The description of the resort by Booking was not correct, indeed completely false in relation to the luxury spa overlooking the river and the 2 swimming pools, one of which with spring water. I chose this resort not only for the location but above all for the spa treatments overlooking the river and instead I discovered that everything was out of order! obviously no one from the resort informed me of this upon my arrival. i found the resort in very bad condition of maintenance. Bathrooms with detached tiles, walls with dirty walls and detached paint, electrical outlets detached from the wall at the limit of safety, malfunctioning showers, doors and windows that could not close due to swollen wood, broken bathroom mirror, and more!! In short, everything I never expected to find. I have documented everything with photographs and I will also post them on Tripdvisor to avoid other tourists having the surprise I had. I ask Booking not for explanations, but for the full refund of my stay for having ruined not only my 3 days in Ubud but also because after 30 years of traveling around the world, I have never encountered such a situation full of multiple inefficiencies and of falsehood. How do you mislead your customers? this is unacceptable!
