The worst property I have ever stayed at . Although the hotel was a two star . I would say it’s a NO star . ***ager was rude and have no service mind at all . Not worth it at all. They were just ready to listen and see their mistakes. Bedsheets has a stain . Torn bedsheets. Disgusting bathroom.

Don't waste your money this place is full of bed bugs. When we spoke with the ***ager he even admitted that he can't assure that his customer's rooms will be bug free. When we first alerted the staff that there were bed bugs in our room they moved us and there were bed bugs in the second room as well.

I booked a room in HOUSEFINCH RESIDENCY, Bangalore on 2nd March 2022 and checkout at 10. 50 pm on 3rd March 2022 am not even 12 hours. I was guided by CARZONRENT, Airport, Bangalore. To my astonishment and the interested customers, I was charged Rs. 2500 wheras when i enquired on the chat, the rates was Rs. 1200. Who is cheating the customer ? HOUSEFINCH RESIDENCY OR CARZONRENT but the customers should never follow the big mouth of the hotel as its a sheer case of cheating the needy customers. I have the receipt as well as the record of the chat whee its says the rent was Rs. 1200 and the receipt where they charged me Rs. 2500. NEVER VISIT HOUSEFINCH AND NEVER EVER FOLLOW CARZONRENT... ITS A JOINT VENTURE OF CHEATING BUSINESS..
