I would give a 5 star review as the hotel itself was nice. The room was clean and comfortable. However, if you decide to stay here again prepare for a chance you might not have parking. We came to visit a softball game and upon our return to the room, there was no parking even though we paid for our room. The attend had an “oh well it happens” attitude and told us to park on the road outside of hotel parking. It was dark and near a busy highway with a homeless camp under the bridge. We traveled in and pay higher for comfort and safety. To him, it wasn’t important and just told us, there is not enough parking to accommodate a sell out of rooms. People were parking in the red zones and he wouldn’t let us park near the entrance side space out told us it was ok to park near the large electronic boxes. Just felt like he didn’t want to bother and didn’t care. If we are going to Austin again, which we do often, this may be a deal breaker for us and not return. We will also make sure we tell loved ones about this challenge. This hotel does not monitor the parking.
