I booked two beds and was given 1 double bed. When I inquired about the mix up, I was told that l had to make a request in advance for 2 beds. I then requested two bed and the staff told me that it would be completed the next day. However, when I checked the next day, it wasn’t completed. I was eventually moved to another room to compensate for their mistake. Because of their generosity, I decided to extend my stay but that’s where things got complicated. I was told one thing by one staff member and the next day told something different. It was a very frustrating process to extend my stay but in the end, I had no choice but to stay an additional night due to not having other arrangements. I left this hotel very angry because I changed my plans based on a staff member’s word and then I ended up paying more for the additional night due to bad information.
