very clean, very good location had to run down to reception at 9pm to get late checkout as i forgot and they were lovely.

Good stay handy location for the events arena & Liverpool 1 . Reasonable buffet breakfast. Only thing which slight let it down was the shower curtain had quiet visible marks all down it like recent paint which came off in the water!

位於市中心，旁有購物中心，緊鄰碼頭，因為附近有政府機構，治安相對安全。 樓下有Tesco express 開到晚上11點，不論是購買早餐還是宵夜都很方便。 服務人員親切的給了我們高樓層的景觀房。 房內整體舒適。 不方便的部分是吹風機要向櫃檯提前借。 浴室沒有提供任何清潔用品，且濕氣悶很久的臭味需要改進。

住宿體驗不錯。很方便。離汽車站不遠。

This comfortable hotel is close to the historic dock of Liverpool and just around the corner from James Street station and a short walk from Liverpool 1. It is a great location. The hotel staff are friendly and the rooms are clean, quiet and comfortable. The breakfast is great value and has all you need for a hood start to the day. We stayed 2 nights and have no complaints.

Tv channels hardly worked, no signal! Small beds and pokey rooms. Hand soup in shower and shampoo on the sink???

Would not return, thankfully just staying for one night. Friendly reception. Felt so contained and cramped in. Very tired room (see pics of bed and dust in bed). Only stayed because I know the white bedding would have been boiled. Felt like a student room as was so small, cramped and basic, cheap and low quality furniture. Very good location.

We have had an amazing stay for my 30th and every night I stayed I always had a good night sleep 😴 😴💤. A special mention 2 I don’t know her name, but she was Asian And she was so lovely and sweet as well. Only problem we really had was the 1st night we had a meal the chips were as bad as nails, but another colleague sorted it out. Other then that we had a on amazing stay
