The room was clean and orderly. Looked like it has been recently remodeled. New fixtures in the bathroom. No coffee when we arrived at 9PM. No coffee the morning we left at 9AM. We stayed for two nights. Came back after being out all day and our room wasn't made up, fresh towels, etc. We were told that they only do the room if you stay 3 days or longer, so had to go to the office for towels. Friendly staff, easy access off the Interstate. occupants above us were kind of noisy, but not to where we had to complain. Would stay there again.

The room didn't have a microwave. I was told that only Premium rooms had a microwave and fridge. The rooms main light didn't work, the shower (not a tub) shower head was at such an angle that it sprayed the water almost straight across into the shower curtain (which was already to short and didn't go to the bottom of the shower). The water would go onto the bathroom floor causing a mess and slip hazard.

I like laminate floors vs carpet, but I have found, as with Motel 6, the floors are filthy. I dumped a little water on the floor, used a hand towel to wipe it up, and the towel was filthy!! Imagine what’s getting on your feet then unto your sheets. Can you imagine what carpets used to be like? Laminate is easy to clean, so clean it every day, damn it. This is also true for other hotels with laminate floors— always dirty.

I usually dont stay in Motel 6 because ive always had bad expierences, however this one was great. Clean updated room. Friendly staff. The only thing i would suggest they do is add a thicker blanket to the beds and maybe hang some pictures on the walls to make it feel more like home. Otherwise it was very nice

Customer service was wonderful. The room seemed neglected with holes in the floor and the bathroom. Rm 236. It was more on the run-down side. Motel 6 is normally a decent place to stay and frequent them often. Perhaps it was just our room.

Exterior and interior corridors look like something out of a horror movie, the interior of the room was brand new very clean. Alot of vending machines.

My stay at the Motel 6 Boise was aweful. I had to request to be mived to another room due to noise above our room, and then the room we were moved into had Marijauna seeping into the bathroom from the unit next to us. The female agent said they allow marijauna use as long as the go outside, yet they rent the rooms as NON SMOKING. Apparently a marijauna smoking guest is more valuable to this location than someone like me who follows all the rules.

This was an overall very warm, welcoming and enjoyable stay. The rooms are clean and efficiently designed and the staff truly go above and beyond in the realm of hospitality to help their guests feel both welcomed and safe. Highly recommend and you truly can't beat the price either.

All not so bad but all I ask is a clean safe room. Clean with a reasonably comfortable bed. We had a very long drive to get there and we arrived around 10 in the evening. The TV did not work. For me that is a deal breaker. Did not have time or energy to contact the office. Did not expect much for the price but expected that. Will not stay there again.
