Central Belfast Apartments: University Street

What a fantastic apartment. Clean and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable and hard to get up after a few Guinness. 😂 Very close to Belfast and lots to do. Walking distance to most popular areas. We love the city, and will definitely return soon. Many thanks Charlene , John, Ami, Bailey

My stay in Belfast was amazing. The apartment was comfortable, had everything I needed, and was conveniently located to local businesses and public transportation. The bottle of red wine and tatos were a great added bonus.

Great location/central apartment. 20 min walk to City Hall/ 10 min walk to Queen's University/ food options near by as well as a Tesco. Coffee shop down the street (Blue Train Cafe-Amazing coffee shop) This apt felt like home and was perfect

2 apartments rented for 5 of us in the University area, very central. Modern, clean and secure. Bit of noise at night but not too much. Bottle of wine waiting on arrival.. No issue returning security deposit, email received confirming deposit return on day of departure.

The picture of the building was nothing like the outside when we arrived, there is a large tree outside which is almost covering the front door. The inside was clean, and apartment itself was clean and tidy, however, the internet was not working, and television was unwatchable, we rang the next morning and somebody came out to fix it, but it was much the same, so no internet for the whole 4 days, though television reception on certain channels was slightly improved .. Housekeeping came on day 2, left clean towels on the bed, but left dirty towels in the bathroom, bins where not emptied, and bathroom sink not cleaned , very poor service, the bed was two singles joined together, so a mattress topper is needed as the join down the centre is very uncomfortable . If you have mobility issues.be aware there are over 40 stairs to the top room, with no lift no public transport in immediate vicinity, and a taxi back from city centre at night, cost a massive £15, for a 3 minute journey
