We had all inclusive and was provided with a wrist band.This opened our room and also a pass to everything. Did not spend any money on food as there is a snack bar open. This provided a good range of food and ice creams. Friendly staff...always helpful Food at break. dinner.evening meal 10/ 10. Rooms comfortable kettle provided Plenty for children to do. The slides are great.pool is cold ( doesn't stated heated anywhere!)but get used to it once in. Would bring the children safe area plenty of lifeguards in duty Weather for early May hot.

Everything was amazing here. The personal very helpful always, starting from reception to the management . Any question I had, was answered. Any problem was resolved. Viorica Pop , is working for the cleaning, always made sure everything is cleaned , I am alergic to bleach and I am very happy that she made sure that is taken in consideration. Also Alina, the manager of the hotel was amazing. On 15th was my husband birthday and we’ve been out all day but when we arrived at the hotel a big surprise was waiting for him . That was very unexpected but made our day , honestly. Is so nice to be treated the was we’ve been treat . The food also was amazing, lots of different foods, every night was a different cuisine style . The team of Jet2holiday was amazing also , the girls helped me with all the bookings for different activities, hotels , games etc. The ultra all inclusive really give you a special holiday. The bar team always there with the best cocktails, drinks and snacks . Definitely I recommend and we will be back !

I feel I need to leave an honest review of our stay here as in the week leading up to coming, I couldn't have felt more upset or stressed after reading the recent reviews. I even looked into whether I could change the hotel but found this would mean we would lose all of our money, so we decided to risk it as this was our kids first time abroad and didn't want them to miss out. There are pros and cons as I find to be the case anywhere you go and I do think sometimes people do like to come on here just to moan for moaning's sake. When we arrived our room wasn't ready but we were given our wrist bands so that we could enjoy the facilities while we waited and were able to leave our luggage behind reception. There was a good selection of drinks available both alcoholic and none alcoholic. We brought our own plastic cups from home as I'd read in advance that you will need to hire one from the hotel if not. Not an issue for us, and seems to be a good idea to keep waste to a minimum. All cups were rinsed too before a new drink being poured. The bar staff at all of the bars were perfectly friendly enough, never rude but never really wanting a chat - it was busy at times so can understand them just wanting to get everyone served quickly. When the room was ready we got our things and headed to our block. There are 4 blocks of rooms two on each side of the hotel, we were in block 4, floor 11 - Room 441. I've seen a lot of people complaining about the rooms. To be honest we couldn't really fault it. Yes, it's a little outdated and there's the odd but of touching up it could do with, but it was somewhere comfy enough to rest our heads and for the kids to have a good sleep. The balcony was plenty big enough and we had a view right over the stage. A lot of negatives have been about the noise levels, however with the balcony shut we didn't really notice an issue. Yes we could hear the entertainment but not at a level to be upset about. The shower did tend to run out of hot water after the first person had been in, we didn't report this but perhaps if we had they may have looked into it. Along with the lock on the balcony door being a bit temperamental. The room was cleaned every day to a good standard and our fridge restocked with water and cans of pop. One of the kids knocked a cup off the table in the balcony which we cleared up and left on the table outside however this was never removed so not sure how much they clean outside the room. We found all of the food to be up to a good standard, there was always something for all of us to find and enjoy, it was always plenty hot enough and a good selection. The snack bar didn't have a massive variety but the main restaurant was open too for lunch if we wanted something different. We were on the Ultra All Inclusive package which meant we could have pizza's delivered up to the room. We did this once and it was really nice. The kids loved the ice creams too. There is a nice beach 5-10 minutes walk away with

