在曼谷最後一天定的這個房間，房間的設施是非常陳舊的，我拿水壺燒了2遍水都是渾濁的，毛巾可以看出來洗的已經是微黃的顏色了，根本不敢用。空調開開聲音巨大，因為我一個人旅行，半夜空調每20秒就會發出2次嘎達嘎噠的聲音（我還錄了視頻）我累了一天幾次給這個空調吵醒，我直接沖到前台説這個事，半夜派了維修工人過來修，我實在累的受不了了，不想煩了，直接關了空調睡了一晚，完全影響我休息，而且這家酒店在得知我非常反感設備異響，幾次把我唱醒之後，完全沒有道歉任何錶示，很差勁的一家酒店，疫情之前這種酒店300塊我都不住謝謝

We really loved the cleanliness of our room and the whole hotel. I love the simple coffee station on our room and the spacious comfort room. Staff were really nice and it was easy to ask for anything. We enjoyed our breakfast everyday during our stay because the food were very presentable and it was nicely prepared. Location wise it was almost near to almost everything. It was a wonderful experience. Kudos. Thank you.

Pratunam area, convenient for shopping at pratunam market that's nearby the hotel. There is a mac & starbucks right downstairs of hotel. Walking distance (ard 5 to 10mins walk) to platinum mall, another 15-20mins walk to centralworld/big c that's linked via a bridge. Hotel recept at lvl 7. Room is big and clean, surprised by the size of bath room that's bigger then I thought. Overall a good stay here at Glow, will return next time!

We just love this hotel so so much. Definitely stay here when we were in Bangkok before COVID at least twice a year. The hotel is clean ,the staffs are helpful and friendly and most important of all is their location. Breakfast is good too. If you ask me is there anything they can improve, their pillows,too soft to sleep. Otherwise it is perfect

Booked a deluxe corner room for just a night’s stay before shifting to another nearby hotel due to price during Labour day period. Lemongrass drink at lobby is refreshing after a very hot day outside. Breakfast was ok with speciality braised pork leg rice & chicken rice, along with the usual Thai-western mix. Not much variety but quality was ok. They have longan juice in a cute bottle. Saved time to search for breakfast before heading out.(little difference to book with room rate at time of booking)
Room was very spacious & clean on lvl 20 with a nice view overlooking high rise night view and pool below. Bathtub is deep enough for a nice soak and shower water pressure is great. Although we had to change lifts at to go to rooms, the lifts were fast. The lift nearer to corner of the building to rooms always had that shaky bouncy feel while operating(2 lifts to rooms). Will stay again next time if price is good. Thank you.

一直都很喜歡這間酒店，如果價格可以平宜一點就比較合適，早餐也很豐富都建議購買，房內衛生很好。
前台服務員亦很熱情，今次發現唯一缺點就是很遲才等到有清潔姐姐執房，住了三天，所以都沒有執房了，
但是他們都會幫忙提供日用品，很熱情地滿足要求。
本身房內衛生都很好，所以我都認為不打掃亦沒關係。
住了很多次，今次才發現原來樓下很多批發市場，
幾乎圍住，直至去到雲霄酒店那邊，今次真的大開眼界太多東西買了，衣服10分便宜，缺點都是一樣啦，不近BTS ，行去big c 需要15至20分鐘左右。
倘若價錢合理，仍會選擇這間酒店的。
