西南郊少有的五星酒店。建築外表和大堂都很大氣，房間面積寬敞，裝修比實際年份新得多，床品和洗漱用具質量不錯，設施和服務都足以達到五星級酒店標準。亮點是小童樂園和挖沙池，比一般酒店面積大，海洋球蹦床充氣城堡滑梯都有，小朋友很喜歡，每天都要玩到關門。稍顯不足的是早餐，可能因為酒店規模大加上正值中秋假期，人比較多，去晚了要排隊，菜品檔次達標但在五星裡邊比的話還是衹能算中等偏下。游泳池劃出一半專門做游泳培訓用，其他客人都擠在另一半，就顯得比較擁擠了，不過温泉池人還不算多，可以一泡。

整體感覺酒店還是高大上的，尤其大堂門口的電梯和客房，能出大片的感覺。住了兩晚，去了青龍湖，剛下完雨，酒店人好多，景區人不多

性價比很高，酒店前台服務態度特別好，點名表揚李曉帥、張欣兩位，我們帶着孩子贈送了遊樂場門票，房間乾淨寬敞，被子很舒服，如果遊樂設施再多點會更好，早餐餐品份量很充足，推薦推薦，親子酒店人很多。長者孩子很開心。晚上酒店草地區的燒烤，烤肉很好吃，價格合理，可以嘗試下。

原來的東方美高美，硬件不錯，整體看起來挺高檔的，房間也很乾凈。但是，管理上，為啥突然這麼令人窒息：比如，游泳池限流不讓進（但是你要是不理她進去也就進去了，其實裏面沒那麼多人）；早餐要排號才能進（what？住過幾百次店第一次遇到…），而且裏面的廚師們磨磨唧唧的，擺明了沒想好好服務；168的自助晚餐，餐品質量一定要做比較的話，約等於中石化會議中心109還是99的水平，比如飲料居然衹有可樂、雪碧和蘋果汁三種，扇貝我要4個衹給2個（別人要4個就直接給了）。這麼好的硬件，可惜了

Very good experience that's why I have stayed here 3 times since last May, either by myself or with my family of 5. Facilities: Rooms and suites are spacious, some with balconies that look out to the mountains nearby. There is a big garden where my kids ran around and played by themselves. When the weather was nice, we would push my mom in her wheelchair to enjoy some sun in the garden. Breakfast buffet has a good selection of Chinese and western food. There is a small bakery that has decent fresh grounded coffee (we only ordered black coffee), wish it opened earlier than 11am though. There is one Chinese restaurant with pretty good food but not a big selection. For a hotel this big, it would be nice if there is one more restaurant so guests can have a bit of variety. The gym has good equipments. We didn't use the changing room as the lockers are small and shower cubicles don't have curtains or doors for privacy. Service: excellent. Especially the front desk manager Ms. Sun and the Chinese restaurant manager Ms. Wu are very attentive, patient and very helpful with my requests. Location: lovely quiet surroundings. No restaurants or convenient shops within walking distance. There are good restaurants with 10 - 20 minutes drive.

每次來丰台看孩子，東方安頤是住處首選，雖然價位高，設施與整潔度整體品質還是一職都很穩定，一般民宿的品質還是難以與之相比，當地的民宿很多都有濃厚難以去除的煙味，所以每次我們只能來東方安頤才能確保不受煙味的困擾，這裡的早餐選擇不少還不錯，有現煮的麵點以及熱菜，免費停車相當便於自駕旅遊者，附近有小型便利店，若要多的購物選項必須到雲崗或是奧特萊斯之類的購物中心，聽說這附近有許多景點，還沒時間去探訪。
