We were welcomed into the park and made our way to the cabin, first impressions certainly last. The holiday park is not like the pictures first up, so do your research before confirming a visit to see if it is something you are happy with. There was bits of our stairs missing and rubbish on the verandah (half a dozen open sugar packets and a toy of some sort) - also, an ashtray. For a family unit, a non smoking one, who has ashtrays anymore? It was dirty too, something to keep the toddler away from. Upon entry the cabin was suitable, neat, clean and tidy and suitable for our needs. The room with two bunks in it was VERY small. If there really was FOUR children in there, they would kill each other after a night or two. Upon further inspection, the cleaners really ignored a significant portion of the property. There were multiple lolly wrappers throughout, a pegged up chip packet in the wardrobe, empty chocolate milk bottle under the couch. NOTE: upon exit, we informed the staff and they said next time to tell them straight away and they will send the cleaners back, point taken, however it should never be in that state in the first place. TOILET: Missing a button and the pressure was terrible, it didnt flush everything down all the time.. (kinda ew). THE PARK: **The Park was smaller than first thought, felt a little old and dated and quite cramped but did the job for a few days. **Access to the swim centre next door was easy enough, just a quick walk and a show of your cabin key to enter (not sure what you would do if you had a site?) **The games room - as many people have said, a lot was broken and didnt work. The kids still had fun playing pretend however. **No coffee machine, - everywhere advertised the coffee machine for use in the camp kitchen. This was $3 but displayed an error message on the screen. DEVESTATING. (well for me anyway). SUMMARY Ok for a few nights, check the room (if you have a cabin) is clean and provide feedback ASAP if you are not happy, staff seem happy to help. 3 Stars

Ich war im letzten Monat in einem anderen Motel, da wir nicht überrascht waren mit unserem anderen Motel. Nun bin ich so froh, dass wir Victoriana gewählt haben, um zu bleiben. Bei Ankunft drücke ich den Knopf, um zu überprüfen, um zu informieren, dass mein Zimmer bereits geöffnet ist und auf Temperatur gesetzt. Management hatte mir eine Nachricht gesendet, um mir zu sagen, aber während ich fahren konnte ich es nicht merken. Gehen ins Zimmer und konnte sich nach der Reise für 2 Stunden sofort entspannen. Jetzt ist es Service! Unser Zimmer hatte einen Spa, der ein Göttlichkeit war, da meine Schmerzen zurück von Wandern auf ungleichen Boden, Gold Detektion & Fahren auf groben Strecken. Ich konnte nicht nur im Spa entspannen, aber die Schlafqualität war außergewöhnlich. Straßenlärm ist sehr weit entfernt & weil nur 2 Zimmer nebeneinander, es gibt sehr wenig Lärm von anderen Patronen. Unser Zimmer wurde jeden Tag gereinigt, mit frischen Gummi-Beuteln & Teebeuteln. Die meisten beeindruckt von Victoriana & würde sicherlich hier wieder bleiben. 5 Sternenservice, gut gemacht!

Es ist in einer vernünftigen Nähe vom Bahnhof. Ich kam kurz nach 1:00 Uhr, aber die Eingangstür war geschlossen, so musste ich die Telefonnummer anrufen, die ich in meiner E-Mail-Reservierung erhalten hatte, um Eingang vor 2:00 Uhr zu erhalten. Es ist selbstverpflegung ohne Rezeption, obwohl ich am nächsten Morgen dort einen Reiniger gesehen habe. Das Zimmer selbst ist, was Sie brauchen, ein komfortables Bett, ein Fan, der das Zimmer abgekühlt, ein Heizungsgerät für die kühlen Monate, und viele Ladepunkte. Das Kühlschrank und der Kühlschrank waren ziemlich groß, Tee und Kaffee waren angemessen, die Dusche und das WC waren gut mit guter Fluss und festem warmem Wasser. Obwohl es nicht Luxus war, war ich mit allem zufrieden, und es war sehr gut für den Preis. Es war sehr ruhig, aber ohne Verkehrslärm. Der Pub selbst war nicht geöffnet, während ich dort war und ich sah keine Anzeichen von, als es wieder geöffnet wurde, aber der Ligaclub über die Straße schien zu verkaufen Mahlzeiten und Getränke.