Please do not go to this hotel untill they sort out the d&v issue. They need to close and deep clean. They will tell you its a seasonal bug... kids pass on germs.. I have been allover the place all inclusive and never come across anything like this in my life. This has been traumatising as a family. Only positive was the help of Louisa and Danielle and Natalia when my daughter started with it they was helpful and kind. I also do not think it is the food... they never had soap in the pool toilets which is going to cause alot of germs spreading. I seen cleaners mopping the floor then putting the filthy water down the sink in the toilets and not cleaning it. Felt like there was a strong perfume cleaning smell covering up the vomit smell. We arrived on sunday the 5th of May. While around the pool we spoke to a family that told us 5 out of 6 had a bug and she knew of more. We thought we would he lucky however Tuesday my daughter started vomiting then diarrhea followed she was being sick for 24 hours and still has the runs now and its the 12th May and it is green. I am taking her to the doctor for tests tomorrow. Which I will be using to take this hotel and jet 2 to court. As we thought it couldn't get any worse we was due to leave sat 11th May but my husband started with D&V so bad he couldn't leave the bathroom. I went for help at the Reception they do not care. The reps wasn't in. They was just telling me I need to pay for the extra night or leave. I had to ring jet 2 change the flights which cost £290 then. Then my daughter who is 6 and poorly was crying scared with how rude reception thinking we was going to get kicked out. With her being so scared I said I would pay which they charged me over 280 euros for 1 night without all inclusive how is that price reasonable I'm disgusted at the end of a holiday too. We got a doctor to the room which we had to pay 150 euros for jet 2 said if they can see the report they will pay for it. Waiting for the refund from them to come. Then we had to pay 50 for medication that was prescribed. We couldn't change our airport transfer so this cost us 80 euros in a taxi today. With all this I witnessed people being sick myself and people telling me they was sick. The sickness was round the pool on the stairs in the dinning hall. Do not let them lie to you about this. I just want to warn families not to come here as I don't think I will get over it. I was in absolute tears asking for help and they don't care they just say pay and try claim it back. What if we didn't have the funds after a holiday. My daughter has lost so much weight from this holiday I'm heartbroken. I wouldn't take the risk of this as it seems to be getting worse. Checkin - quick and easy, staff were nice and friendly. Lifts - we had no problems whatsoever with the lift, no long que’s and they were quick enough. Rooms - Rooms are spacious, clean no complaints there whatsoever Pool - beautiful big pool, just a pity it so cold. Kids just couldn’t handle it lol pool opens for swimming at 10, gates open at 9 for you to go get a bed and get set up. This is a really good way as gives everyone a fair chance to the beds. Activities, lots to do for the kids. Kids club is on from 11-1 drop the kids off, sign your name and contact number and you have just got your self and hour or two kid free time. There is also pool activities during the day. The soft play is great for the smaller kids and seating area right outside for you to relax while they play. Night time entertainment is very good, mini disco for the kids, followed by a different show each night then the mascots come out. The area is really big so plenty of room for Everyone to enjoy. Food - I’ve seen lots of reviews about people complaining about the food. I thought the food was very good, lots to choose from. They cater well for kids chicken nuggets, hot dogs chips burgers, this is all in the snack bar with other food also. The main restaurant has an actual kids section which my kids loved. The dinner in main restaurant ends at 10pm but reopens again at 10:30pm to 12:45pm so you never go hungry. Staff - the staff are really nice and friendly can not fault any of them. One of us actually had an accident at the pool, he hit his toe jumping into the pool one. One of the pool guys saw him limping and insisted he seen the medic. They then arranged for him to go get it X-rays, paid the taxi fairs and the hospital visit, he actually broke his toe. The lady at reception phone a head to the hospital giving all my his information so he had nothing to do when he got there. The staff went over and beyond for him. One of the pool guys was laying out chairs for the night time shows and saw my son playing football himself. He stopped and had a little kick around with him which I thought was just nice. Glasses - cost €5 and you keep reusing the same glass, they do rise them before each refill. I bought my own online and they are bigger than the ones they supply. Also they had lids and straws so was better for the kids to avoid spillage. I do think reusing the same cup is a great idea as you don’t have empty ones laying around. And the nicest surprise for me was the washer and dryer lol €4 for a wash and €3 to dry. I brought loads of clothes but my kids just went through so much it was so good to be able to wash and dry and of course I am now going home with a suitcase of clean clothes. Most stressful bit was trying to upgrade, getting one price with the online chat then getting double the price at the hotel. We never bothered with it and to be honest we didn’t feel like we missed out on anything so in the end was happy enough that we did

Our second visit to this hotel. 2 adults, 12 year old and two autistic children aged 11 and 5. You really can't complain for the value factor of this hotel. Food available all day long, ice cream and churros van in the afternoon and the easily accessible pool restaurant too. For fusy eaters McDonald's is a 10 minute easy stroll away. The beach is also an easy 10 minute stroll in the opposite direction. The rooms are a great size, the staff are friendly and helpful, we were allocated a room on level 5. For those that have vertigo you should request a lower floor before you arrive. Yes you do have to wait sometime for lifts. The entertainment was ace this year, they've really stepped it up. The reptile show was a big hit with my 12 year old. The pools are chilly....so visit decathlon for some slim wetsuits before you come....or head to the beach for the warm sea instead. It's a real win for an easy holiday as long as you're someone that doesn't find things to complain about!

Hotel is so clean. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Great choice of food all day long. Good choice of drinks available. Great pools although ice cold water. Highly recommend especially for children. Slides are great. Kids loved them. Foam party was fun.

Old run down hotel with very bad hygiene and cover all the negatives up with lies at the minute around 80% of guests are getting sick Iv spoken to lots of families and most children are getting sick during there holiday including my 2 AVOID at all costs if you want a good holiday
