Ett trevligt hotell men många barnsjukdomar. Personalen pratade ingen engelska, var nya på servering och kämpade med att få ihop logistiken.

The food wasn’t great, and the drinks weren’t very strong, and there was blaring music, playing so loud that we couldn’t sit on the balcony of our room from the late morning till midnight. It seemed to be coming from either another resort, or some sort of entertainment venue. Other than that everything was excellent

We had a wonderful week at the Serenade. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious at the buffet and restaurants. We loved spending part of the day on the beach and then finish the day by the pool. The bars were never busy, we could get a drink quickly and they had bottled beer at some of the bars which my husband really appreciated. We would definitely recommend this resort.

No way to lock your room door, staff will give you one knock and walk right in. Bar tenders will stand and talk amongst themselves while people are waiting for drinks.

We enjoyed celebrating our anniversary at the Serenade All suites adults only resort. The property is beautiful, new and clean. We loved our room!! Very spacious! We especially liked that the toilet had its own room. Pillows need to be changed, too floppy.
The vibe of the resort isn’t like other adults only resorts we’ve experienced, this one was more chill and relaxed. Be sure to wake up early to save beach chairs. We would wake up at 6:45am to put towels on beach chairs, we enjoyed hanging out by the pool with music and those beach chairs go fast! There is a pool area where no music is being played as well, nice and quiet.
The food at the buffet and restaurants were ok, nothing spectacular. There is a huge selection of food at the buffet. The only thing I would say is that the food wasn’t hot enough, need to work on the food temperature. We loved the coffee bar as well!
Minor things: Bring your own travel size shampoo and conditioner, the ones available aren’t the greatest.
If you are looking for transportation to and from airport, we always use Amstar, very professional and reasonable rates, we do private shuttle.

Very clean property, friendly staff throughout. Food options were plentiful but food gets cold very quickly. Bring LOTS of tip money. Everyone expects a tip for everything.

Great place to be with excellent staff and service. Plenty of activities to do between the two sides. However, the food could be improved and places close earlier than what I’m used to in NYC and at some other resorts.
