I am really surprised to have seen a few negative reviews about this hotel and especially about the service. We had an excellent experience and we found all the staff - Front of House, bar staff and housekeeping were great. The Front of House staff always greeted us with a smile and did whatever they could to help us. We couldn't ask for more. I would definitely recommend Melia Ria and it will certainly be my first choice when I return.

Aveiro ist eine schöne Stadt - der Zugang zu den Hauptattraktionen war einfach von Hotel. Zimmer war komfortabel und sauber. Personal hilfsbereit mit Gepäckspeicherung. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Empfehlen Sie es.

Wir haben 2 Nächte geblieben.Von unserer Ankunft bis zum Abreise war nichts zu viel Problem.Unser Willkommen, ein Restaurant reservieren( hervorragende Empfehlungen Casa do Pescador und O Barrio), Ruf Taxis, Behandeln eines Problems mit unserem Zimmerpersonal und dem Frühstückspersonal-all Top Notch.Die Möbel aller öffentlichen Zugangsbereiche sind schön.Wir dachten, das Frühstück war sehr gut.Anschließende Umweltarbeiten ist ein vorübergehender Nachteil, aber das Ergebnis Die Verbesserung zwischen dem Hotel und dem Kanal wird zugunsten der künftigen Hotelgäste.

Es war in 1 Wort großartig! Super Lage, schönes Bett und gute Dusche. Einige Nachteile waren die vier Treppen, die ich aufsteigen musste.

2 Nächte. Zimmer ohne Platz mit ausreichendem Platz. Frühstück war extra wie unterirdisch Parkplatz. Wirklich freundliches Barpersonal und war nicht teuer. Das Restaurant wurde so gepflegt in der Stadt, die etwa 10 Minuten dauern würde. Averio ist ein wenig Venedig und wir gingen auf die Gondolen, für 45 Minuten war es jeweils 15 Euro, aber es wert. Wir haben die Reise nicht im Voraus reserviert, aber Sie können. Wir würden definitiv das Hotel und das Gebiet von Averio empfehlen

The hotel is a classical 3-star hotel located in the center of Aveiro. Five minutes walking to the main canal. Clean, comfortable, good size rooms, excellent buffet breakfast. A special word of thanks and praise to the staff. Most professional and helpful (except the gentleman at the reception the day after we checked in). They went out of their way to recommend/book restaurants, taxis, tours of the city with a canal cruise, etc. A special word of thanks to Josefa at the reception for her warm welcome and giving us a spectacular room with a huge terrace and a view of the city and to Rita for her professionalism and excellent communication skills in dealing with guests. I will definitely be back.

Excellent city centre hotel, very clean and spacious rooms. excellent breakfast choice and good value for money. Easy to locate and very close to the city, quiet area with little traffic noise. We will definitely be back and have already recommended it to other friends in Portugal. Well done to the management and staff for operating such a great hotel.
