Clean hotel and accessible to centre. If you’re going to book for Rooftop make sure it’s suite room as the double room wasn’t that nice view in the balcony. Friendly staff in the breakfast area and to the receptionist who assist us 10th July 2024 (Wednesday) at 15:00 he’s approachable and accommodating I forgot his name he has tattoo. But a bit disappointed. Only continental breakfast you can have it if you’re in a hurry. But for hot breakfast you need to order in the menu and that’s the time they prepare it and serve for you I suggest it’s better everything is ready and hotel guest will just get it by themselves. Second one the receptionist who’s on shift at 11th July 2024 at 12:30 in the afternoon wasn’t that nice. it’s 2 ladies receptionist I pass the key on her and she just said thank you. The other lady just look at us without saying Hello. Front-desk receptionist should be accommodating. not even bother to ask us how’s our stay which should be standard to all Hotel service staff. Receptionist are the front one who promote your Business it’s just my opinion Halyard so I think it’s better to inform them.

Alles in Ordnung, außer ein behindertes Zimmer für Nein, warum. Alle Badausstattung niedriger Niveau zu beherbergen Rollstuhl-Benutzer, die schwer zu benutzen, wenn nicht in Rollstuhl auch der Wassertapfen für Dusche war sehr starr und praktisch unmöglich, abzuschalten, wenn nass. Zimmerservice sehr begrenzte Nil-Koch. Parkplatz funktionierte gut, aber es war ein zusätzlicher Preis, den ich nicht erwartet hatte, bis gerade vor der Ankunft.

Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Unterkünfte sind spartanisch und eine 2. Messe, die nicht Teil des Essenstischs wären günstig. Das 2. Schlafzimmer war nur nützlich für das Schlafen, es gab keinen Raum für Gepäck und Schrankspeicherung. Auch die Hausaufbewahrung war sehr begrenzt. Im Rückblick auf andere Anbieter wie Staycity (ohne sie zu nennen) würde ich sagen, ihre Wettbewerber haben ein besser konzipiertes Produkt

Liverpool, so eine schöne Stadt bei schönem Wetter. Als ich im Hotel ankam, war der Name des Hotels zu klein, weil ich draußen dekorierte. Mein Sohn und ich haben das Hotel in meiner Nähe nicht gesehen. Dann drehte ich mich viel um und stellte fest, dass ich zum ersten Mal den richtigen Ort gefunden hatte. Die Einrichtungen waren gut. Das Zimmer im vierten Stock, in dem wir wohnten, hatte keinen Einfluss auf die Aussicht, auch wenn die Dekoration und das Untergeschoss nicht klar waren. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut, es liegt sehr nahe am Museum und am Bahnhof, wir waren für zwei Tage hier und haben kein Auto genommen. Gute Erfahrung.

Arrived at the apartment for a birthday weekend stay. From the offset there were issues. We booked a 10 person apartment for extra space and arrived into the wrong apartment which only slept 8. Fortunately, 2 of our group had dropped out so there was enough space for us to sleep, but regardless of this, it wasn’t what we had booked and were told there was nothing that could be done. We then began to notice the dirt. The floors were filthy, sticky and most definitely had not been cleaned. The towels were stained with lipstick marks and were wet. The bedding was dirty and the mattresses had marks and stains all over them. We contacted the host and they brought a mattress topper and fresh towels to get us by. The next morning we woke up to a leak in one of the bedrooms and damp all up the wall in the living area. The leak was coming from directly above the bed which then made the bed sopping wet. We called the host and the woman we spoke to was incredibly unhelpful but told us a maintenance guy would be coming out to sort the leak, which is clearly a health hazard. We also explained that the towels given were now being used to soak up the leak so requested more. We told the host we didn’t feel comfortable with the cleaning staff going into the apartment whilst we were out and asked if we could be let know when they are due to arrive so we could make sure we were present. 1 hour later we received a message to let us know cleaning service had been into the apartment and given fresh towels and ‘sorted’ the leak. This was unacceptable as we had previously stated we didn’t want the cleaners in whilst we were out which they completely disregarded. When we got back to the apartment the leak which was ‘sorted out’ was a mop bucket put directly in the middle of the room and the bed shifted about. No extra cleaning had been done at all. We asked to speak to a manager which we were told wasn’t available and would be available on Sunday. We decided to take this dispute through Airbnb instead of directly through the host as they were not helpful at all. We received a call from the manager 30 minutes after the dispute was put through Airbnb to which he told us he would give a discount on the next day and a round of drinks and some sort of monetary compensation. The next day when we went to check out at the hotel which they also occupy, we walked into reception to have an awful women stood at the desk on the phone discussing and bad mouthing our group. We stood and listened (because of course they didn’t know who we were) until she was finished. We then made it clear who we was to her and explained how unprofessional it is to be having conversations like that at a front desk and in front of a whole group of guests. They gave us a £100 refund (12.50 per guest) which is completely unsatisfactory and we left. We then contacted Airbnb again to which they have sorted more of the issue and have awarded a further refund for the booking. Please please please do

Stayed in the 3 bedroom duplex apartment.Friendly welcome when checking in. Great location. 10 minute walk to Albert dock and Liverpool One. Spacious accommodation with everything you need. Views were great. A little tired here and there with minor cosmetic damage, cracked tiles, scratched furniture etc. This didn't really make any difference to our stay. For what we paid we thought it was good value. Smelly stairwell, think bins were stored nearby. This was a bit unpleasant but once in apartment it was fresh smelling. The place was very clean. We enjoyed our stay but I wouldn't stay again with my family of 2 adults and 2 tall teens because of the beds. Bedrooms are spacious with plenty of room but beds are only double size (4ft 6). Really not suitable for 2 adults to have a comfortable sleep. I can't understand why the company don't put larger beds in the 2 biggest bedrooms. Good sleep is important for a good stay. Blackout blinds and/ or curtains would improve sleep quality too. Overall a good place but a few improvements needed

Nicht schlecht, hauptsächlich sehr nahe am Fußballplatz, nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß, die Lage ist absolut gut, es gibt einen bequemen Shop im Tankstelle, wenn Sie kochen müssen, können Sie einfache Gerichte kaufen, es gibt nicht viele Wahlen, zu essen und zu essen, in der Nähe ist kalt, weil die erste Buchung der Leute nicht erfahren ist, Ich weiß nicht, ob es keinen Kontakt gibt.
