Nice little boutique hotel, however,Not happy with cleanness. Found rat running around in the room! Disappointed, will not book again

The property was exactly what we were looking for…secluded, quiet and in the middle of the nature. We booked a regular villa and got upgraded to the big villa for half of our stay. Given there are only 5 villas in the whole resort, we always got the feeling it was as just us there which we loved. The breakfast was very very good and the service was amazing for our entire stay.

AMAZING RESORT!!!! Had the best time and service here. We utilized the resort, did a flower bath, and did floating breakfast here. So much fun! The room was fantastic, too! Great service and staff.

I stayed in the Sarasvati villa for 3 nights and we were 4 people: two adults and two children. The villa was enough for us. It was a very nice and quiet place, and the service was excellent. Also the cleanliness was super. The breakfast was very tasty, but the other meals were not as good as the breakfast. The staff is so friendly. They are always smile and make you feel welcomed. However, the lodge is run by a French lady who seems very strict with the staff, and perhaps strict with the guests too! She does not seem to accept the fact that you complain from something! For example, my air conditioner broke down (it wasn’t very comfortable to sleep without an air conditioner) and when I told the reception, this elegant lady met me and told her about the air conditioner and said the engineer would see it tomorrow. There was no apology or any offer for a compensation. She was saying it as it was a problem beyond their control and I have to accept it! Of course, I'll accept it if it's said nicely! Also, the pool fountain was broken too! I told the reception. They came and tried their best to fix it, but they ended up not able to fix it. When I met this elegant lady at the check-out time, she asked me about my experience and I told her about the fountain. Instead of offering me something, she blamed me for not telling her 😀. I didn't know telling reception wasn't enough!

This is the very first time I write a really bad review, bad experience in Ubud, Bali. Firstly, we arrived at the lodge at about 8 P.M., The first impression of this KELIKI LODGE was awesome, there were welcome drinks which tasted really fresh and nice. The room was great, enough space for luggages. The toilet was spacious too. There were 3 beds, 1 kingbed at first floor and 2 single beds at second floor with hammock outside the room. But, there were few things that ruined our holiday (we are a family of 5). Everything was awesome until my 9 years old daughter Evelyn went to the toilet to pee. Once she pushed the flush button, the WC was LEAKING from below through the gap between WC and the floor. It’s disgusting. I made a complaint, then the hotel staffs came trying to fix it for more than an hour, and that was about 10 to 11 P.M. at night, you know what? It’s NEW YEAR’s EVE! The worst holiday in my life to this day! What made it worse was that the staffs and the NEW manager accused me or my daughter as the one who did it, I was TOLD that they had PROVES of what we DID to their property! They said, before we came, everything was okay. Again, they told me, if I write something which is wrong, the owner wants me to pay for the reparation fees. WOW, that’s so MEAN bro and sis! I have sent to the manager the video from Whatsapp of how the installation of the WC was wrong from the beginning, to explain that it was not our fault. But, the respond was not as expected. They did, want to give us compliment with spa and dinner, but the incidents had turned everyting down. It was really not OUR TIME, even to defecate, we had to go to the restaurant’s toilet at night. And………you know what, all eyes were on us, because we only came to use the toilet and gone. Shame on us, this was seriously really inconvenient and bad. I only asked for a refund, but they refused to give what we asked for, not a cent. Then, this is it, I have to write this review, because this REVIEW is NECESSARY for you guys to read. And one more thing, we couldn’t lock the main door from the outside if we were about to go out from the lodge. The key was broken. It was complete NEW YEAR’S EVE DISASTER.

During the spa treatment a project was on going so my massage was unfortunately very noisy! But love the villa and the staff!!! Very nice property will go back!

WARNING FRUAD. They will never refund you even though you book refundable plan by an official site. My stay date is august 2023 which still left a half year. I requsted a refund at january 2023. It's been 2months they took my 7000$. My card company sue them but they never answer until now. Don't waste your precious money by book here. It will be very stressful when you book here and cancel. I love travel all around world and book lots of hotels. It is first time take like this long for a refund. Dont book. Never consider here.

This place is just perfect in every way. Brand new small, intimate, luxurious in every way without being over the top or losing your sense of being connected to bali. It is in a beautiful jungle setting with gorgeous views down to the river and out to the rice paddies. I’ve been staying in Ubud for many years and this place is seriously special. The private pool lodges/ villa are incredibly lux with every detail thought of from hats and bags to wireless charging platforms with portable speakers to luxurious indoor outdoor bathrooms. The restaurant was fabulous and the spa so special in the jungle over the river. It’s wonderful to be in a small peaceful beautiful village yet so close to Ubud. The staff are from the local village and are beyond amazing even for Bali. The warmest kindest most genuinely wonderful people. I never wanted to leave. If you are lucky enough to get the opportunity to stay there do it! It with be one of your best experiences.

We stayed at Keliki for 4 nights and could not fault this accomodation Staff go above and beyond to ensure your every wish is catered to The surrounds are breathtaking and free daily transport is arranged quickly Meals are amazing and rooms are spacious and kept clean throughout the stay Thank you all ( too many amazing staff to thank individually) for a memorable start to our Bali holiday
