The rooms are very noisy as the hotel is situated at the conner of two busy streets. The services are pretty odd with inefficient checkin procedures as the receptionist wrote down all the details of guests passport while the guests are waiting instead of make a copy of the passport. Whenever you leave the hotel, you are asked to give back the room entrance card so you would repeat that procedure a numerous times if you need to be in and out a bit, I have never experienced that in my life. A female receptionist who is often at the service front for the enquire or breakfast has a very serious look on her face and rarely smiles and she made some of our group people very uncomfortable and being afraid to go back to the hotel to see her unfriendly face again. Three days before we checked out, we asked for the refund of the breakfast as we had to leave an hour earlier before the hotel breakfast time, the request was declined and replied as a breakfast bag would be ready for us. The breakfast bag had a nearly rotten fruit, a very small sandwich and a tiny croissant. The breakfast was added as an extra so it should be refunded as the refund request was made three days earlier. But the hotel made an excuse as the whole amount paid to was not refundable. We don’t recommend that hotel and urge others to find places elsewhere.
