Zimmer ok, wir warten so lange auf unsere MUR, plus der Ak in meinem Mutter Zimmer funktioniert nicht gut. Ich würde gern dieses Hotel noch einmal betrachten, da es perfekt für Budget Traveller wie ich ist. blieb für 9 Nächte mit meinem Partner, Mutter und Schwester, und wir bezahlten nur PHP 25k für alles einschließlich ihres gezahlten Frühstücks. Ich hoffe, Sie berücksichtigen alle Punkte, die ich erwähnt habe, Sie sehen uns bald, La Carmela. :)

We stayed at Fairways and Bluewater Boracay for a week and we had such a great time there. Let's start with the positives: 1) After getting a room change, we were able to enjoy our room and the view. The cleaners did a good job cleaning up the room every day and providing whatever we needed. 2) We loved that they had so many amenities on the property. Honestly, there's so much available that you don't even need to leave the hotel. But we would recommend you get out and explore the island and support the locals. 3) The staff was very kind and respectful. Always greeting us at any time of the day. So that was lovely. 4) The breakfast was good. We enjoyed eating breakfast at the hotel. They had quite a very good variety. 5) The property is really big so thankfully there are shuttle buses that take guest from their building to the gate or wherever else you would like to go on the property. We also thought it was nice of them to provide a shuttle bus from the hotel to DMall. 6) The hotel also has a private beach, which is nice. I'd recommend wearing beach shoes in the water. My partner didn't have and he got injured in the water so be aware of that. On to the negatives: 1) Before our trip we tried contacting the hotel to ask questions multiple times and we were faced with so many challenges. We had to ask trip.com customer service to assist us and the response from the hotel would be very basic and not satisfactory. I would recommend updating your email and number because they're both incorrect, especially for first-time guests on the island of Boracay. 2) We would've booked our hotel a month in advance and would've left specific requests for our rooms so that the hotel could prepare for us, well. Once we arrived, they took us to our room and the hotel was certainly not prepared. That made us feel very ignored in terms of our requests. We had to ask for a room change, luckily we were able to get it but our 1st-day experience at the hotel was not good. 3) There is a policy for stained sheets and pillows at the hotel. But funny enough some of their sheets and pillows have stains on them! So before you sleep on the bed, take pictures of everything so that they do not accuse you. Thankfully, we did that so we weren't charged for what was already there. 4) On our checkout day, the lady at the front desk tried to have us pay for the soap dispenser that was in the room. Why would a guest take the soap dispenser 🙄😒. Luckily, I was very firm in letting her know the dispenser was in the room and we had no reason to take it. Literally, a minute later, another guest was checking out and they asked them the same question. Implying that the guest would've also taken the soap dispenser from their room. Please stop trying to get a payout from your guest. The hotel is already expensive, we paid a lot of money to stay there, so we don't need to be accused of stealing.

Mein Aufenthalt im Henann Palm Beach Resort war ein malerischer Kurzurlaub, dessen atemberaubende Lage am Strand atemberaubende Ausblicke bietet. Das Resort befindet sich in bester Lage und bietet einfachen Zugang zum Strand und zu nahe gelegenen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Service war außergewöhnlich, das aufmerksame Personal kümmerte sich um alle Wünsche. Mein Erlebnis wurde jedoch durch die Anwesenheit von Ameisen im ganzen Zimmer getrübt, was meinen ansonsten angenehmen Aufenthalt trübte. Trotz dieses Problems war das Gesamterlebnis positiv, dank der Schönheit des Resorts, der günstigen Lage und dem hervorragenden Service.

Seawind bietet einen hervorragenden Service mit höflichem und zuvorkommendem Personal, um Ihren Tag zu beginnen. Obwohl die Einrichtungen nicht so modern sind wie andere, die Boracay stark verbreitet haben, ist es dennoch ein großartiger Ort zum Entspannen, wenn man die Ruhe der Station 1 bedenkt. Das Frühstücksbuffet bietet eine anständige Auswahl und Portionen. Die Massagedamen sind für Sie da - und machen tolle Fußmassagen! Das Beste daran ist, dass der Preis wettbewerbsfähig ist.
