Las almohadas terribles y pequeñas. El aire acondicionado deficiente. Las alfombras sucias y la habitación con olor a humedad. El área del desayuno es muy pequeña para la cantidad de personas que normalmente asisten. La comida poca variedad.

Habitaciones agradables y muy confortables, el único punto negativo es el restaurante, la comida no fue de total agrado, pudiera mejorar muchísimo, el ambiente y l atención es estupenda, pero la comida no le hace honor a lo demás!

Realmente la atención y las habitaciones son de lujo 100% recomendados, incluso a pesar de las fallas eléctricas el hotel está preparado para poder seguir prestando el excelente servicio que nos tienen acostumbrados

Excelente atencion, comodas instalaciones. Servicio 24 horas entodos los procesos, bar y restaurante agradables. La mejor experiencia de hosoedaje en barinas sin lugar a dudad. Centro fe negocios excelente.

Sigue siendo un hotel donde el personal se esmera y se esfuerza por dar lo mejor en todo momento. Carola tienes un gran equipo, todos en el restaurante , en el comedor , en la barra hacen que todo sea especial. La comida excelente. Tienen un personal base que tiene tiempo y el trato es muy personalizado. Gracias a todos por una vacaciones fabulosas

Estuvimos los días 1 al 5 de diciembre 2021 con el grupo de motorrad days Venezuela, me quedo sin palabras de lo bien que fuimos atendidos por todo el equipo de trabajadores de este hotel, gente muy amable y atenta , desde su gerente hasta los que hacen limpiezas, con bastante conocimiento en el ramo de la hotelería, lo recomiendo a 100% para que pasen unos días de maravilla en su restaurante, lobby bar o piscina . Mil gracias por sus atenciones

Este hotel es maravilloso. No solo por la infraestructura sino por todo el personal que labora allí. Hay que agradecer a todos , desde la seguridad , recepción, gerentes, personal del restaurante, personal de limpieza , el personal del Spa. Todos hacen un excelente equipo y eso es el hotel, una gran familia Las habitaciones muy limpias , la comida con innovaciones en el restaurante. No es necesario salir del hotel. Tienen desde sushis, hamburguesas , pizza hasta comida gourmet. El hotel tiene planta eléctrica para los cortes de electricidad que sufre la ciudad de Barinas. La piscina mantenida y siempre limpia. Felicito a todos por una semana extraordinaria con mi familia Para Carola, Roimar, Claritzamar , Leva , Moreno , Heidii, Claudia, Rafael y a todos los que no nombro Gracias Jose Luis Padron
