Fantastisk hotell med fantastiske medarbeidere,flotte omgivelser og knall restautant. Elsker rett og slett dette hotellet og kommer stadig tilbake.

Super Lage in der ersten Reihe und ein tolles Gebäude. Das Personal ist tiptop freundlich und super Gastgeber. Alles frisch renoviert mit super Bar aber die Zimmereinrichtungen erinnern leider eher an Budgethotels an der Autobahn. Dazu ist das Haus leider extrem hellhörig und damit sehr laut. Frühstück im Restaurant ist top, Drinks an der Bar stabil.

Beautiful hotel, lovely staff, just was not soundproof and got a lot of sound from below and also the reception area and street at all hours.

Very central right next to the Castle viewing area with fantastic views of Benidorm. Fabulous roof top bar and even a small spar pool with a vista out to sea.

Wouldn't consider anywhere else in Benidorm having stayed in this lovely hotel. From our arrival to our departure the staff were professional, efficient, friendly and helpful. All food is freshly cooked by a highly competent chef. Breakfasts couldn't be better for the choice of food and the service (thanks Camilo and gang). Excellent location that looks right out to a picturesque view of the sea. 10/10. Thanks to all the staff there for a memorable and relaxing holiday.

I would like to thank your staff for their friendly service during my stay. The breakfast was particularly good, and the staff made my visit enjoyable. However, I noticed that the pillows in the room were not comfortable, affecting my sleep negatively. Additionally, the fragrance in the lobby was too strong. I hope you can review both the quality of the pillows and the intensity of the fragrance, providing better options for future guests. On a positive note, I want to emphasize the excellent location, especially for those without a car.
