Hotel Location ist super zentral. Leider dadurch (Wochenende) auch super laut und viel Party in der Nacht. Erholsam war es also leider auch nicht. Außerdem war das Bett nicht optimal und man musste selbst für Kaffee extra zahlen.

Die Lage ist sehr Zentral, was jedoch dazu führt das es nachts sehr laut ist und man Schwierigkeiten bekommt einzuschlafen. Das Zimmer hatte jedoch alles was man brauchte. Das Doppelbett ist für Paare ganz ok, aber dadurch das es nur 140cm breit ist für 2 Freunde echt klein. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren jedoch sehr freundlich.

All around great. Will definitely come back again the next time we’re in Liverpool

The hotel location is great. It is close to every attraction. It does not have breakfast though.

Stayed overnight whilst visiting Liverpool. Very nice stay in nice big, secure room that had everything I would expect. My only negative and I'm nit picking here was the card and electricity was not explained to me so I didn't think the TV worked when I arrived. Found out few hours later that you need to put the card in a slot to get the elecs going. The hotel was quiet when I went to bed at 1:00am and the bed was very comfortable.

Location is near the city centre, so perfect! Good comfy ved, nice working tv, hot shower, a locker if needed and the roon had a lot of space. The staff is very friendly, hot water is free at the reception and for 2 pounds you can store your bag or suitcase. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!

Room was extremely dirty, smelled fo smoke. Genuinely had to cancel the check in due tho this and they had no spare rooms on the evening. Made a reservation and stayed somewhere else for that night. Service was great though, unfortunately just the cleanliness

We stopped here to go see a gig at the Liverpool Olympia which was only a 10 minute taxi away so was perfect. Afterwards we went to the cavern club which was right on our doorstep so location was perfect but for the price of the room, it didn't live up to the bare minimum standards with a bathroom door that wouldn't close because the lock was broken, a huge crack in the sink and a window room facing a wall above the bins. Bed was not very comfy and they only gave us one pillow each. The layout was very simple but had everything we needed tbf, nice and clean and good selection of TV channels. I think we had a bit of a poor room but the hotel itself was great, really friendly staff and they didn't moan when we checked out a bit late cause of the weather.

Decent location and friendly staff, the hotel itself is very weird to stay in, its separated into two parts so it's easy to get lost. I couldn't close the windows fully and the hotel decor felt unfinished, the bed was pretty uncomfortable and the airconditoning/heater was really noisy, but for the price and the included free amenities (wifi/soap etc) and the TV it was fine.

It took us a while to find our room number as it’s not very well sign posted, bed was comfortable, tv worked well, shower worked well (although pretty hot) overall happy with our 2nd stay here

I've got to be honest I was a little disappointed with this stay. I had stayed in tune hotel in Newcastle before and enjoyed my stay. This is a budget hotel and you don't have any kettle etc in the room. You can ask for hot water downstairs and can buy drinks though. The shower was good. Our sink drain was blocked and the bed was very springy. If you're looking for a cheap room for one night it's probably a good shout. However, if you're staying a couple of nights like I did pick an alternative hotel. The pros are the location and the staff are friendly and welcoming.

Yeah it was good to stay here would recommend to friends and family.

go to the hotel and was given a good greeting the women at the desk was very nice and explained how to use my card and was perfectly happy with answering my questions. the drinks and snacks they have are very cheap and affordable if you are on a budget and have Greggs next to you if you are feelings a little more peckish than a snack. the location is perfect it’s near the docks and all the amazing things to do in liverpool about a 7-10 minute walk from gravity max which i do highly recommend going if you are with family or a couple as there is a lot to do in there. i couldn’t have been more happy with my stay and will be booking again soon.
